My stay here was, in a word, amazing. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every aspect was defined by a level of personal care and hospitality that truly sets this place apart.The beautiful, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly.
However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel.
Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

HHong JangQuando sono arrivato in questo hotel all'inizio della mattina, mi sono sentito davvero confuso, chiedendomi se tutti i negozi circostanti e altri hotel fossero chiusi. Non solo non è stata la stagione turistica di picco, ma anche la situazione economica potrebbe essere sfavorevole, il che probabilmente l'ha spiegato.
Quando sono arrivato all'hotel troppo presto, non sono ancora pronte le camere. Quindi ho lasciato il mio bagaglio con l'hotel prima e ho preparato un giro sulla strada occidentale del Monte Baekdu.
Quando sono tornato, il mio bagaglio era già stato posto nella stanza che mi era stata assegnata.
La stanza era pulita, ma quando mi svegliai al mattino e aprii le tende, il brillante flusso di sole in camera mi fece sentire incredibilmente rinfrescato.
Sono andato al lobby per colazione, e il proprietario dell'hotel ha personalmente messo la tavola.
Inoltre, il proprietario parlava meglio l'inglese di chiunque altro in altri hotel, che è stato un grande aiuto.

E considerato che l'hotel è a destra dal centro turistico occidentale del Monte Baekdu, la sua posizione è più che compiere il disagio di non avere un ascensore.

Bbenny67Staying at the Wanda Holiday Inn Select Changbai Mountain provided a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-organized, with soft and comfortable bedding. In the morning, you could enjoy the breathtaking view of snow-covered mountains. The hotel’s breakfast was abundant, warm, and delicious. A shuttle bus for the ski resort is located downstairs, making it extremely convenient for skiing excursions. Li Xu, the hotel’s front desk staff, was warm and helpful, answering all questions promptly and resolving issues efficiently!

Our family holiday at the Sheraton Changbaishan was transformed from a great ski trip into an unforgettable story of genuine human kindness, thanks entirely to Front Desk Manager Xiao Xie. His service didn't just meet expectations; it redefined them.
From Late-Night Arrival to Instant Support
Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.
2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected.
3. Hot Springs Ticket Resolution: When there was a minor glitch redeeming our included Hanna Hot Springs tickets, he took personal ownership. He didn't just make a call; he followed through until the issue was resolved and we gained entry, preserving our evening of relaxation.
4. Local Guide: Beyond the resort, he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries, leading us to some of our best meals during the trip.

Xiao Xie operated with a philosophy that no guest concern was too small. His assistance during the night shift was particularly valuable, providing a constant, reliable point of contact. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality—anticipating needs, solving problems with grace, and investing personally in the guest experience.

The Sheraton Changbaishan offers a fantastic product: a seamless booking, incredibly valuable ski/activity package, and comfortable amenities. But Xiao Xie is the soul of the place. He turned potential frustrations into memorable demonstrations of care.

Llenka&E魯能度假區內的兩家地標酒店（地中海俱樂部，瑞士酒店）都住了。各有各的優點。現在就來説説瑞士酒店的特色。
首先性價比絕對瑞士佔優。同等大小的套房（80m2左右）瑞士酒店的價格是地中海早鳥價的三分之一。如果是現場訂，地中海價格還要高。當然地中海包含的項目比較多（温泉，一日三餐，孩子全程託管，雪場入場費，滑雪教練全部包含在房費裏了）。但是瑞士酒店包含的項目（雪場入場費，雪具）對於單純衝著滑雪來的家庭也足夠了，另外住瑞士酒店也能免費享用地中海俱樂部的温泉，不過確實沒有地中海酒店自己使用方便。
服務：就服務來説；瑞士酒店也相當專業，我們的管家coco小姐，非常細心盡責，從幫忙預約火鍋零點用餐（這個298的滿族銅火鍋套餐比較推薦，三口之家都吃不完，口味也很正宗），到介紹村內項目和長白山周邊遊玩，再到確認送機大巴的預約。事無鉅細。如果想預約滑雪教練應該也能請她幫忙（不過我們前面在地中海滑了4天有點累，衹想走之前在瑞士好好休息休息，所以就沒約）。除了coco，大堂的lssac王延賓小哥，武志勇和唐志鵬兩位（這三位應該是這幾個名字吧，如果記錯了還請勿怪因為時間有點久了可能會記混😅）也都很友好，積極幫忙照看孩子和拿行李。
衞生：達到標準5星水平吧。
設施：相對地中海來説比較簡潔，但是整體佈局比較適合家庭常住自己打理，比如有類似廚房的水吧枱。
環境：瑞士酒店的房間景色比較優美。
總來説，地中海適合不希望費心的遊客來悠閑度假。瑞士酒店適合希望自己探索自己規劃的遊客。

CClaraOngWe stayed at Wanda Yue Resort from 23–25 December and overall had a very pleasant experience.
There was a slight unhappiness during check-in with one particular staff, but the manage, Kevin Liu stepped in promptly, handled the situation professionally, and ensured proper service recovery. As a thoughtful gesture, high tea was sent to our room, which we truly appreciated.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff throughout our stay — everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely attentive.
Despite the small hiccup at the start, the way it was handled made a positive impression. We would definitely highly recommend Wanda Yue Resort and would be happy to stay here again.

La sua assistenza è stata davvero apprezzata. La posizione era brillante. Solo vicino al ristorante sciistico. Guarda dal balcone della nostra stanza è stato davvero bello e vedere le persone sciare. La nostra stanza è un pacchetto con vantaggi di sci gratuito, fonti calde, parco acquatico e parco neve. Rimarrà certamente qui.

UUtente ospiteWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Sshaney yeo jun xinUna vera esperienza unica e memorabile di soggiorno in questo hotel. Dalla nostra arrivo, ci siamo sentiti molto bene curati. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato era amichevole, professionale e genuino alloggio, rendendo il nostro soggiorno estremamente comodo e senza stress.
Un'osservazione speciale è stata fatta al receptionista H, che ha avuto un'eccezionale assistenza durante il nostro soggiorno: non avendo le applicazioni locali in Cina, ci ha aiutato gentilmente con l'ordine di taxi e con la consegna di cibo, sempre con pazienza e con atteggiamento caldo. Il suo aiuto ha fatto una grande differenza e noi apprezzammo la sua cura e attenzione.
Vorremmo anche ringraziare in particolare Landland, che ci ha aiutato a organizzare tutto ciò che riguarda lo sci. Dall'organizzazione di noleggi di vestiti da sci al coordinamento del trasporto al centro sciistico a pochi minuti di distanza, tutto è stato gestito molto bene e professionale. Inoltre, il Land ha preso il tempo di raccomandare molti luoghi di visitare e condividere informazioni dettagliate, rendendo il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole e ben pianificato.
In generale, questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di servizio, comodità e ospite. È raro trovare un posto dove il personale è così attento e disposto a andare a un miglio di distanza per assicurare agli ospiti una splendida esperienza. Raccomandiamo molto questo hotel e sicuramente sceglieremmo di rimanere qui ancora 🥰
