Hotel a 3 stelle a Santiago del Cile

Siamo stati all'hotel santa lucia a parghelia e un posto fantastico ci hanno coccolato tantissimo lo consiglio a tutti.... L'animazione di eurekstyle è simpaticissima e spero tanto di riuscire a vedere nuovamente in altre strutture

L'hotel è molto buono, sembra molto nuovo in tutta la sua struttura. La camera doppia è molto confortevole, abbastanza spazioso e l'aria condizionata molto potente. L'unica riserva che faccio è quella del doccia, perché è molto freddo, l'acqua non si riscalda in alcun modo. Nel periodo in cui mi sono fermato era molto caldo in città, quindi non è stato un disturbo così grande, ma in inverno, credo che sia un problema. La pulizia è impeccabile, così come la cura del personale del caffè che ho considerato molto buono. Ho letto molti commenti criticando questa parte, ma mi sono particolarmente trovato molto buono e ben variato. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, Stazione Santa Lucia e punti turistici della città.

Per due notti abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel mentre visitava Santiago de Chile, e la mia esperienza è stata piuttosto buona. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice con nessuna denuncia, eccetto la mancanza di personale per esportare il bagaglio. Abbiamo una stanza nel centro dell'edificio e la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole con riscaldamento e aria condizionata per avvertire dal freddo clima di Santiago. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere del colazione a causa delle limitazioni della nostra tour, ma in generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello e lo consigliereremmo a chiunque stia cercando un buon alloggio nel centro di Santiago.

Sono rimasto qui per 7 giorni in totale oltre 3 prenotazioni mentre ero a Santiago per voli a Rapa Nui, l'Atacama e Torres del Paine NP. Ogni soggiorno è stato fantastico. Perché? Beh, prima di tutto, a differenza del luogo originale che ho prenotato quando sono arrivato a Santiago, che si è aperto a mentire sulla qualità del loro wifi (quasi funzionava anche sul loro desktop front!), Questo posto ha WiFi che funziona effettivamente che hanno provato dopo che ho dovuto chiamarli e confermare che lo ha fatto prima di dover prendere un taxi. Una volta, anche se avevo prenotato solo un'ora prima, mi sono aggiornato in una grande stanza per le mie prime 2 notti con un mini frigo (tutte le camere hanno), tutto il personale era utile, tutti parlavano buon inglese, che era utile, perché il mio spagnolo è marginale. Il colazione era molto buono e avevano favolosi pasticcerie e torte. La posizione è in realtà grande e molto conveniente, a destra di un supermercato e di alcuni ristoranti, vicino al metro, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Plaza de Armas. Il kicker (e perché ho mantenuto la prenotazione dopo il mio primo soggiorno) è che è circa 5 minuti a piedi fino alla fine della linea di autobus ”Centro Aeropuerto” diretta all'aeroporto-in ogni modo ho pagato circa $2 per tornare e uscire dall'aeroporto 5 differenti tempo in circa 30-45 min. Salvo un tonnellata di soldi di taxi. Capisco che questo non è un hotel super moderno in un quartiere di alta scala come BellaVista, ma tutte le strutture erano lì e in generale, Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben progettate. In breve, questo era il luogo perfetto per me per andare intorno a Santiago e all'aeroporto. E il prezzo, incluso il colazione, è molto generale. Così felice che il mio primo hotel non finisse lavorando alla fine.

A localização é boa perto dos pontos turísticos do centro Os quartos são bons camas confortáveis Chuveiro razoável quente mas muito pouca água O que não é muito bom é o atendimento assim como qualquer atendimento no Chile !!! No caso do hotel funcionários do Restaurante mal educado O café começa às 7:15 sendo que os passeios saem no mínimo as 6 hr e mesmo assim o hotel não nos avisou que podíamos pedir um desjejum O café é de boa qualidade Porém gostaria de ressaltar a funcionária da recepção Cíntia ela é completamente diferente dos demais prestativa preocupada com os hóspedes gentil Me ajudou muito quando meu celular foi roubado no metrô ainda bem que era ela que estava na recepção esse dia

I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.
