The rooms are compact and no-frills, but we are clean and comfortable. Out staff were friendly and accommodating. Please understand that as a budget hostel, it’s not fair to compare us to hotels, especially given our low prices. Our guests choose us for our affordability, and we have our own costs and budgets to manage as well.While our rooms may not be very large and are located on different floors, and we don’t have 24-hour front desk service, we offer a variety of room types to cater to different needs. Guests have the option to upgrade their rooms if they are not fully satisfied. Additionally, we have a professional receptionist and a lounge area to assist guests, which is often not available in hotels.We are committed to addressing our guests' needs and continually strive to improve our facilities.
