L'hotel consigliato situato in posizione strategica nel centro della zona Seminyak Junior Suite di Kamaniiya è così spazioso e si sente come casa! Ha un divano che potrebbe essere posato come un letto extra. Amichevole personale e buona ospitalità. La palestra è comoda e ha quasi tutti gli attrezzi di base. Cibo delizioso e cose grandi, atmosfera molto buona! E piscina pulita. Grande posizione, vicino a molti ristoranti piacevoli. Ho avuto un bel tempo qui. Valete il posto per ogni penny che spendete!

Nice stay. The room (junior suite) is spacious, the breakfast was fantastic. They served good and varieties food and hot fresh milk. Only some cold bacon already rotten and they were apologise for it. Bathroom was quite slippery so be careful for the elderly. There is also an alley shortcut to the mall which is a convenience. The pool is amazing. Nice stay. Recommended.

In primo luogo, la cosa più speciale su questo hotel è il suo design interno, molto classico. molti punti fotografici nella zona lobby che possono essere selezionati per l'uso. Cons? Hm, quasi tutto. - Ciò che viene annunciato dall'hotel nei loro social media o sito web con la realtà è completamente diverso per quanto riguarda le applicazioni dei protocolli sanitari COVID 19. (al check-in, nessuno ha controllato la nostra temperatura corporea, offerto di utilizzare i sanitari a mano). In questo caso, se abbiamo una febbre e se uno di noi è positivo per la coagulazione 19 ma abbiamo passato il controllo facilmente in corso. Può ancora assicurare la sicurezza di tutti gli ospiti che rimangono con voi? Ci chiediamo se tutti i punti sul CHSE siano attuati quotidianamente dal personale dell'hotel? - Molto povere condizioni di camera. molto pareti di tinture, la copertura di tinture ha molte tinture, la pittura nella stanza quando ho appena controllato, la posizione quasi caduta. wow, seriamente questo hotel è gestito dal gruppo Jayakarta? (FYI la mia stanza era nel 003) - Il banner del protocollo sanitario nel lobby frontale è caduto a causa del vento, ma nessuno ha notato? - Le atteggiamenti del personale devono essere migliorati. nessuno ci ha salutato al massimo quando eravamo nel lobby, anche quando il personale femminile dell'hotel ci ha passati. Beh, è perché siamo ospiti locali di Balinese e dovremmo ottenere questo tipo di servizio? No, imparare a rispettare ogni ospite che resta con voi. - Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di fare un checkout precoce e anche il momento più terribile, quando sono arrivato alla ricezione. Il personale incaricato non ha chiesto perché ho deciso di fare un checkout precoce.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Suggerimento: sarebbe bello se le biciclette dell'hotel potessero essere noleggiate fino alle 22:00 circa e non solo fino alle 18:00. Quindi puoi usarlo per raggiungere facilmente ristoranti / bar circostanti.

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

UUtente ospite- Io sono rimasto di recente a The Royal Purnama e ho avuto una fantastica esperienza. Il manager, Dewa Chrisna, è andato di sopra e di là per assicurare il nostro comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e ai cura ha davvero migliorato la nostra visita. Molto consiglia! E la proprietà ha anche un buon ambiente !

UUtente ospiteL'hotel più pensativo che abbia mai avuto! E' la mia 6a volta a Bali. Il desk Front ha aiutato a prenotare i migliori fornitori di terze parti per il nostro tour Nusa Penida al pick-up dell'aeroporto. Il complimento dell'hotel è divertente - abbiamo fatto sorgere il sole yoga, yoga aqua, anche una fotoshot. Abbiamo pagato per il bagno (il più profondamente rilassante massaggio - abbiamo provato il massaggio di pietra calda e il massaggio speciale Maya) e è stato saltare e limiti meglio di quello che si è abbassato la spiaggia al negozio che era già molto rasato online. Abbiamo anche prenotato la classe cucina indonesiana - fantastici cibi e ricette e posizione sul tetto. La stanza è anche fantastica, con servizi estremamente utili come una linea di abbigliamento in bagno e un enorme spazio accanto al tubo per il relax bagno bolle gratis. Inoltre, ci sono servizi di bagno di latte per il nostro tubo in camera. Amazing. gia' raccomandato ai nostri amici e familiari e ci ritroveremo al 100%!

UUtente ospiteStupenda ”camera” o Villa (come da loro chiamata) con magnifica piscina privata, ampio bagno (senza porte :-/) con vasca bellissima (vasca e doccia separati con in più una doccia all'esterno), ampia e bellissima stanza da notte e deliziosa parte all'esterno per rilassarsi e mangiare. La Hall è magnifica e il personale disponibile. Per raggiungere la propria camera c'è il servizio Buggy, molto comodo. La Spa è ottima, la piscina in comune è molto bella ed il ristorante sulla spiaggia altrettanto. Il bar purtroppo chiude troppo presto (resort adatto a coppie). Anche fare una passeggiata verso la spiaggia è stato fantastico. Unica pecca è la posizione a Jimbaran dove il mare e l'acqua non sono da cartolina, non quanto l'hotel. Hotel nel complesso MAGNIFICO (su internet non rende come dal vero)

PPEILUNYunita è molto sincera e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. Abbiamo 2 bambini di 7 e 8 anni. Il primo giorno ci è stato addebitato un costo aggiuntivo per la colazione di 211.750 rupie indonesiane per 1 persona. Il secondo giorno ci è stato detto che volevamo 2 colazioni extra. Abbiamo detto che ieri ci è stata addebitata 1 persona in più per i 2 bambini. La tariffa per la colazione per adulti è solo per una persona, e la stessa tariffa viene addebitata per un'altra persona il terzo giorno. Yunita ci ha dato tè pomeridiano gratis il primo giorno con 4 dolci e 2 bevande. Il secondo giorno ci siamo dimenticati di mangiarlo, il terzo giorno tè pomeridiano. Accoglienza diversa, ci hanno dato 2 dolci e 2 bevande. Il tè pomeridiano non era infantile -cordiale. Non c'era latte macchiato a colazione. Potevi aggiungere solo caffè nero con latte. Le bevande non erano self-service. C'erano solo caffè nero, tè e succo d'arancia. I bambini pagavano. La colazione costava quasi NT$ 500. Credo il valore CP è piuttosto basso. Pensavo che la colazione fosse nella media. Ho prenotato una camera con vista sul giardino. La camera era bellissima e la piscina pubblica era bellissima. Abbiamo ritenuto che Yunita fosse la più cordiale e sincera nell'intrattenerci, ed EKA, se Ricordo bene. Nome, ci ha aiutato a scrivere appunti per ricordarci l'orario del bus navetta, il massaggio ai piedi gratuito per 15 minuti e l'ora del tè pomeridiano gratuito. Grazie Yunita ed Eka. L'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è fantastica e vale la pena venire . Spero che ci sia almeno un cappuccino a colazione e una pizza al ristorante. Molto delizioso, vorrò venire di nuovo

LlctdlHo soggiornato nella camera executive di questo hotel nell'aprile dell'anno scorso. Ho pensato che il servizio fosse molto buono. Tutti ti salutavano quando ti incontravo. Il cameriere che guidava il bus navetta chiedeva sempre aiuto, quindi ho scelto una villa con a piscina questa volta costa più di 3.000 e ha una camera executive Il trattamento vale comunque i soldi spesi. Questa volta lodo ancora il servizio, il sorriso del cameriere è sempre così luminoso. Anche se al club sono ammessi i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni, è più facile ottenere un buono una tantum per la spiaggia. Il club e il personale della reception e dell'accoglienza meritano un elogio, il servizio è stato eccellente.
Ma quello che è insoddisfacente è che ci sono troppi insetti nella villa, non solo nel cortile, ma anche in casa. Sono strisciati anche sul letto. C'erano dei gechi in casa, e anche un cucciolo di geco mi ha dato una possibilità per prenderne uno. L'acqua della piscina non è molto pulita e sul fondo ci sono cadaveri di insetti, il che è un po' disgustoso. La cosa ancora più odiosa sono le scimmie, che vengono a trovarci ogni giorno. Da quando abbiamo trovato scimmie che nuotavano nella piscina della villa, abbiamo semplicemente smesso di nuotare qui. Per fortuna, la grande piscina è ancora pulita. C'era una bevanda nel frigorifero, ma la scimmia riuscì ad aprire la porta del frigorifero, svitare il tappo della bottiglia e bere la bevanda.

Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel.
Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok.
Good gym.
Staff normal.
Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

UUtente ospiteWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

UUtente ospiteMolto deluso soggiorno! Stai nell'ottobre 2022 amava tutto. Questo soggiorno non ci è stato detto di non essere frutti di stile buffet bene almeno essere drasticamente ridotto e mettere fuori la fronte al Papas Beach Cafe. Le selezioni erano di moda e, per lo più, asiatiche, niente come quello che era in ottobre, e per questo abbiamo ripreso! Il ponte della piscina è un incidente che attende che accada molto pericoloso. La chiave della camera di mia figlia è stata ri programmata almeno 20 volte è 6 giorni molto frustrante con 3 ragazzini in arrivo per dover andare da una fine della proprietà all'altra per segnalare. Il personale è così accogliente e accogliente e 10/10 al cuoco di Papa per invitare i tre ragazzi alla cucina per preparare e servire la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato. La Alam KulKul è in una posizione fantastica e il personale vale la pena rimanere, ma bisogna fare un po' per renderlo grande

Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

UUtente ospiteNous sommes restés dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant une semaine. Nous cherchions on endroit calme où dormir, loin du chaos d'Ubud, le pari est tenu. C'est vraiment isolé, au milieu des rizières. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et sympathique. Ils sont toujours là pour vous et si vous avez une question ou demande, ils se démèneront pour y répondre de suite. La chambre est grande et très propre. Nous avons demandé une chambre en étage et nous l'avons eue. Le lit est ferme mais confortable. Les chambres ont tous une terrasse où vous pouvez manger, prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement vous reposer. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très simple (choix entre omelette et pancakes, jus de fruit, et des fruits), mais suffisant. Vous pouvez payer un supplément pour avoir des choses en plus. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni bar dans cette maison d'hôtes, donc il faudra soit aller dans l'hôtel pas très loin, soit commander votre nourriture sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons opté pour cette deuxième option, et ça s'est très bien passé, un choix énorme, livraison en moins d'une heure si vous commandez sur un resto d'Ubud. Le personnel peut aussi prendre une commande et votre argent et aller faire 2/3 courses pour vous pour des boissons affichées sur le minibar. Tous les jours ils nous ont donné une bouteille d'eau chacun gratuite. La piscine est jolie et propre. La climatisation est très performante, parfois même trop! Il faut la régler. Parfois on finissait simplement par la couper. Vous n'aurez pas chaud. Maintenant, les points négatifs, car un bon avis doit aussi mentionner les points à améliorer: Lumière du jour qui passe très facilement, les rideaux ne sont pas très collés à la fenêtre donc dès 5h du matin on commençait à avoir de la lumière. C'est vrai que nous européens sommes habitués à dormir dans le noir. Dans la chambre il y avait aussi un bruit de canalisation, assez aigu, quand les gens utilisaient l'eau, que ça soit nous ou des voisins. Je ne sais pas à quoi cela est dû, peut-être une pompe, des canalisations... je ne sais pas si le problème est commun à toutes les chambres. Vu que je suis assez sensible aux bruits pour dormir, j'ai opté pour des boules Quiès, problème réglé. Comptez 3 à 5 euros l'aller pour vous déplacer en ville en commandant une course sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons eu la réservation a un très bon prix car réservé tôt et avant la levée des restrictions sanitaires, donc on va dire que nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les deux points cités plus haut car c'était les deux choses qui m'ont dérangé.
