Hotel con parcheggio a Baishan

Quando sono arrivato in questo hotel all'inizio della mattina, mi sono sentito davvero confuso, chiedendomi se tutti i negozi circostanti e altri hotel fossero chiusi. Non solo non è stata la stagione turistica di picco, ma anche la situazione economica potrebbe essere sfavorevole, il che probabilmente l'ha spiegato. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel troppo presto, non sono ancora pronte le camere. Quindi ho lasciato il mio bagaglio con l'hotel prima e ho preparato un giro sulla strada occidentale del Monte Baekdu. Quando sono tornato, il mio bagaglio era già stato posto nella stanza che mi era stata assegnata. It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Ho dimenticato di prendere foto della stanza, ma mi piace quanto sia grande, perfetto per i gruppi e le famiglie di rimanere. L'hotel è a Guosongcun e il posto è perfetto per coloro che vogliono pace e tranquillità, lontano da troppa folla. In generale, il mio soggiorno è stato assolutamente piacevole e se torno a Changbaishanxi, sicuramente prenoterò lo stesso hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Tornato a questo hotel dopo 2 anni. Molto pulito, confortevole e situato proprio davanti a 1 della pista sciistica. Le staffe dell'hotel erano amichevole e forniscono un buon servizio. L'hotel è stato dotato di lavastoviglie e asciugamani che ci hanno offerto molte comodità. Anche se c'è una distanza dal centro del Resort & centro sciistico principale, ci sono stati autobus a disposizione ogni mezz'ora per arrivare e uscire. Molto raccomandato, poiché il prezzo è ragionevole tra il resto e il valore aggiunto è l'hotel fornito esperienze sci gratuite e primavera calda.
