the trip was amazing the service was top notch and the hotel was wonderful! rooms were clean, aircon was cold, the hotel accomodated to our requests and parking is free for hotel guests. toilet was spacious

Clean and big the room and location is quite good cos opposite have shop to eat and beside have small mall to walk around the breakfast slot variety and during Christmas time to stay will receive present and will come back and stay again

Great service from the staff! Security guard was also attentive and assisted to direct us to an empty lot when the carpark was full. Will be great if balcony has a drying rack to hang wet swimwear. Breakfast was good with varieties. Convenient location near shops & eateries.

All is good, location although not at desaturated coast but only 7km away, drive only 15-20mins. Surrounded with domino pizza, nanyang coffee shop and many Malay eatery restaurants. Grocery shop also a lot, beside was SKS mall. The Only I felt not satisfied is hotel pillow is too soft which totally no support on neck when sleeping.

The best hotel in town Desaru. The room is very nice and cosy with a nice smell. Very convenient near to the shops & restaurants. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Will repeat again to stay here.

This is my first time staying at Four points and I absolutely love the stay. It is so convenient that there shops just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the balcony has a very nice view of the town. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food and beverage team at the restaurant is very professional and efficient.

Hotel is clean and spacious enough. Booked a twin room and there’s 2 super single bed which is able to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child per bed. Comes with decent daily breakfast as well. Hotel does provides shuttle bus to location such as Adventure Waterpark which is a plus point. Room housekeeping is ok just that the toiletries like shower gel wasn’t refilled the next day. Was lucky enough as I do brought enough shower gel of my own. Overall quite a pleasant stay. My kids do enjoy the stay and wished they are coming back soon 😉

My second time staying at this property. Once again, they have never disappoint me and provide great service. The duty manager (I can’t recall his name but he is a mix blood, Philippines and Malay) remember us as the last we stay was end August. Room are spacious that can sleep 2A and 2C. Breakfast variety are good mixture. The only cons I would say it will be abit noisy in the late evening as the birds will be chirping loudly and if you stay at lower floor you can hear it. Also you will need a transportation to bring you to the hotel as it’s not at the desaru coast and if you drive there, do expect that your car will have birds poo, so you got to go for cleaning before you leave the property. The location wise is just right opposite local seafood/local cuisine, supermarket. You can drive further down for bakery shop and more food choices. Their room are clean and basic amenities like toiletries are there. They have daily hotel activities to entertain the kids and also daily shutter to bring you to the waterpark at desaru coast

Hotel is clean and cozy. But parking is not free and they charge 5 RM per night.

5 star experience. All the staff from counter, to restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and provided great service. The location is opposite a supermarket, some cafes, and 500m away from a mall. Enjoyed it!
