Hotel vicini a Ayna Sultanova parkı a Baku

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Hotel confortevole, buona posizione. Le camere sono pulite, le camere sono spaziose. personale gentile. Un delizioso colazione ma non molto diversa. Le camere mancano di luce come massimali molto alti e lampade su una piazza simile)

È un hotel più conveniente e confortevole in questa zona. mi sento come una casa. Ottima capacità linguistica del personale di accoglienza.

L'aeroporto ha preso un auto all'hotel, il conducente di taxi ha sbagliato a mandarci in un altro hotel di Windom in diverse parti. Non sorprende che la ricetta non possa trovare le nostre informazioni di soggiorno...Più tardi ci ha contattato sull'ordine di Windom Hotel. Abbiamo preso un auto e andato in passato per fare il soggiorno, La ricetta ci ha aiutato a aggiornare gratuitamente in una camera da letto super grande, e ci ha anche perso due notti. In generale, l'hotel è buono, ma se non auto-auto, prendete un autobus.

La struttura è molto pulita e bella, e ha un'ottima colazione e una bella sala da pranzo e una vista bella da davanti a vista al bellissimo parco.

It was my very first trip with family and also i choose Baku for that. I was already staying at another hotel which was not good at all so Me and My Family decided to go for a good breakfast and then look for a better Hotel. Thats how we ended up at Wyndham Garden just to have Breakfast. Breakfast time was over but Shukur gave us an opportunity to order by Menu. Here comes Nijat who open the entire Buffet for 4 of us and made our morning great. Husyn came up with an amazing coffee. While sipping our coffee me and my wife decided to book this Hotel for the rest of our stay. Mr Steve came personally to welcome us and i shared this story with him. What a great Guy Mr Steve is the GM. Rooms are clean. Pool is to die for. Gym is clean and up to date. The only this we miss was Spa. Above all the Staff. Ibrahim, Shukur, Nijat, Huseyn, Lamam and last but not the least Mr Steve. Thank you all for making our trip the best.

- Удачное местоположение отеля (до метро 10 минут, в шаговой доступности парк, банк, супермаркеты и даже торговый центр). - Все необходимые удобства в номере есть (холодильник, чайник и тд). - Уборка производилась каждый день (полотенца меняли каждый день, косметические принадлежности аналогично). - Вай-фай иногда пропадал, - На завтрак есть что выбрать, но когда одно и тоже каждый день,поэтому к концу недели не очень хотелось идти на завтрак. - Персонал отличный ! Правда не понимал иногда английский язык, а на русском немного говорили 2 человека. Рекомендую отель.

Il servizio generale era buono No Bellboy per il pick-up e il carico di bagagli. Ero una persona molto buona che ci ha aiutati a colazione e era molto dolce. Una signora era laggiù alla ricezione, non ricordo il suo nome, ma era molto dura e gentile. Questo ci ha resi incomodi e una cattiva esperienza.

Riposato con suo marito a Baku alla fine di giugno e molto felice che l'hotel Diplomat sia stato scelto per l'alloggio. Naturalmente, il primo vantaggio dell'hotel è la posizione nel cuore dell'hotel. Vicino al metro, fermate di autobus, alla Old City, Boulevard e Trade si può raggiungere a piedi. L'hotel dispone di camere pulite e confortevoli, con un'area di lavoro e una camera da letto separata, nel bagno ci sono tutte le strutture, su richiesta può anche fornire tutte le necessarie. Il 9° piano offre una vista panoramica e marina, e l'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera tranquilla, molto confortevole, numerose negozi e caffè accanto all'hotel.
