Hotel con balcone a Lanzarote

Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

Il personale è molto benvenuto e la zona di accoglienza pulita, ogni membro del personale ha preso il tempo di salutarci e sorridere! La decorazione è ben considerata e offre un senso di lusso. Ci è stato offerto un caffè complimentare mentre aspettavamo la nostra camera. La camera ha tutto quello che ti serve e abbiamo una bella vista sulla costa di Arrecife.I letti erano comodi, come le altre strutture con punti bonus per un grande bagno e una doccia potente! La sera abbiamo trascorso tempo in alto piano negli hotel ”Solarium”, che hanno un tubo caldo e una vista più gloriosa sulla costa di Arrecife. Non esitate a prenotare di nuovo, perché abbiamo trovato il nostro soggiorno per rappresentare un ottimo valore!

Excellent location — close to both the airport and the beach, yet just far enough from the busy centre to enjoy peace and quiet. Staff across reception, catering, and entertainment were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Great food selection if you prefer staying in, and the wellness treatments were exceptional — we used the massage services several times. We also appreciated the adults-only areas, showing the hotel caters thoughtfully to both families and adult travellers. Definitely recommend and would happily return.

Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

Abbiamo avuto un bel appartamento pulito che era molto spazioso. Il letto è davvero buono, molto morbido e abbiamo dormito come bambini. Il bagno non era niente di speciale, ma pulito, che è la cosa più importante. Il colazione è un po' sul lato costoso. (8,- per 2 piccoli succhi d’arancia). Il personale era amichevole. Avremmo voluto rimanere più a lungo, ma purtroppo è stato completamente prenotato. L'unico sconto era il 100,- borgo che deve essere pagato con carta di credito perché non ne avevamo uno, ma abbiamo comunque l'appartamento. Ho consigliato questo posto ad altri se stanno cercando di rilassarsi senza le grida dei turisti. Se lei lo legge come turista, si prega di tenere questa bella isola pulita e mostrare il vostro rispetto.(Abbiamo camminato con un sacchetto vuoto che raccoglieva la spazzatura lungo la strada)

Hotel fantastico! La posizione, alla fine più tranquilla di PDC, 5/10 min dall'aeroporto e solo € 1.40 su autobus locale (161). Anche oltre a negozi, bar e ristoranti, ma con questo essere un All Inclusive hotel non ho mai dovuto spendere un centesimi. Cervella, vini, caffè, bevande dolci sul tappeto... letteralmente, ma ha anche numerosi bar intorno al posto con grande servizio. Tre ristoranti, due dei quali devono prenotare in anticipo (asiatico e canarie), cibo è abbondante e di buona qualità. Non si può andare a fame! La squadra di pulizia e manutenzione è come un piccolo esercito, il posto è senza spot e niente viene trascurato. Avrei raccomandato completamente!!!

Got a nice sea view at the common area. (I saw fireworks at night because of their festival). Since it's bear to the playa Chica, you can just go swimming there and look your stuff in the hostel without worrying getting stolen. Very nice for solo travelers! Btw it really work snorkeling or swimming to see the fish there!!! It's also near to the bus stop las Vista and the shopping mall so you can get to playa Blanca/arricefe/airport/any tours you joined easily. Have laundry and drying service for 10 euros (but you have to ask for the staff at the reception). The reception staffs don't speak English well but they try their best to communicate with me with Google translate, which I appreciate.

The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families. The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included. The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so. Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

Idealmente situato in una zona tranquilla vicino alla vecchia città, così come *****. Due zone di piscina (una con piscina bambina) e cibo disponibile per una piscina più grande - anche una piccola zona di pranzo appena passata la ricezione (buona selezione per colazione). Mese da pool per bambini anziani e piccolo campo da gioco per i toddler sul sito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e la doccia è molto potente nel bagno che mi piaceva! Vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti, ma relativamente forte camminare verso la spiaggia, bene per noi, ma potrebbe essere un allenamento con bug o se qualsiasi problema di mobilità. Ci era sul parcheggio stradale fuori se si assume una macchina. Molti taxi intorno se non! Ci è piaciuto esplorare le aree locali a piedi dopo un giorno di visione... alcuni grandi ristoranti vicino alla vecchia città. Nessun con d'aria nell'appartamento che potevamo vedere (ma non abbiamo chiesto né come abbiamo detto alla fine di gennaio così 24 °C e piacevole indoor e out) - consigliare di controllare se andare al picco. Le piscine non erano riscaldate ma belle per un pompino pulito e guardie di vita in servizio a entrambi le ore 9:30 e 6 pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Il personale qui è meraviglioso. Ci hanno aggiornato in una camera superiore con splendide viste sul mare. Anche l'ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di mantenere la nostra stanza fino alla sera senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Gli appartamenti sono di buona dimensione con belle balconi di dimensioni. La piscina è riscaldata e pulita ogni giorno. Gli appartamenti sono vicini a una strada che si taglia per la città, che richiede circa 5 minuti a piedi.  Molto parcheggio stradale. Un bel bar vicino alla primavera delle camelline che è anche dove si trova la reception.  Questo è un bel posto per stare e molto amichevole che noi consigliamo molto
