GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla, molto vicina all'aeroporto e al centro città, ed è molto comoda per viaggiare. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti, ma la qualità del servizio alla reception è altalenante. A volte non so cosa chiedere ea volte il problema viene risolto molto rapidamente.

TTippyToesIl soggiorno a Hampton per 3 giorni e la sua esperienza è stata buona. L'hotel è stato bello e pulito con personale amichevole.
Shampoo di buona qualità, condizionatore, corpo e lavatrice a mano sono disponibili.
L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato dove si può camminare 2 minuti di cammino verso la stazione Europa bus.Tutto e ovunque è stato molto accessibile con molti ristoranti e bar verso l'Università della Regina.
La colazione era ragionevole, dove avete una buona scelta, ma a differenza di alcuni hotel dove ci sarebbe una scelta più grande, ma per me era sufficiente. Ho tuttavia assistito ad alcune antiche molto sgradevoli di alcune persone che si trovano all'hotel, dove non sembrano avere norme di igiene con i cibi.
In generale, l'hotel è stato un'ottima esperienza, Belfast è stata una città fantastica da visitare, che superava le mie aspettative perché era molto pulita e amichevole con un'atmosfera estremamente fredda.

The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

AAdam SparkesBrillante rosso mattone hotel di tipo statu quo. Full di fascino e ha un bel giardino frontale. Hai pieno accesso a tutte le aree di vita e di cena sul pavimento in qualsiasi momento, che è grande per le foto e rilassamento. La nostra camera era un piccolo pianoforte, ma aveva una vista magnifica dal bagno delle colline della città. Il bus di viaggio della città passa attraverso l'hotel perché apparentemente era occupato dal principale costruttore del Titanic. Il ristorante di Ryan è un grande grido per il cibo e il bevande irlandesi a buon prezzo. La signora del dipartimento frontale ci ha anche dato un aiuto diretto per prenotare il nostro viaggio sulla Tour Causeway.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel Leonardo è molto comoda per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse turistico. Inoltre, un autobus turistico hop-on hop-off attende i turisti di fronte all'hotel. I servizi dell'hotel includono una caffetteria e un ristorante che serve colazione e cena. Ho notato che la biancheria da letto non era in ordine e le tazze erano unte.
Ho soggiornato in hotel per 5 giorni e ho richiesto la pulizia giornaliera come di consueto. La terza volta, dopo aver completato la pulizia, la scheda di pulizia è caduta a terra e non è stata appesa alla porta posteriore della serratura. Il quarto giorno, la stessa cosa: la scheda di pulizia è caduta a terra. Non era comodo chiedere alla reception di riempire le bustine di caffè e tè. Il bagno e la toilette sono uniti in un unico bagno, troppo piccolo e spazioso.

RRaktima RavaThe location of the hotel is splendid. It is accessible and near to the city and i can definitely say its one of the affordable places to stay in the city centre. The service was good and the people were really sweet. Everyone at the reception was welcoming.
I wasn't a big fan of the way the toilets and bathrooms are structured. Plus although they had unlimited coffee, we had to go to the reception (would prefer a kettle at the room instead). Moreover hairdryer and extra pillow are all available but you need to ask the reception. These aren't the staffs problem but just the hotel in general.
