On 26 March night around 07:00 Pm asking for a plastic bag to the receptionist at the left side counter. Her attitude is so rude and not friendly!

Pretty clean and decent stuff were very helpful and the check in process was super quick

Room is clean. Located at city area，easy to get around.

If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other "western" cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message "the device has overheated" kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove "western food" from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

帶小朋友來温嶺參加比賽，酒店地理位置還是不錯的，打車、吃飯挺方便。家庭房的兩張床比較舒適，不足的是小朋友的房間沒有中央空調，衹能把移門打開睡。房間乾淨整潔，打掃及時；前台服務很禮貌熱情，主動送了小零食。整體性價比不錯。

市中心，旁邊就是夜市和公園，停車方便但車庫過於樸素。唯一在炎炎夏日遇到前台主動電話打到房間詢問飲用水夠不夠且送到房間的，必須點贊。房間乾淨整潔且設計合理，清清爽爽，而且考慮到客人清洗衣物等等的各類需求，再點一個贊。早餐豐富，旅遊旺季客人多或稍顯忙亂。整體來説不錯。

這家酒店真的很不錯！房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡得很香。前台服務熱情周到，耐心解答問題。位置便利，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！

位置在市區，交通很方便。房間十分乾淨，晚上不吵睡的特別安心。重要的是洗漱台提供了各種洗漱用品，非常方便。性價比超值。

酒店位於温嶺市中心附近還有個小吃街 晚上有免費的宵夜和泡腳桶送到房間，大熱天還幫我清洗了衣服，太好了，客房的阿姨也超級熱心，早餐也是豐富多樣 前台小姐姐服務態度也很好值得入住

朋友推薦來的，感覺很奈斯😍整體還不錯服務態度很好早餐很好吃，特別是還有洗衣服務，附近熱鬧的小吃街…
