Per il secondo anno consecutivo, dopo tanti anni a Bansko presso un’altra struttura, siamo tornati in questo hotel. Staff impeccabilmente propositivo, gentilissimo e professionale… abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 all’11 luglio in questo hotel usufruendo di un upgrade presso la Senior Suite e siamo stati davvero bene!!! Colazione eccellente, pulizia molto attenta. Abbiamo cenato varie volte in hotel con molta soddisfazione! Lo consigliamo senz’altro!!! Speriamo di essere di nuovo in questo Hotel il prossimo anno !!!

L'alloggio era molto vicino a molti vantaggi. La posizione è molto buona vicino ad un ascensore sciistico. Ha un parcheggio molto utile. Sono stati aggiornati in una stanza con vista sulla montagna. La stanza aveva un caffè, un caldaia, Acqua e tè e materiali di caffè. Lo strato è perfetto, pulito e tranquillo. L'hotel dispone di un lussuoso Spa! Il colazione è stato eccellente! Mentre al momento della prenotazione Ho pagato immediatamente il valore della stanza con una carta di credito, il personale di ricezione non vedendo il loro sistema Il mio pagamento e mi chiese Pagherò il valore della notte. Le ho detto che avevo già pagato il valore. la prenotazione della stanza. Il giorno successivo al checkout Mi hanno chiesto di pagare di nuovo la notte. Ho mostrato la prova del pagamento che Trip.com mi aveva mandato Il membro del personale ha dichiarato di essere a bordo del amministratore ... dopo che ho aspettato qualche minuto di più Hanno riconosciuto il mio pagamento. Purtroppo, il ritardo e la mancanza di informazioni Il pagamento è stato ingiustificato per un hotel 5-star.

A stay at Regnum Bansko is definitely worth. Quitely located in the upper area of the town, a short walk from the gondola station, this hotel offers everything that one needs for a nice holiday: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, sporting fields, whirlpool, massage rooms. The hotel has a dependency in the nearby Banya village where several pools with thermal water at temperatures between 28 and 39 °C can be used free of charge by the hotel guests. The suites are spacious enough and can accommodate families with up to four children. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of dishes of the national and international cuisine, a huge salad bar, desserts, fruit and vegetables. The opening hours are long enough for all visitors and there is enough of everything everytime so one doesn't need to hurry to get his favourite dish. The staff is very kind and client oriented. All requests are satisfied within a few minutes, no matter at what time of the day or night. I can only conclude with my children's now and then asking ”When are we going again to this great five-star hotel in Bansko?”

We stayed at the Tanne Hotel during our 9 day ski vacation. All in all we took up 5 rooms, which were neat and welcoming, with a feeling of cleanliness overall. I was there with my wife and 4 year old and it was great for us. The ski lift was within walking distance (which didn't matter much since it couldn't get you anywhere, due to the number of people, but that's another story for another time) and there was ample parking for all guests. The real highlights of the place were the Spa area, which included a pool, a jacuzzi, several saunas, massage, showers and lounge chairs, and the restaurant. In fact, the restaurant deserves its own paragraph. Large and welcoming, the staff was professional and always ready to pick up on us needing them. While English wasn't a string point of the waiters, they spoke more than enough to never get our orders wrong and they were super friendly and welcoming. And the food - oh my god the food. If you're not from the Balkans, you owe it to yourself to try the soups here, as well as the lamb and the sausage, but really, everything on the menu was brilliant. I give this place a solid 10.
