"We went for a full body massage here and it was excellent! The best full-body massage I’ve ever had. (And they do mean full body…!) The masseuse was very skilful at finding the places where my muscles ache and massaging them with just the right amount of pressure. Extremely enjoyable. My husband found his massage very high-pressure and more of a struggle, but still enjoyable and the masseur gave advice for his posture etc too."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much."

"Questo non dovrebbe essere un 4* hotel ,siamo rimasti come una famiglia di 7 persone in appena al momento di scrivere questa recensione in tutte le basi inclusive,apparentemente tutti inclusi lavorano solo tra le ore quando la cucina lavora,come esempio 7-10.30am colazione o 18.30pm-21.00pm di cena,tu otteni la cosa più economica e devi pagare per una Coca Cola o un'acqua minerale per un esempio,è una battuta di un an all inclusive,il cibo è buono,l'alcol è il più economico possibile per un all inclusive(tu non hai scelta) ,il bar notturno si chiude alle 11 e la ricezione di turno notturno composta da vecchi farti è chiaramente non essere lì, vecchie brutte per un 4* hotel ,non dimenticare,non comprare mai un massaggio,i massaggi sono fatti da una donna ucraina che chiaramente non sa quale massaggio sì, e cerca di metterle le dita nel culo,localizzazione parlando è grande e tutto questo è 3* hotel"

"Hotel was clean and tidy, beds helped after a long day skiing. The family hosts are very welcoming and funny, Marin will take you to the top gondola (when police allow for a reasonable fee) worth it instead of queuing for a few hours at the bottom!"

I contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer and their response was "You must be joking if you expect free airport shuttle Come on " Whilst I wouldn't expect such an unprofessional response, more concerning, it is illegal to falsely advertise a service as part of the deal and to refuse to provide it. At the moment they are refusing to provide a refund. The screen shot of the false advertising is shown below."
