I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。
酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

The room was not clean enough and lack of maintenance, pungent cigarette smell from towel and cigarette buds found at door step of the chalet room, staff was nice and keen to help, view was good.

The room that assigned supposed to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, yet we were assigned to 2 queen beds. The staff did help to change to the room we're requested. But the room that assigned to us were at the rear corner, so we choose to still stayed at the 1st room they put us in. The water were flooded inside the shower due to inbalance floor inside the shower and everytime we are showering the water will leak to outside the shower room.

Great location, right next to the ski hill. Staff were super helpful. Would wish for a bit more variety for food options because if you leave the resort there really isn’t anything close. There’s shuttles you can take to go to nearby attractions. Wish there was a jacuzzi and a nice bar to go in the evening to have a drink;) but hey you can’t have everything .

Andy ZHOU (the person who took charge of us) was just fantastic! He welcomed us and showed us around the resort... gave us his wechat and every-time we needed something, he was available. It was simply great to have his help. Globally, we were delighted with the stay at the hotel.
The only thing to note is that the ski slope are more for beginners. there are few and they are not very high. Other than that the stay was just great thanks notably to Andy !!!

帶孩子來長白山的大自然之旅，選了長白山華美勝地瑞士度假酒店，位置挺好，周邊自然環境也好，景色非常美[玫瑰]，房間乾淨，住進去非常舒服，還有最值得一提的是酒店的無微不至的服務，禮賓部管家小涵，提前一天加了我的微信，問詢到店時間，對房間的要求等等 ，有什麼問題給他發微信都會及時回覆[強]，賓至如歸的感覺，還有酒店前台金慧，服務也超級好，早餐也都很好吃，每天都很期待吃早餐。院子裏還有傻狍子，小朋友很喜歡，總體很棒，下次還會再來，非常滿意！[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

在瑞士酒店住的很開心，禮賓部李耀凱提前加了微信問了我們的需求，温泉關閉了主動提出讓我們去美景閣無邊泡池，遺留的褲子找了一上午為我們送到了酒店，景色很好還能看到長白山，前台劉楊於瑩積極的為我們辦理入住，有機會再來體驗吧～
