Marina Hotel

We stayed at Marina hotel during our weekend stay in Ayia Napa, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good. Although it seems far from Ayia Napa center it is walkable about 10 min. The pool area is ok although we did not stay there because we always go to the beaches of the island

Situated on the crest of the hilltop past a number of hotels in the local area, the Marina has an enviable location in the Ayia Napa district. Overall this hotel is a solid and dependable option and is well worth the trip. There’s a large, spacious lobby with comfortable seating areas, a games/play-room, a fitness room, restaurant with wrap-around terrace, outdoor pool and tennis courts to the side. There’s a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options and lunches/dinners are also available from the restaurant. I had dinner here at Chris**as (arriving on Chris**as Eve and leaving on Boxing Day). The decor in the rooms is looking rather tired, however, this is an ‘old school’ three star hotel that delivers where it counts. My room at the front of the hotel was on the top floor with panoramic sea views, which made for phenomenal sun-rise/sun-set vistas. The sculpture park (located directly opposite the entrance) is excellent with views from the side of the hotel and free entry, should you decide to visit. The beach is a short walk away (downhill) and the location to downtown is walkable. Bus services depart in both directions from just outside the hotel and go all over the locality (even on Chris**as Day and New Years Day). At the time of writing the hotel has been appointed as a state accommodation provider to refugees and asylum seekers from Ukraine. If that isn’t worthy of anybody’s support then I don’t know what is. I requested a room away from lifts/stairways for peace away from other guests and they gave me the perfect room- if you'd shown me the whole hotel and given me an unlimited choice I'd have gone for 403, the one I got! The room had a spectacular panoramic sea view over 180 degrees, was a very pleasant place to relax. The decor is a bit dated and tired but - and this is a big bonus- the bed was actually a double bed rather than two singles slid together which has become commonplace. The pool was pretty decent, the buffet breakfast was OK.

The sun chairs is not you see at this pic, they where terrible, breakfast was ok, dinner buffet they have some very good dishes and bad ones, but at pool you don’t get what you see at pictures in here it’s was most that the just cast the food on the plait. The bad sheets was very nice, but the bath towel is to lite and very used time to change. The cleaning of the room is very poor we have spillde Somme coffe on the floor after2 days we needed to ask them to mopped wet the floor The bed was terrible they are very old and hard The staff was nice, but sometimes I want to get may breakfast to eat up at my room and they want explanation why I got my food to the room. If someone was sick… Location is good, but the hotel needs a big update

Very nice hotel and very good cleaning, very friendly stαff Cypriot people, nice food and good price, no noise and everything organise. Thanks a lot I go again. From all cyprus hotels all stars is the best for me because you pass very nice eat good food and you see smile staff.

The only good thing is their friendly staff. General the hotel needs renovation. Both public lounge and rooms were dirty. In one room the ceiling fell down but the staff change the room immediately. Breakfast and dinner options were fair enough and kinda tasty, nonetheless hygiene is questionable.

Отель расположен очень удачно, на выезде из города и то же время недалеко от центра. Рядом есть остановка, что очень удобно, на автобусе вы сможете доехать до аквапарка, до луна-парка, до знаменитых пляжей в Протарасе. Отель расположен на возвышенности. кому это важно, то от моря вы будете идти в горку, но не долго, минут 5-7. Пляж совсем рядом, через дорогу. Я останавливалась на недельку в октябре 2021 г, несмотря на конец сезона - загрузка была процентов 80. Номер мой был с видом на бассейн и море, чистый и просторный. А вот по балконам есть нюансы, не очень удобные перегородки, как будто и нет их совсем, но это не во всех номерах, нужно уточнять. Питание вполне приличное и соответствует категории отеля. Территория небольшая и очень зеленая. В целом отель оставил приятные впечатления, буду его рекомендовать.

Bien exposé, vue sur l’océan. Mais deco un peu dépassée et restaurant pas bon et très touristique. Cet hôtel est surtout pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge, pas pour les couples. Nous étions au 4eme étage, ce qui nous éloignait un peu du bruit, mais juste un peu.
