My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. Il personale qui era così bello e sempre felice e utile, non importa quanto fosse ridicolo le mie domande, non era troppo difficile per loro, e le camere e l’hotel nel suo insieme erano molto puliti. Non era mai sporco, e le camere non erano state tenute senza posto, la piscina era abbastanza buona e non era troppo occupata durante il soggiorno, così è stato facile ottenere letti da sole e il bar era sempre stato messo a posto e non doveva aspettare di essere servito. La palestra non era grande, ma non so quante persone vogliono davvero spendere troppo tempo in palestra durante le vacanze comunque. La piscina interna era un divino per me ogni volta che ho un po' di calore, potresti semplicemente nuotare dentro e nuotare fuori dal sole, che era fantastico.L'aria condizionata funzionava bene, ma era un po' forte la notte quando cercavo di dormire. A causa del calore ho finito di tenerlo in alto mentre nella stanza che significava che potresti sentirlo, ma il tempo era 33C+. Situato a ovest del centro della città e di solito ci vorranno solo 10 minuti a piedi per entrare nel centro. Questo è stato un plus per me, perché non c'era nulla di rumore di ritorno di rivelatori.Ha un grande accesso a due spiagge davvero grandi e a un certo numero di ristoranti (italiani, messicani, greci, indiano ecc ...) che sono a poca distanza e sono grandi. Potete sempre andare in giro per una notte tardi nel centro e non era un lungo passo indietro e personalmente mi piace trovare diversi luoghi e attrazioni a piedi. Ho avuto solo colazione all'hotel che era delizioso e ci sono state molte opzioni da scegliere tra i quali cereali+latte, yogurt, frutta fresca locale, melone, caffè di vari tipi, bacon standard, uova, salsicce, marroni, Le verdure, il toast e una selezione di formaggi e pane. Non ho mai scoperto di trovare qualcosa che volevo mangiare in 10 giorni di soggiorno e ho fatto colazione ogni giorno. Posso dire sinceramente che vorrei tornare anche e avere un bel tempo.

La matita nella stanza 335 è un disastro!È ora di una nuova matita!! Molto incomodo.

Grande hotel. Molto tranquillo. Ben situato. Vicino a Protaras e alle sue spiagge (dove si può camminare) ma dove si evita la folla! Lontano dai complessi di massa. Crisate davanti all'hotel dove si può fare il bagno. Passeggiata davanti all'hotel. Parcheggio dell'hotel gratuito. Mini frigorifero nella camera che è piena di bevanda (gratuito) quando arriva (riempito una volta per tutta la durata). 2 piccole bottiglie d'acqua al giorno sono depositate nella stanza e 2 piccoli cioccolatini alla fine del giorno (che è apprezzabile). Ferro e piastra da ripassare gratuitamente su richiesta. Safety safe in camera. Nessun canale TV francese, ma la possibilità di collegare il suo account Netflix alla TV. Vicino a 15 minuti in auto da Cap Greco. Molto bella decorazione. Ho avuto la fortuna di essere sovraclassato con vista sulla piscina. Personale affascinante (in particolare la donna bionda a casa - che ringrazio vivamente - che ha fatto tutto per farmi avere un pranzo a mio agio il giorno della mia partenza alle 5.30 del mattino).. 2 dipendenti parlano francese (che aiuta). Non è necessario prendere una tovagliola da piscina. L'hotel vi fornirà (/presterà )una per il vostro soggiorno. Matelas di spiaggia attribuito alla vostra arrivo secondo la vostra convenienza (puoi cambiare), evitando di dover prenotare i contratti. Ho apprezzato la calma dell'hotel. Ci sentiamo bene, sarei felice di tornare e consiglio di non esitare.

Just back from an amazing 9 night stay. We were the first guests of the season :) The hotel and staff are truly a credit to the hotel and made us feel so welcome & always entertained our sometimes lively daughter :) Food in all restaurants was gorgeous, now on a diet! Snack bar all made fresh which was a great touch. Rooms modern and airy. Family sliding door room was large & had two tv's! Touch pads for lights etc. We went all inclusive & can stay it was one of the best we have been to. Freshly made cocktails were amazing. Pools very spacious & excellent waterpark. Unfortunately there was no entertainment which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. However, we did experience a brilliant guitarist for one night only, shame no more. Not much for children either.. All in all we felt that the hotel should've had their entertainment programme & animation team already in place for opening. As we were leaving we felt that more was happening in terms of entertainment, maybe we were just unlucky? Thanks again for a fabulous holiday and maybe we'll be back one day :)

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is quiet to relax, but if you want to go out you just have a 15 minutes footwalk to the center of Ayia Napa weher all the bars and clubs are located. So you can go out make party and sleep in a quiet area, or you can relax and take a drink at the poolbar called Ipanema. There is no run in the morning for the sunbeds. For every room you can choose on a map a free sunbed and it‘s going to be yours until you leave. For a deposit of 10€ you can also get a key for a locker at the sunbed, so you don‘t need to be scared that someone will steal your belongings. The employees are all very friendly and courteous. Even the operational Manager is arround very often and talks to the guests. He is an absolute role model of a manager. The rooms are very modern and luxury. The buffet for breakfast is quite big and everyone can find something he likes. The quality of the food is on a high level. I‘m here for the second time and I will come back again. It‘s the perfect Hotel to stay arround Ayia Napa. In my opinion there is no better place to spend your Holidays in Ayia Napa
