This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

I visited this hotel again for the first time in years now that work travel is in full force. Centrally located, modern, with a proper scene and activity in an otherwise quiet neighborhood at night and on weekends. Definitely would recommend this hotel over others in this neighborhood if traveling here for work. If for pleasure, it’s fine so long as you are content with taking a metro or UBER/taxi to the touristy parts of the city.

Stai qui 3 notti nel novembre 2019 in una stanza standard. Ha prenotato 2 camere mentre stavo qui con alcuni amici. L'hotel è stato in grado di accoglierci con le camere accanto a vicenda. Purtroppo, l'hotel era stato rinnovato, senza un annuncio di questo stato pubblicato sul sito web dell'hotel, né un email inviato a noi prima del nostro soggiorno per informarci di questo. Ciò significava che due mattine svegliamo un sacco di rumore, che ritengo inaccettabile. Il rumore continuava a andare fino a dopo pomeriggio. Ho chiesto una possibilità di camera a causa del rumore, ma la nuova camera non era migliore in questo senso. Il pranzo era deludente con una qualità scarsa e una diffusione limitata. Come non nativo, non sono sicuro di cosa si possa chiamare, ma è uno dei concentrati aromati che si può comprare e miscelare con acqua, quindi non era nemmeno il succo aromati di concentrato, ma una bevanda aromati di concentrato. Non l'ho mai visto in un hotel 4+ stelle. In un Ibis, sì, ma in un hotel Novotel marcato, no. La palestra era molto elementare e direi che non era nemmeno adatto per un breve soggiorno. In generale, un hotel molto corsa che non consiglierei.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

Siamo arrivati al Presidente Abba il 7 gennaio dopo aver attraversato l'America del Sud. Anche se il nostro agente di viaggio ci aveva inavvertitamente programmato per il 7 gennaio 2025, Daniella ci ha accolti in hotel e ci ha dato una stanza fino a quando non abbiamo ordinato le prenotazioni. La stanza che avevamo era più che sufficientemente spaziosa con una piccola zona seduta, un bel bagno, un letto grande e comodo, Il personale del front desk ha organizzato il mio taxi all'aeroporto alla data di partenza senza problemi, sarei sicuramente rimasto in questo hotel ancora una volta se e quando torno in Cile. !!!

We were booked into this hotel as our plans for the Patagonian Lake District fell through due to poor weather. Having flown through the night we couldn’t have arrived at a more welcoming and comfortable hotel .The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent - great breakfast choices and equally good lunch. The bed is so comfortable and the shower super also. Great location despite everything being closed for Independence Day celebrations.

L'hotel è molto buono, sembra molto nuovo in tutta la sua struttura. La camera doppia è molto confortevole, abbastanza spazioso e l'aria condizionata molto potente. L'unica riserva che faccio è quella del doccia, perché è molto freddo, l'acqua non si riscalda in alcun modo. Nel periodo in cui mi sono fermato era molto caldo in città, quindi non è stato un disturbo così grande, ma in inverno, credo che sia un problema. La pulizia è impeccabile, così come la cura del personale del caffè che ho considerato molto buono. Ho letto molti commenti criticando questa parte, ma mi sono particolarmente trovato molto buono e ben variato. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, Stazione Santa Lucia e punti turistici della città.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno qui. La posizione era perfetta per arrivare in diverse parti della città. Possiamo camminare o facilmente prendere Ubers in giro ovunque. C'era sempre qualcuno alla porta che ci salutasse e ci aiutasse se avessimo bisogno di lui. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole.

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!
