UUtente anonimoSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

SSahara travelssI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore central Lille quickly. The staff was friendly, but I did have an issue when I requested an extra pillow. I was told there were already extra pillows in the room (which we were using), even though the customer info page mentioned that extra pillows could be requested. That was a bit of a letdown.

La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione di Lille Flandre. Anche vicino a un edificio crollato, che è un po 'terribile, ma non è stato un problema durante il nostro soggiorno. Hotel è bellissimo e pulito, anche se ogni camera ha un diverso layout, quindi la qualità può variare un po '. Concierge è molto bello, ma non sempre guarda il desk front. Il problema più grande è l'hotel è infestato con mosquiti e non ha aria condizionata. La mia camera non aveva nemmeno le uscite vicino al letto, rendendo difficile collegare il mio telefono o i fan.

MMochichimmyTruly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.
