Hotel con colazione a Baishan

An excellent hotel with great convenience and thoughtful services. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. It was a truly pleasant stay with attention to detail that made the experience even better. Highly recommended! Their homemade breakfast is also delicious and adds a personal touch to the stay.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Situato nel cuore della zona turistica, gode di una posizione comoda vicino a tutto. Le camere sono ben fornite di articoli da toeletta e le aree comuni sono pulite e ordinate. La posizione è eccellente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il maggiordomo, Haha, è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo sempre prontamente a qualsiasi domanda. Nel complesso, un'esperienza davvero positiva. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta e non vedo l'ora di vivere un'esperienza ancora più piacevole in inverno.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

Questo posto è sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una vista delle corse così un certo plus. 😊 L'unità è pulita e il personale è amichevole e utile. Il meglio è che si può camminare solo circa 100 metri dalle corse. Una notte ho avuto un problema quando la mia stanza era piena di fumo di sigarette così tanto, così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte del balcone aperte a temperature sub-zero. Quando ho fatto il giorno dopo, erano estremamente scusanti e il loro servizio clienti mi ha contattato per chiedere ulteriori informazioni e hanno inviato un piatto di frutta come scusa. I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. La camera con le letti gemelli sembrava avere una più grande e migliore bagno con un bagno. Ma la camera con un letto grande aveva solo un bagno più piccolo e una doccia. Ancora una volta, non ci mancava niente del nostro soggiorno, ma ci stavamo davvero ingannati.

Il letto dell'hotel è spazioso 1.3M e confortevole abbastanza per un adulto e un bambino. La selezione del colazione è ampia, il personale dell'hotel è molto utile per organizzare il trasporto al ristorante vicino. Solo l'hotel ha una certa distanza dal principale resort sciistico. L'impianto di sci e l'impianto di sci devono prendere un piccolo autobus che può essere molto ricco e deve stare fermo.

Grande servizio e spaziose, camere pulite!L'unico lato inferiore era un'unità AC rumorosa, l'abbiamo spento e abbiamo reso freddo invece. 😂 Pros: ＞ Trasporto facile (shuttle frequent + 10 taxi RMB). Grandes extras, come fonti calde e tubo di neve. Cons: ＞ Icy, neve fatta dall'uomo (caduto doloroso!). Doppio prezzo per le vacanzee, a quanto pare, non è nemmeno il picco della stagione! Vorrei esplorare più delle strutture del resort la prossima volta.

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

La frequenza è limitata e spesso abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po', a volte mancano due navette complete prima di poter accedere. Aumentare il numero di navette renderebbe una grande differenza. 🎿 I passaggi di sci sono flessibili: possono essere utilizzati in qualsiasi giorno, compresi i giorni di check-in e check-out. L'uso è limitato ad una volta alla notte, e si può scegliere sia giorno o notte sciare ma non entrambi lo stesso giorno. Tuttavia, non è necessario utilizzare questi giorni in consecutivi, che dà alle famiglie più libertà di pianificare giorni di riposo. 🏠 Nel lato positivo, la stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il bar, l'area fitness, la sala ping-pong e la sala yoga erano tutti piacevoli e hanno aggiunto varietà al soggiorno. La colazione è anche molto diversa e buona.

Quando arrivai, mi salutai caldamente il personale, che andò oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che il mio check-in fosse stato ordinato e piacevole. La loro amicizia e attentazza mi fece sentire a casa. Per tutta la mia permanenza, il personale è rimasto incredibilmente utile, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, sia per la cena locale che per il trasporto organizzato. L'alloggio era molto lussuoso. La mia stanza era spaziosa, bellamente progettata e offre una vista fantastica. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel decoro e nelle strutture riflette davvero i standard elevati del marchio Park Hyatt. Le strutture del resort sono state anche impressionanti, con una fantastica primavera calda fuori dalla neve che ha fornito un perfetto ritiro dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse. Le opzioni di cena erano deliziose, con una varietà di cucina deliziosa che si occupava di tutti i gusti. Ognun pasto era un piacere culinario e il servizio era impeccabile. Un altro punto di vista è stato l'accesso allo sci, la posizione ideale per i principianti e gli sciatori esperti. In generale, il mio soggiorno al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan non era altro che magico. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel per chiunque cerca una diga lussuosa e memorabile nelle montagne. Non posso aspettare di tornare!
