너무너무 좋았던 호텔 서비스 음식 모든게 훌륭해서 암스테르담 기억이 너무좋아요 위치도 메인이라 어디든 가깝습니다!! 완전 강추

La camera è pulita e ordinata, con un buon isolamento acustico e silenziosa. Il soffitto è alto e lo spazio è ampio. La reception e il servizio di fattorino sono buoni. La colazione è a la carte e non ci sono molte varietà più il terzo giorno.

We recently stayed 4 nights at the hotel and overall had a lovely experience. We had originally booked an Executive Premium King Room but were pleasantly upgraded to a Junior Suite upon check-in, which was a really nice touch. The hotel also made a thoughtful gesture for my partner’s birthday, with complimentary chocolates waiting in the room on arrival. The room itself had clearly been recently renovated and felt fresh and modern. The bedroom and living area were very spacious and comfortable. However, the bathroom felt quite small for a suite. I would have expected double basins and more bench space, as well as a bathtub, which I assumed would be standard for this room category. There were also a few minor practical issues — the shower hose was difficult to manoeuvre and tended to spin, and the towel racks positioned over the toilet felt a bit awkward. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and the addition of Moët champagne for mimosas was a lovely touch. Service throughout our stay was great, and the hotel was consistently clean and well maintained. We also dined twice at the in-house café/restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food was delicious, though a slightly broader menu would have been appreciated. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance to everything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a few small areas for improvement.

È stato un meraviglioso soggiorno di 1 notte. Bella camera, ottima colazione. La posizione è incredibile, praticamente il più centrale possibile. Ero un po' preoccupato per l'inquinamento acustico ma le finestre ecc. erano molto ben isolate e ho dormito benissimo.

We had a great experience at the W Amsterdam! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sabrina who works on the front desk. She made sure our stay was extra special, which we are very thankful for! The hotel itself is in a great location, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again. :)

Stayed here for one night in the single room . Great view of the canal from the window . Free mini bar with soft fizzy drinks and a Kit Kat was a nice touch even though the fridge didn’t work . The Ritual toiletries in the room were really nice . First hot drink in the room was free thereafter it was 25.Cents per drink . The communal areas could do with being updated and the grouting and seal on the shower cubicle could do with being replaced. Although there is a lift in the hotel , The steps to the hotel were very steep . Anyone with a wheelchair or has mobility issues with steep steps should not consider this hotel . I had a large suitcase and the receptionist went out of his way to carry my suitcase up the steps , I cannot fault the staff at this hotel . They go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as they can . So helpful and friendly .

Prima volta ad Amsterdam e ho avuto un'esperienza molto piacevole! I mezzi pubblici mi hanno portato vicino all'hotel, la reception è stata gentile, la camera era piccola ma aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Diverse camere avevano un bel cortile con tavolo e sedie, ma a causa del clima fresco non ho potuto usarlo, la colazione non viene servita.

The hotel is right in the main square of Amsterdam, a great location to base yourself for a few days. You are close to everything, including the main train station. Unfortunately the rooms are pretty tiny (barely any room to move in the toilet/ shower, I'm only 5'3” and relatively slim) and construction started at 7am each weekday, which we didn't know about (we had scaffolding right outside our window). Amenities in the room were a mixed bag eg coffee machine but no iron that we could see; squeeze bottle of shower gel and soap, which, while environmentally friendly, is a bit 'ick' for me hygiene wise. However service, such as at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping are excellent and genuinely hospitable. There was an issue with our room type which we were told was due to third-party booking. The hotel refunded us some money, which was both unexpected and appreciated.

È difficile da descrivere. Questo è uno dei due peggiori hotel in diversi paesi, tra cui Regno Unito, Spagna e Portogallo, quest'anno. Non so come un hotel a tre stelle possa essere considerato ”boutique”. A questo prezzo, ho soggiornato in un hotel squallido in una piccola città di provincia in Cina negli anni '80. Ci sono troppe cose di cui lamentarsi. La cosa più fastidiosa è che c'è un bagno, ma non si può fare la doccia a meno che non si voglia allagare la Montagna d'Oro. Poiché non c'è riparo né pendenza, l'acqua scorre direttamente all'esterno quando si apre il rubinetto. È comodo da raggiungere. Molte attrazioni sono raggiungibili in 20 minuti a piedi. Un supermercato di medie dimensioni è raggiungibile in pochi minuti.

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da numerose attrazioni. Oltre un secolo fa, questa era una compagnia di navigazione, poi trasformata in hotel. Ha un'atmosfera storica ed è perfetto per scattare foto, ma in realtà non è un soggiorno confortevole. Innanzitutto, essendo un edificio adibito a uffici, gli interni complessi rendono difficile individuare le camere. In secondo luogo, l'arredamento è vecchio, forse per adattarsi allo stile generale, ma sembra mal utilizzato. In terzo luogo, molti servizi, come l'aria condizionata, non funzionano correttamente, rendendo l'ambiente un po' freddo di notte. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e attento e la colazione è eccellente. In breve, se volete immergervi nella vita europea di oltre un secolo fa, questa è una buona opzione, ma non aspettatevi troppo.
