Very disappointed with the bed hard to sleep in it

Room cleanliness is not up to standard.

perfect location good staff the room is so nice but sometimes too noisy

Nothing I can say about this hotel except old. I got email confirmation from Trip.com about my room reservation but unfortunately my name was not registered in the guest list. No airport pick up and the worst thing is the phone number written in the website is wrong.

Hotel tropical daisy located by the lake side. hotel Rooftop is full off plants and flowers. The seen is very beautiful. Mr Forhad was with us . He is a well Menard person. I like this hotel very much. And I wonna come again thank you brother For Everything.

Stayed 3 nights and changed the room twice. First room full of mosquitoes, couldn't sleep much, second room had no hot water, the third room was fine. No airport pick-up even though their website says it. Rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms need to be renovated. Because of the above hassle, I requested free late check-out, it was refused by the manager, had to pay 50% room rate. Breakfast is all right, had one dinner and it was good. Will not stay here again.

very clean restaurant and food like fully hygienic. we just enjoyed. i was there for three night over all my experience was great. specially Mr, rakib who work in the restaurant he was very hospitality and suggestive and more polite. room is very clean and tidy. All stuffs are very well. thanks to all

honestly saying that hotel really awesome, cleaning, f&b service plus food and front office was very excellent. The place is very nice because there is a lake view in front of hotel. hopefully my next visit will be there again.

NEVER GO THERE. I wouldn't even deign to give this hotel a one-star rating. It was a horrible place. The staff's behavior was extremely egocentric. I saw that they offered free airport pick-up on their website, so I called to confirm. Initially, I was told that I would have to pay 1000 taka (10 dollars) for the service, so I had no intention of taking it. However, they later called me back and confirmed that the service was indeed free and that they would send a vehicle for me. I was forced to wait at the airport for an hour and a half, only to find out that I still had to pay 1000 taka. It was a bizarre situation, and I could have traveled to the hotel without waiting for half the cost. When I questioned the staff about it, there was no genuine apology, only an egocentric response. The room was also nothing like the pictures on the website, which was a deceptive advertisement. The service was also very poor. I had to continually call for my room to be cleaned, and there were far too many mosquitos, which will make you sick. Lastly, they offered me a discount of 54 taka (0.5 dollars) on my room rate so that I must leave a positive review here, which I never asked from them lol. This hotel was truly horrendous.

Hotel tropical daisy is very good for make an event. In the rooftop the place is very beautiful.lake side hotel sennery is wossam. I feel good with all . Mr. Mehedi how help us very hardly parsonaly I want to thank him.thank you mehedi !

I have received wonder service from Mr. Saiful. He helped me with all the proceedings to go smoothly. I have visited multiple times and each stay was a noteworthy experience! The food here is also very wonderful! Highly recommended!

This place is very clen and beautiful. i saw the sunset and I enjoy it.This is a very important location. Forhad clen the hole place and peacefully we done our Event and Thanks for all help us Everything.
