"La posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione di Lille Flandre. Anche vicino a un edificio crollato, che è un po 'terribile, ma non è stato un problema durante il nostro soggiorno. Hotel è bellissimo e pulito, anche se ogni camera ha un diverso layout, quindi la qualità può variare un po '. Concierge è molto bello, ma non sempre guarda il desk front. Il problema più grande è l'hotel è infestato con mosquiti e non ha aria condizionata. La mia camera non aveva nemmeno le uscite vicino al letto, rendendo difficile collegare il mio telefono o i fan."

XXin&CoThe hotel is super well situated, in the heart of the city. You will situated at a walking distance of anything you fancy. Good food nearby and 2 subway stops are as well very close by. You can access the hotel restaurant at anytime for a free coffee.
The sauna are the gym are good but a bit small and close at 22:00.
The AC was not working at the time of our stay so we had to open the window but many mosquitos got into our room at night and it was really unpleasant. The front desk couldn't provide any help which is very unfortunate.
The bed are a bit soft and the pillows are not that good.
To sum up,
Amazing location, really convenient but a few key points could be improved.

MMPascaleHotel central , idéal pour visiter et à quelques stations de metro du stade Mauroy.
La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.

UUtente ospiteFairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home.
Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient.
In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows.
Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal.
Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube.
The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

UUtente ospiteTutto quello che avete bisogno era lì, ma non più. È stato minimo di base. Siamo stati soddisfatti, la stanza era molto piccola, la stessa stanza, ma non troppo piccola. Il personale era amichevole e i tempi di check-in e check-out erano buoni. È tutto a posto per il prezzo, non troverai posti migliori per quel prezzo.

MMochichimmyTruly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

UUtente ospiteこのエリアにはこういうタイプのHOTEL結構あります。下がレストランになっていてチェックインアウトをそこでするんですか、カウンターに人が不在時食事してたおばちゃんがあーしたらいいこうしたらいい教えてくれました。建物が古いのでリペアがすごくキレイにしてあります。本音はわかりませんが、非常に陽気に接して頂きました✨
