GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city.
We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

ZZhibo ZhaoÈ un bell'hotel con un'ottima posizione e cibo delizioso. C’è però qualcosa che ha davvero bisogno di essere promosso. Io e il mio amico siamo arrivati alle 19:00 e il normale orario di check-in è alle 16:00, e la reception mi ha detto che la nostra camera non era pronta! Mi scusi?

UUtente ospiteWe arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre,
When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us.
The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

Sulla parte più, le camere sono veramente spaziali. Questa volta, mi sono fermato vicino al bordo dell'edificio, con finestre su due lati. Una delle finestre si apre per vedere le montagne distanti con neve 🏔️. Inoltre, la resistenza al rumore e la pulizia sono state eccellenti.Il sistema di controllo dell’aria può essere un po’ rumoroso, ma una volta chiuso la notte, la stanza è meravigliosomente tranquilla.
L'hotel dispone anche di una propria piscina e sala da ginnastica, che comprende alcune classi, una sauna, una stanza a vapore e una piscina idroterapeutica. Anche se può diventare occupato durante le ore di picco, non si è mai sentito sovraccaricato. Molti membri del club sono residenti locali, e ascoltare il loro divertente banner nella stanza di vapore è stato molto divertente.
Rimanere in un hotel da solo è un modo così felice di rilassarsi. Quando torno a casa, ho deciso di aggiornare il mio letto e di incorporare le sessioni di sauna nella mia routine!

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors.
My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

DDejan SkaljacThe location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
