⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, nel centro di Belfast. L'hotel è nuovissimo. Anche le dimensioni delle camere sono buone tra gli hotel britannici. L'enorme tavolo vicino alla finestra è molto pratico e anche l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono.

Siamo stati all'Hampton per 3 giorni e nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza. L'hotel era bello e pulito con personale cordiale. Il letto era comodo. Erano disponibili shampoo, balsamo, detergente per il corpo e per le mani di buona qualità. L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda da cui è possibile camminare per 2 minuti sul retro fino alla stazione degli autobus Europa. Tutto e ovunque erano molto accessibili con molti ristoranti e bar verso la Queen's University. La colazione era ragionevole e c'era una buona scelta, ma a differenza di altri hotel dove ci sarebbe stata una maggiore scelta, per me era sufficiente. Tuttavia ho assistito ad alcune buffonate molto spiacevoli da parte di alcune persone che soggiornano presso l'hotel in cui sembrano non avere standard igienici con il cibo. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza presso l'hotel e Belfast è stata una città fantastica da visitare. La città ha superato le mie aspettative perché era molto pulita e accogliente con un'atmosfera estremamente rilassante.

Mi sentivo deluso. Ho avuto qualche problema con la mia stanza mentre ero lì. L'acqua dischiata era ben fissata. Ma non hanno mai fatto nulla sulla condizionatore rotto. Molto incomodo per dormire quando la stanza era così calda. Anche l'operatore di servizio ospite sembrava dubbio che l'equipaggio di manutenzione sarebbe arrivato. La colazione era buona. Le offerte erano le stesse quotidiane. Buona opzione se il prezzo della camera copre questo. Per la posizione non è così buono come spero. Questo hotel sembra sulla mappa essere vicino al CPI di Belfast. Tuttavia, la sua principale entrata è sul lato opposto dell'edificio. Se tornerò a Belfast, rimarrò altrove.

We arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and noisy woke us from our sleep and took ages to shut up. Should have maybe complained but was so tired didn’t bother. Mother than that our stay was great

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Assolutamente sorprendente, l'atmosfera, il cibo, le bevande, la piscina, la stanza, tutto era 100% 10/10. Il personale era anche molto gentile e benvenuto con buona comunicazione, a chiunque pensa di rimanere, vai a prenderlo!

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.
