Partiamo dalle 5 stelle nelle foto e dalla situazione attuale, anche se cercare di mantenere il fascino di un tempo su questo hotel ha superato il tempo, anche se nel frattempo ha subito anche un rebranding. A partire dalla reception, dall'esterno del ristorante e dalla terrazza della piscina, il legno dovrebbe essere un po' rivitalizzato per farlo sembrare come nelle foto, come era una volta. Le piscine (soprattutto quella grande) dovrebbero essere ristrutturate (compresi i pezzi di piastrelle mancanti) e maggiore attenzione all'igiene. Anche le posate sembrano al di sotto della media di un hotel a 5 stelle. Le camere sono pulite e civettuole, fatta eccezione per le tende e i tendaggi che sembrano non lavati da anni. Villa con piscina in buone condizioni, esterno idilliaco. I prezzi del ristorante su cibo e bevande sono enormi, più il 10% di costi di servizio e l'11% di tasse. Il cibo è gustoso. Al momento del check-in abbiamo aspettato oltre le 14:00 perché la camera non era pronta, al momento del check-out abbiamo dovuto chiedere al personale di cercare gli asciugamani da spiaggia sui pouf vicino alla piscina della camera perché non riuscivano a trovarli (anche se gli asciugamani da spiaggia possono essere portati/ modificati a discrezione durante il soggiorno in zona piscina). Tuttavia anche questi, la maggior parte, presentava macchie. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza... ma da qualche parte nel 4 stelle max.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Hanno organizzato per noi decorazioni speciali nella stanza per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. La camera era spaziosa, così come la piscina. Una caratteristica speciale dell'hotel erano le lezioni di fitness gratuite fornite. Abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento del nostro soggiorno.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico qui! Resort molto rilassante e la nostra villa era bellissima! Il personale qui è così cordiale! È il nostro viaggio di anniversario, grazie per la sistemazione dell'hotel e per averlo reso così speciale! Torneremo sicuramente!

Più Balangan che Jimbaran ma la navetta per la spiaggia 4 volte al giorno tramite il supermercato è più che sufficiente. Il cibo era tutto buono (anche se perché niente banane a colazione?) anche se a volte veloce e a volte lentooooooo. Richiesta di una stanza diurna con partenza del volo in ritardo e poi ritardata - è stato permesso di tenere la stanza tutto il giorno, il che è stato favoloso, grazie.

La villa era stupenda e l'intera proprietà era molto ben mantenuta. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti i nostri pasti al Point Break (adoriamo le opzioni per la colazione à la carte e il buffet) e abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di poter ottenere una fantastica varietà di bevande alcoliche e analcoliche. Ma il servizio? Questo è ciò che distingue i Breakers. Dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il check-in, il servizio è stato a cinque stelle. Siamo rimasti solo tre giorni e la cameriera conosceva i nostri nomi. Davvero eccellente, e ci torneremmo volentieri se mai se ne presentasse l'occasione.

Il servizio è ottimo. Pieno di servizi, piscine private e condivise. Non lontano dalle principali spiagge di Uluwatu. Ambiente verde e posizione rilassante. Offrono così tanti servizi che è impossibile elencarli qui. Il ristorante serve ottimo cibo e una superba colazione a buffet. Siamo andati per 2 notti, alla fine siamo rimasti 5.

Cross Bali Braker è nascosto tra le tortuose strade di montagna, ma quando entri nell'hotel, la hall, il ristorante e la piscina sono tutti incredibilmente belli. Le camere sono progettate in modo semplice e rinfrescante e il personale è super cordiale. Ognuno di loro ci sorride sinceramente e hanno anche giocato con il mio bambino! Sono stato in questo hotel due volte di seguito, lo adoro tantissimo.

The vibes, cleanliness and facilities were amazing. Food selection was great including breakfast buffet as well.

Cross Bali Breakers is a beautiful resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with my family of four - 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 14. The cleanliness of the property is to a very high standard and the breakfast was simple but beautiful. They have an egg station near the bar offering freshly cooked poached, fried, scrambled eggs and omelettes. In addition they have a special each day such as crepes, waffles crepes that can be cooked for you at the egg station. There are additional specials available each day that can be ordered off the specials menu located at each table. My absolute favourite was the French toast!!! They also offer you barista style coffee or iced milkshakes/coffee at no extra charge during breakfast. We ordered dinner at Point Break twice and the food was beautiful and to a very high standard at reasonable prices. Guests receive 10% off their food bill. We had no choice but to also have the BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday night as we stayed over Nyepi (day of silence) and found that to be very basic for what you pay. It is a very quiet, calm, peaceful resort and you really do feel relaxed at Cross. If you are after a lively atmosphere then this place is not for you. The location of Cross is between Jimbaran and Uluwatu. There is nothing surrounding the resort so have given a low location score. You can’t walk to any restaurants or nightlife/entertainment. There is a seperate restaurant upon entering the entrance of the resort but it was closed for most of the time we were there and looked a bit isolated and inviting on the days that it did open so we didn’t go there. In saying that we used the Grab taxi service and had no issues getting to and from places we visited while we were there. We organised a day trip to Ubud and did Quad Biking and White Water Rafting through a driver/tour guide that is based at the resort named Widii and he was great. He also stopped at the Coffee Plantation on the way back and was with us for 12 hours on that day. We were able to negotiate the price and he was happy to drive us around all day. The resort offers a shuttle that takes you down to Balangan Beach and will stop at the local supermarket for you along the way there or back. I was very disappointed by the rubbish that was washed up on the shore of Balangan Beach. While the beach has potential to be a beautiful beach due to the colour of the water and position, it definitely was not a beach I would swim in. There were also large logs from trees being washed up during high tide which banged into our feet as we were walking through the water so didn’t spend much time there at all. There were surfers attempting to catch waves but again I wouldn’t take my chances. Overall we were happy with our stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend for a relaxed and peaceful stay.

This Villa is nice and cozy but location and convenience is not so good.

The place is really nice, the staff is more than kind! It’s a bit far from the main restaurants but nothing that you can’t reach with a short scooter ride. Lovely breakfast. Absolutely recommended

Hotel service was good and attentive . Breakfast restaurant was small but food was yummy. Pool in villa was not big enough but still cozy with the floating bed provided .

The first night we stay was terrible. My husband got insect bites on the bed. Rain water got into the bathroom after a whole day of heavy rain. The hotel got us a new room with better renovation, cleaner I think? Quiet to stay. The best thing was the breakfast section and friend staff. Lots of food choice, delicious. Well, the location was not convenient even we took taxi…. If you are planning for sightseeing, this hotel may not be an option for you. But if you are planning to have a place for relaxation, you can consider here.
