Thank you everyone to the gentleman who did my check in for the security guys who took my luggage is and took care of me especially mohammad and rabea Check out was wonderful with sweet Jana I was told the hotel is old and location is not good. Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

Staying at Hilton Habtoor was awseome, we stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in the Royal Suit room on the 28th floor. The room was very clean and the views were stunning, the staff members were very friendly, Sara was super kind she helpful she helped us find the right room for US and the room turned out to be perfect. All the staff members were very kind and super friendly, the room service was 24/7. The breakfast was very good, Authentic lebanese breakfast with high quality ingredients and amazing views on the 31st floor, I really recommend it even if you are not staying at the Hotel if you go there ask for Anwar. The valet parking was very convenient and for only 10$ per night. If you are ever in Beirut I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Habtoor.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the staff including Mr.Samir, he's the kindest and funniest guy I've ever seen. This is the best hotel in my opinion, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are very nice and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Great location, friendly staff. The room was very tired. TV didn’t work and neither did some of the lights so the room was rather dark. There was tea/coffee making facility in the room however even though we stayed 5 nights, the supplies were never replenished and the used cups were not cleaned. The bathroom was really tired with mouldy depleted shower walls and the seals on the shower door were worn out as after every shower the bathroom was filled with water, very dangerous for slipping. Be careful. The breakfast was hit and miss as some days there was a selection and other days non (at the same time). I guess considering the economic crisis in Lebanon, it is the best they could offer.

I would rate the hostel with 4 stars if I am paying half-priced, but I will rate 3 stars for what I paid. We stayed in the hostel for 4 nights (3 nights in a Deluxe room, and 1 night in a budget room). The deluxe room is in the main building where the budget room is at a new building which is outside of the main building. Pros: 1. Excellent location: Located at the Gemmayzeh area which is a nice area to dine and walk around. There are a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants around the area. 2. Nice traditional Lebanese breakfast is provided. 3. The hostel gets a café where the food and drinks are offered with a reasonable price. 4. Nice atmosphere and vibe: a good place to meet other travelers. 5. Nice indoor and outdoor common areas for you to chill around. 6. Staff: all with very good English speaking skills. 7. Generally clean. Cons: 1. Overpriced: I paid more than 90 USD for the “Deluxe Room” but what you get is just a small room with a private bathroom and a common balcony. That’s all. The budget room is around 25 USD cheaper and it is only smaller in size and no balcony comparing to the “Deluxe Room”. I understand the price in Beirut is much expensive than the rest of the cities in Lebanon. However, I can get a suite (including breakfast) in Byblos with 6X USD, thus I expect they offer more with this price. 2. Room size: Small for Deluxe room and incredibly small for the budget room. You cannot even open two suitcases in the budget room. 3. Room’s facilities: Very dim at night. Should have more lighting for the room. Inadequate power plugs in the room. 4. Some furniture/facilities of the room ruined. 5. No lift for the hostel. 6. Wifi is slow and very unstable. 7. Electricity: I understand that the whole country, especially Beirut is suffering from power shortage. We are definitely okay with power shortage for a short period of time. However, we undergo power shortage for more than 1 hour for 2 nights of our stay. We also stayed in other hotels/hostels in other cities and this hostel offers the most unstable power supply. 8. The soundproofing for the main building is okay, but poor soundproofing was found in the new building. 9. Some staff are helpful and friendly, but some are not very attentive. Some can provide detailed information about the city, but some just too carefree. I do expect more helpful and attentive staff for a hostel. This is definitely a good place for solo backpackers!! But if you travel with someone else, unless you really want to stay in Gemmayzeh area, otherwise you can find much more cheaper alternatives in Hamra area.

Sono arrivato come alle 2am e sapere che avevo il servizio di pick-up all'aeroporto, il meglio di tutto!! Anche arriva con molta fame, e ho potuto chiedere qualcosa da mangiare in quella ora all'hotel. A mattina ho potuto godere della mia pileta per un po' e la colazione, molto buono!

We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support. Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests. For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all. For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing. What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent. Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova in the future!
