The hotel was not as expected, name Marriott sounds nice but the rooms are old, no any nice facilities, even was not any toothbrush… the breakfast was ok, again not as expected. The hotel full of Indian tourists.

We asked for refill the body wash and conditioner several times during our stay but nothing bothered them ,Our stay was of 6 days there. Service is too late.

Very bad service. Seems no body is listening. I had booked for seaview room, but sea was like 1 km from the window. Then I had to struggle im the middle of night. They changed my room to partially ciry and partially sea. Hygeine was the worst. My room was not cleaned. House keeping was just changing bedsheet that is once in 4 days that is what HOD Housekeeping admitted. Reception guys were very rude. Seems they were doing favour to us. Never seen this kind of artitude You can see hairs and stains on drawer and Almira

Room was nice and cozy. Service need an improvement, quite slow process on check-in and check-out

The hotel is a one of the best. You can be surprised if you need to make any changers of the booking. For example, my booking was made via trip.com and i needed to cancel the first night, i was advised that i can cancel all my booking without any cancellation fees but can't cancel only the first night.. Trip.com advised that it depends on the hotel, and the hotel advised that it depends on Trip.com. Nobody helped with it. Also if you have a late check in it is better to inform the hotel directly.

Good hotel but far from city center. Very crowded specially during breakfast.

The food options and service is really good

As usual I love this hotel. Cleanliness and services are on point. Mr. Yunis at the front desk was really good.

The hotel was great, the location is not directly in the city center, but very nice for walking. The staff was very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to sea view room. If I come back to Baku I would choose this hotel again.

great service, rooms need a bit of a refresh as every furniture is chipped and some painting. The other guests at the hotel are very loud and big groups are coming.
