Siamo stati qui un anno fa, ed era stata un'esperienza eccellente. Questa volta ho trovato dei peggioramenti nella qualità per esempio delle amenities, ridotto all'essenziale. La colazione è di qualità ma limitata. Personale della reception disponibile e preparato. Personale della colazione magnifico. Personale della piscina eccellente.

I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

Hands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly,helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.

Суперский Отель с Самой Крутой Локацией ! Бесподобной Кроватью и Бельем ! Крутой Завтрак ! Но Выбор Конечно Беднее чем в Тайланде и Бали ! И Очень Неудобные и Дешевые Тапочки!!! А все Остальное Супер в Отеле !!!!

酒店地理位置優越，步行就可以到達海邊，附近還有2家中餐廳，對於我這個中國胃非常友好。 酒店工作人員都很nice, 早餐也特別贊。下次去巴庫一定還會入住！

Прекрасный отель ,стильный и красивый . Гостеприимство персонала поражает заботой и приветливостью . Чувствуешь себя в кругу друзей с первой минуты. Завтраки прекрасные ,очень вкусно и разнообразно ! 非常不錯。各方面都滿意

Ho fatto un long week end a Baku e questo hotel è stata un’ottima scelta, in primo luogo per la location, abbiamo camminato lungo il boulevard per raggiungere la città vecchia. Abbiamo scelto una camera vista mare e lo spettacolo era veramente notevole. Ottima anche la spa e la prima colazione, molto varia, il personale è super efficiente e molto gentile

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo splendido hotel, in una Studio Suite davvero strepitosa. L'hotel è ben ubicato, posizione centrale, molto bella, in cinque minuti di taxi si arriva alla Piazza delle fontane. La piscina è davvero meravigliosa, con una vista impagabile sulle Flame Towers. L'acqua delle Jacuzzi potrebbe essere un po' più calda, in ogni caso l'ambiente è ben curato e si sta molto bene. La colazione al ristorante è a buffet assistito, ma questo non crea alcun problema perché l'efficenza è assoluta, si viene serviti nell'immediato, tutti si adoperano per farti stare bene e sicuramente questo è merito di tutto il personale, gentilissimo, cui sovraintende maghificamente il manager Vusal Babayev, che accoglie gli ospiti e se ne prende cura con una cortesia squisita. Il buffet è ricco e con prodotti di alta qualità. Il personale tutto merita una menzione speciale: davvero tutti, nessuno escluso, sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. Non vedo l'ora di tornare! The location is great and luxury everywhere Plenty to do after a long working day: The gym is located on the top floor of the hotel with breath taking views. The executive lounge will endure you with great food and excellent choice of wine. The exclusive restaurant will tempt you to eat more than planned or just stay longer than expected. And if you want more simply step outside the hotel and stroll along the shore soaking the tranquility of the Caspian lake. Or simply walk the 2 ,miles to the old city where the time has stopped. While the location is great, the customer service is just unbeatable. I am sure you will soon be chatting with Jeyran that will make feel at home and not to miss any highlights that Baku can offer
