作為政府接待賓館的老底子中規中矩，外觀和大堂顯得比較大氣上檔次，服務員的有一定意識，服務響應很及時。房間挺寬敞，設施配置得比較完善，感覺還是比較規範整潔，空調十分給力，這在三北地區別具一格；無線網絡信號強，房間光源比較充沛且功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈很實用；床頭只有單個電源插座，手機充電應用不太方便；軟硬兩種枕頭感覺很愜意；洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，淋浴熱水量大感覺爽；洗臉池因斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山，洗手間缺個臟巾筐。
賓館竟然不能點餐，周邊可選項也不多，衹好叫外賣，還衹能送到門口，沒有時下非常流行的機器人，要自個下去拿，服務手段比較落伍，觀念也顯得比較保守；餐廳環境看着挺大氣，自助早餐還算豐富可口。門前停車場安全方便，車位也挺寬敞。

La stanza è ampia e pulita, il cameriere ha anche inviato con entusiasmo pannolini e dentisti per bambini, e ha aggiunto molta calda all'esperienza di soggiorno della nostra famiglia.I letti dell'hotel sono anche molto comodi. 位置挺好找，周圍停車也挺方便的。房間很好，乾淨衞生，有智能管家，電視特別大，還可以投屏，看着感覺很好。洗澡水也合適舒服。一樓前台戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務很好，辦理入住手續便捷，一層還有一個小賣部。早餐是在三層吃的，種類豐富，現做的有煎蛋，麪條，感覺很不錯。臨走還給了温乎的礦泉水，非常貼心。

UUtente ospite非常棒的一個酒店，物超所值！不是某一方面好，是各個方面都特別好的酒店，在這個價位的旅遊景區酒店裡幾乎接近完美！是我住過體驗感最好的酒店！特別推薦！之前看到別人評論説很冷，我們連住了三晚，一點也不冷，甚至覺得有點熱，晚上還開了窗睡。
設施：很齊全
衞生：非常乾淨
環境：很安靜，酒店院子裏有梅花鹿和小狐狸，非常出片，他們還很有心的堆了雪人
服務：可以説是超值的存在！
前台：為我們辦理入住的前台Leah文文非常貼心，幾天的行程下來，她可以説是私人管家的存在，遇到的問題都完美幫我們解決了！
自助餐廳：服務員都非常的友好，都非常有主動服務意識
客房：客房阿姨也特別好，房間每天都認真打掃整理
禮賓部：接送服務非常到位！司機師傅服務也很熱情貼心

TTop IssarapongI had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip.
As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan.
Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered.
Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early.
Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

服務：入住的第一天家人就開始發燒 我們在別墅區早餐用餐要到主樓 顯得特別不方便 後來前台經理Bowen知道這個情況後主動及時幫我們解決用餐問題 特意安排工作人員送餐到房間！臨時需要商務車 禮賓部的工作人員在最短時間內幫我安排聯繫到位。三個帥哥Mark Allen king！都很熱心！
衞生：spa中心的衞生覺得需要改善 也跟相關工作人員反映過 希望可以改善。
旅拍服務:這個送的套餐送的旅拍 我覺得送的不夠誠心 純屬給旅拍做引流吧 送五張原片而且不精修 客服態度也挺冷的。感覺一般吧 精修加一張80塊 所謂的精修其實就是批量修 本人覺得不值。總是對旅拍印象一般 大家各自斟酌

BBritoCheryl era il più meraviglioso personale di aiuto, mi ha aiutato quando Ctrip ha confuso il mio soggiorno e ha fatto una prenotazione per febbraio invece di gennaio 2021, mi ha dato una stanza (10 am) per riposare dopo un lungo viaggio, Poi, quando la stanza era pronta (2 pm) mi ha chiamato a cambiare in una stanza più grande di quella che ho prenotato per primo. Poi mi ha aiutato pazientemente a organizzare il mio giorno e mi ha dato delle idee. Ho avuto un altro problema, Quando sono andato a pattinaggio non ho restituito la mia cascata ( come avrei dovuto usarla il giorno dopo e il personale del centro sci ha detto che potevo tenerla ) , secondo la regolamentazione dell' hotel , dovete pagare 2000 depositi per loro per darvi la carta sciistica . Quindi il giorno dopo volevano 2000 yuan di più, dal momento che nel sistema non ho restituito tutti gli apparecchi in tempo, lei ha risolto con pazienza parlando con la persona responsabile e ha spiegato che non dovrei essere chiesto di pagare di nuovo se ho già pagato il giorno precedente e io Stavo anche sciando oggi.Ha fatto del mio soggiorno un soggiorno meraviglioso, ha risolto tutti i miei problemi!
Per quanto riguarda l'hotel , l'hotel è pulito e spazioso , la camera comprende un biglietto d'ingresso al parco acquatico e un biglietto d'ingresso al caldo primavera e un biglietto d'ingresso al famoso resort sci Wanda !
Il colazione era gioioso, mangiava molto e il personale del ristorante è diligente, molto caldo e utile.
Sarei sicuramente qui l'anno prossimo!!! Sono così felice!

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

SSimple Pleasures in LifeMy family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

KKyle Euan RossThis is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

UUtente ospiteWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
