NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

UUtente anonimoI highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer.
I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

LLaolun096這次我們南方小土豆想去長白山體驗一下東北小鎮的美食和文化，便決定在去度假村之前選擇在松江河鎮住一晚！東北大院的風格設計很獨特，是用紅色的磚搭建圍起來！非常有當地東北的文化美學感！
房間沒有拍攝，不是照騙是真的很乾凈也很大，不用開空調感覺屋內有供暖穿短袖也沒啥問題，還有一個巨大的榻榻米，電視也是智能電視可投屏，畢竟東北冬天晚上17點就烏漆嘛黑的沒有啥娛樂活動，衹能在民宿看看電影了！
服務: 老闆大哥人非常好，提供接機送機，我們要去小鎮也提出帶我們一程！全程無推銷哈哈哈哈也很難得了哈哈哈哈哈！

UUtente ospiteIl hotel è vicino al ristorante sciistico. Non c'è bisogno di aspettare gli autobus per camminare per il ristorante sciistico, il villaggio sciistico e anche la primavera calda.
Questo hotel è molto utile. Come si può soggiornare con complimenti:

2) Accesso caldo a primavera
3) Accesso per ascensori di sci (2000rmb deposit)
4) Attività di neve
5) Colazione
6) Shuttle dalla stazione ferroviaria occidentale di Changbaishan

In notte, tutta la città si sente davvero come negli alpi. Una notte è troppo meno per noi di godere di tutto. Ha avuto un sorprendente sonno. Ho un bagno. La camera è grande e con una vasta vista sulla zona sciistica. Veramente bella 5 stelle.

From Late-Night Arrival to Instant Support
Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.
2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected.
3. Hot Springs Ticket Resolution: When there was a minor glitch redeeming our included Hanna Hot Springs tickets, he took personal ownership. He didn't just make a call; he followed through until the issue was resolved and we gained entry, preserving our evening of relaxation.

OOlivier22❄️ L'hotel non è la scelta più conveniente per le famiglie con bambini piccoli o per gli sciatori meno esperti, poiché si trova lontano dal centro della città. Il centro della città è anche dove si trovano le fonti calde, il parco acquatico, le attrazioni di neve e ghiaccio, così purtroppo un sacco di tempo viene sprecato nel trasporto.
🚐 Il servizio di navetta è un'area chiara per il miglioramento. La frequenza è limitata e spesso abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po', a volte mancano due navette complete prima di poter accedere. Aumentare il numero di navette renderebbe una grande differenza.
🎿 I passaggi di sci sono flessibili: possono essere utilizzati in qualsiasi giorno, compresi i giorni di check-in e check-out. L'uso è limitato ad una volta alla notte, e si può scegliere sia giorno o notte sciare ma non entrambi lo stesso giorno. Tuttavia, non è necessario utilizzare questi giorni in consecutivi, che dà alle famiglie più libertà di pianificare giorni di riposo.
🏠 Nel lato positivo, la stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il bar, l'area fitness, la sala ping-pong e la sala yoga erano tutti piacevoli e hanno aggiunto varietà al soggiorno.
La colazione è anche molto diversa e buona.

UUtente ospiteWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special.
The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests.

Un'osservazione speciale è stata fatta al receptionista H, che ha avuto un'eccezionale assistenza durante il nostro soggiorno: non avendo le applicazioni locali in Cina, ci ha aiutato gentilmente con l'ordine di taxi e con la consegna di cibo, sempre con pazienza e con atteggiamento caldo. Il suo aiuto ha fatto una grande differenza e noi apprezzammo la sua cura e attenzione.
Vorremmo anche ringraziare in particolare Landland, che ci ha aiutato a organizzare tutto ciò che riguarda lo sci. Dall'organizzazione di noleggi di vestiti da sci al coordinamento del trasporto al centro sciistico a pochi minuti di distanza, tutto è stato gestito molto bene e professionale. Inoltre, il Land ha preso il tempo di raccomandare molti luoghi di visitare e condividere informazioni dettagliate, rendendo il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole e ben pianificato.
In generale, questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di servizio, comodità e ospite. È raro trovare un posto dove il personale è così attento e disposto a andare a un miglio di distanza per assicurare agli ospiti una splendida esperienza.
