Urban haven is a prime location for visiting Sanur. Its just across the road from icon mall and the beach. There is loads of great places to eat nearby too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean but the duvet was old and stained and could do with being replaced. The bathroom was quite dirty and there was no shower curtain so the water from the shower floods the bathroom a bit making the tiles lethal to walk on when wet. Despite these things, I would say again.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Even though there was a slight language barrier they did their very best to facilitate all our requests.

This is a small hotel near to the centre of the Sanur area. It’s well located for shopping and convenience of travel. The hotel is a bit overpriced compared to the facilities it offers but overall a decent place to stay in Sanur

The room was good. The biggest plus is that it is cheap and has a good location. There were so many great restaurants nearby I wished I had more nights just to go around to try the food nearby.

At the beginning of Sinur Beach, it's quite a distance. However, the local-enjoyed SEGARA Beach is close by. I liked this less well-known place better. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

酒店環境比較小，離港口比較近，開始我們住的房間異味很大之後價錢升級的房型好一些，房間的水質不是好記得一定要帶一個淋浴頭

Оставливались семьёй 4 человека, недорого, для непритязательных, комната маленкая 4 спальных места. Расположен отель очень удобно, через дорогу торговый центр, затем пляж. На этой же улице множество кафе, магазинов и спа.

Отель, для совсем неприхотливых путешественников.
