Cozy & modern hotel near Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali. Cystal junior suite is very nice & value for money if you reserve from TRIP.COM ; however, the standard room is very basic and not enough lightings inside the room & bathroom. Note: All suites have NO WORKING TABLE PLUGS. Unsuitable for business traveller, unstable Wi-Fi is the culprit throughout premises. Buffet breakfast has no milk, only sachet creamer. Plus points: All staff are friendly & helpful, location is opposite KRISNA OLEH-OLEH one-stop-shopping for uniquely BALI local souvenirs, food stuff, local snacks #bali#crystalkuta#Krisna

This was a fantastic hotel close to the airport with lots of amenities available the services and staff were amazing. I did originally complain about my room because the AC was not working but they were Able to change my room. Which was fantastic，The only downside was that the toilets were a little bit dirty for my wifes liking. i must add the staff were just exceptional the breakfast was so lovely and so much variety really good options Uk and.Indonesia. Cakee were yum omelettes available on demand by a kind.chef ready to serve . And if you have a itinerary where you have to leave seven or six in the morning they even have breakfast which can be prepared for you or you can prepare yourself early in the morning by giving you a takeaway box I was going to complain about them but because they treated me so nicely and made me feel so welcome and I just could not give them a bad review. A really nice experience，With a nice public，Friendly hotel customers. Not stuck up.

Very cheap and worth for the price. Very convenient as there are convenient store, bank and McD in walking distance. Good free breakfast also.

This is the second time booking this hotel, and it is a bit better than the old one. However, the hotel made me pay extra money to get a minibar which was already included in the online offer I used. I don’t know who to blame here, whether it’s the hotel or trip.com itself! In general, I still vote for the nice and humble staff, but had to see the same room issues even with an upgraded one!

Service wasn’t good enough, but staff were nice. - Long check in time although I paid online. - Shampoo smells bad and has no foam. - Lighting is very bad. - There was no fridge, no hair dryer. - Price is so expensive compared to the quality. - Location is around 30 mins walking from the beach.

Excellent hotel, clean, with all comforts. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, Goyo buudal

Near airport. Buffet breakfast okay but limited. Could clean toilet bowl better. Near souvenir shops walking dist. Terima kasih!

Perfect place to stay. Perfect food and great service from staff

There were stinks on the bedsheet. The sink of the bathroom was not clean with some debris and dust in it. The door of the shower could not close properly so the water just over flow. The room lightning was too dim and staff said that was the brightest. Air conditioning was not efficient as the whole night was quite hot despite the temperature display was 16degree celsius. The staff was polite as I informed them for the issues and said they would try to improve. The breakfast was good and the lobby especially the swimming pool view was nice and chilled.
