Aveva un piccolo problema con il check-in ma è stato risolto, quindi tutto è ancora in ordine. L'esterno sembra un po'scontro, ma dato il prezzo, non posso aspettare molto. Valore per soldi se restare con una grande famiglia. L'interno è abbastanza decente, ma sarà meglio se le camere hanno anche TV ...

Comfortabile e adatto per tutti i gruppi che vogliono una vacanza qui

Siamo arrivati tardi la sera, ma il check-in era facile e tranquillo. Il posto è tranquillo e tranquillo, il lago è stato bello in raffreddore la mattina.Abbiamo una stanza di vista del giardino, quindi non potevamo vedere molto dalla finestra. La pulizia era buona all'inizio, ma trovammo gli oggetti lasciati da altre persone nel cestino non puliti, e durante la notte, trovammo un sacco di bug e anatre che entravano nel bagno. L'acqua calda si e'espansa e non e'stata molto bene. È stata un po'inondata in tutta la notte. La porta del bagno era anche formata. Nota che non c'è asciugacapelli forniti.

staff very respectful towards us especially the staff at guardhouse. room was spacious, comfy and clean. breakfast was great (7/10) because very few choice of drinks otherwise foods is delicious. then the beach view from the breakfast place (10/10).

ROOM Check in was normal, welcome cold drinks & towel nothing exciting. Booked a king size bed but was given a twin room; apparently a mysterious “request for twin bed” was remarks in my booking profile. Have to wait the next day for room change. Appreciate the help of the Resort FO Mgr and Kristine. BREAKFAST Tumeric- food and beverage were great. Good selection of food. Great service team, thank you Azila for so diligently making sure our table is clean. I felt the salad bar could be better for breakfast. Day one breakfast the flies are all over our food… resolution is to give us 2 “helicopter”. Anyway Day two we sat at the same table but was so much better.. guess the pest control was works. IRD Ordered a bottle of Chianti 2019 but a bottle of 2020 was delivered. Nazrin was great … offered to open and serve the wine for us. On our last night we have to order one more round of dinner; could not remember his name, we would like to express our appreciation as he has to do 3 trips for us - deliver food, deliver water and deliver salt and pepper shaker. BEACH ACTIVITIES It’s a third party service but due to strong wave, no beach activities are allowed. Hotel team should have let us know during check in but no information was shared. We saw a lot of people by the beach at the neighboring resort, we just walk there and join the fun. LUNCH AT TUMERIC Thank you Shavin for the lovely dessert. Shavin texted me about the wine vintage too. We ordered a salad, soup, fish, rice and Angus. The beef came first … wow! The rest followed 5 mins later. Service was attentive as usual. The beef ordered medium rare, one piece came cold and the rare… appreciate the chef making a new one for us. DINNER AT SEA FIRE SALT Oh well… it’s Xmas Eve and we only have a limited menu choice. It’s okay. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main… taste is so so but the portion is really sad. Lobster Ravioli 3 pcs? Turkey roulade 2 pcs with tiny sides? When we feedback the portion size to the server, his reply was individual portion size is like that … haha. We end up offering another round of dinner from IRD - Nasi Goreng kampung, pizza and a salad… taste absolutely amazing. We might as well enjoy our Xmas dinner in our room. CHECK OUT again, so so. We paid our bill and get into our car. Probably short of manning due to PH… nothing overly warm. This is a highly anticipated stay: We could have stayed in a cheaper resort but we really wanted to experience the great Anantara escape. Will we come back again… hard question but thank you for your hospitality.

This is my second time staying here for vacation. My family really loves this place with spacious bathroom, comfy bed n pillows, beautiful view on the balcony, delicious and varied choice of food for breakfast and many more. Will come back here for another desaru vacation 🥰

Cleaningless Acceptable but can be much better. Perhaps it due to peak season hence most is not done properly. During my stay, the power tripped twice which is quite horrible. Location Quite good. Within 15mins drive have quite many nice seafood. Can access to beach within 10mins walk too. Service They double charged tourism tax and sales service charge despite paid in trip.com. Luckily my relative is sharp enough to notice else we would had to double paid it. Informed them the day previously, they say will handle but till check out not yet done and have to inform again. Waterpark Peak season price is on a much higher side compared to others in went. Not much rides and the lazy river is dirty filled with many dead leaves and flowers. Ride queue still acceptable. Life guard unsure of schedule of large wave and wasted so much of our time for the bigger wave. Much more information should be provided without us asking. Do consider placing a large clock so we can have a look on the timing since most not wearing watch or bringing phone. Need much more proper maintenance on the wave pool due to bad wear and tear. Breakfast Need much more improvement on the food selection. Its more like a 4 star standard compared to 5 star.

Was staying at top floor giving us spectacular view. The room is spacious & clean, more like a homestay rather than hotel. We stayed 2 nights, there was games organised by hotel. It was so fun! There are 4 restaurants , 2 with alcohol served, and 2 without. The price at the Teratai restaurant is quite good with reasonable price. We ordered grab food, the rider send directly to our room instead certain hotel which we need to pickup at lobby. Downside is the distance to water park (im staying at block Q) is quite far, and due to tooo many people, the pool water is not so clean 😅 But dont worry as we still can play at the beach behind lobby or another 2 big pools 🤩 Will be staying here again? Definitely!
