Room dusty and smelly, had cockroaches, bathroom dirty and smelly, very low water pressure, dirty corroded tap water. Toilet can not flush, no water. Shower no water. Checked out within an hour after check-in. Didn't get any refund except for the deposit. 21 sept 2024

The hotel location very convenient. Nearby got a lot restaurant and the food very nice. In front the hotel got bataras hypermarket. Highly recommended.

Free and ample open space parking in front of the hotel; Front office very bare but staff helpful and courteous; Lifts are old but functionable and fast; Tiles are missing; Corridor walls are thin and old - can hear everything inside from the outside; Corridor carpet is dark and smelly; Corridor lighting dim and eerie; Room door very sturdy but no bell; Shower gel and shampoo available; No fridge but drinking water and beverage sachets available; Bathroom smelly no exhaust fan; Shower water not strong; Towels not cotton and yellowish; TV out of order; Hair dryer functionable; Air-con leaking water mildly; Air-con remote needs replacing; Room stank of stale ciger smoke mixed with sewage; Window stuck cannot shut and can fall to the ground floor if forced; Window latch screw one missing and the other almost going off loose; This hotel is in dire need of complete modern refurbishments.

The carpet in the hall is old, dirty and smelly. Towels are old, smell bad and white discoloration is noticeable

Old & smelly hotel. Not going here again. Bathroom is dirty & smelly, the sink & toilet is not thoroughly cleaned. should add fan for ventilation. During our stay, we requested new towel, but the new towels were also stained. The towels were outdated, should change to a new one. The price should be lower than paid for.

Level 3 smells like wet carpet that never dries. it reeks th whole level 3. The room is ok, as expeceted for a three star hotel. Creaky bed.

Good but have to change the blanket and bed sheet frequently but everything good

Great place to stay, near to Bataras and IJM. My second time here. Book a room with 2 single beds but we got 3 single beds. Book here last minute and we pay less than RM100 for 1 night.

Not much Amenities, simple hotel room, located at quiet commercial shop lot area near to residential area, shop surrounding only open 20-30%
