1. Si trova nella nuova area CBD della città, con una bella vista sulla città circostante. È solo un po' lontano dalla West Lake Scenic Area, e bisogna prendere la metropolitana, il che è un po' scomodo. 2. L'hotel è stato ristrutturato in seguito e non è stato costruito come un hotel, quindi i passaggi interni sono molto lunghi (se succede qualcosa, sarà difficile scappare) e le stanze sono molto affollate. Dopo essere entrati nella stanza, la stanza non è male, pulita e ordinata, la finestra è un'intera vetrata e il dipinto sul muro è lo scenario del West Lake. Devo elogiare il marchio Radisson per questo. La stanza è solo un po' piccola. 3. Dopo il trasloco, il bambino ha sviluppato sintomi allergici e sul suo collo sono comparse piccole macchie rosse. All'inizio non ci ho fatto molto caso, ma il giorno dopo ho ricominciato ad avvertire prurito alle gambe e alla vita. (A causa di questo problema, ho preso un taxi per l'ospedale durante la notte, ma alla fine non sono riuscito a vedere un medico perché c'erano troppe persone.) Ho sospettato che fosse un problema con le lenzuola e la trapunta. Dopo aver comunicato con l'hotel, ho proposto un rimborso parziale della tariffa della camera, ma l'hotel si è rifiutato di riconoscerlo e ha insistito affinché fornissimo un certificato ospedaliero. Non sono disposti a risarcire le perdite corrispondenti, il che è piuttosto spiacevole. In breve, non lo consiglio. Sebbene le dotazioni di base della stanza siano OK, i letti non sono adatti ai bambini. L'interno dell'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione, le stanze sono troppo dense, i corridoi sono lunghi e l'hotel non ha un atteggiamento positivo nei confronti dei problemi che si presentano e segue il principio di vari evitamenti.

On top of this the included breakfast and late checkout times meant no rushing around in the morning all aiding in creating an enjoyable and peaceful stay!

Hangzhou Hotel 1. Location : the Hotel location is near with the MRT Chengxing road station. You can use exit A2 to go to the Hotel. Nearby there is a 24 hr convenience store and some restaurants which is easy for you to get something. Near the MRT there is also a mall. 2. facilities : the amenities were good and but maybe the wifi access can be considered to be improved as it required the China phone number and we didnt have any. The hotel also have a standard gym 3. environment : as the hotel is in the high rise building, no significant noise and there was no sound from other room or coridor. However, during our stay there was a bit scent of smoke which personally/subjectively a bit unpleasant 4. staff : the staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall the experienxe on this hotel is good for travelling with the familyu

Excellent hotel, I would stay here again. The staff are nice, especially the cleaning aunties. Everything was great, except only minusing one point due to the daily cleaning of the room - they didn’t make the bed or give it a good clean - just a quick go over of restocking a couple of things. It isn’t a major problem though and not a dealbreaker to stay here again. The room was generally pretty quiet - some general noise here and there, but definitely not as loud as some other hotels I’ve stayed in where you can hear people in the room next to you talking as clear as day.

This hotel's location is quite central and it is easy to go to the metro 3min by foot. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but I think they were friendly, when I checked in. The negative aspect of this hotel is, that there was a lot of noise during the 3 nights I stayed there: (1) Other guests slamming their doors and this hotel having bad sound insulation, like so many other hotels in China, meaning that you will hear or feel the vibration from slammed heavy room doors on the whole floor. (2) Noise of drilling concrete (?) in the morning, before 9:00. I kid you not. I woke up before my alarm rang, which was set to 9:00 in the morning, because people started drilling somewhere, maybe higher floors, which are not part of the hotel floors or wherever. (3) One morning I woke up and smelled cigarette smoke. This is unacceptable, since I hate that smell and I am a non-smoker. So how did that smell get into my room over night?! I ultimately figured out, that it comes from the bathroom, blown in by the fan that is running there. Great... So some respectless person smokes in their adjacent room and I get to smell that in my room, because a fan doesn't blow in fresh air, but air from elsewhere. Jikes. (4) The room was very spacious. A bit too spacious. It felt like I was in a big almost empty room. It was a 2 person room, but they could probably have made that into a 3 or 4 person room. But this room also did only have a small window towards the inner side of the hotel, only getting sparse light from above, which made the room quite dark, unless you put on some light. Not a problem for me, but I also have had much better views during my travels in China in other hotels. Other than those aspects I did not have any other issues. I will say, that this hotel doesn't look like it is newly constructed, but apparently the staff takes good care of the rooms, so that even though one can see it is not newly built, everything is looking clean. Also the staff refilled beverages in the mini fridge and tea bags of the tea I consumed. Can't complain about that.

Very friendly service and clean rooms. Compared to the other options on the same street, it was about half or even less than the next available options. In terms of value, a superb choice.

Pressure from shower is great! Mattress is great! Room is big with desk for work, sofa, great TV. Clean. Recommend, will go back !
