My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. Arrivo di sera tardi! Solita sceneggiata per tentativo di affibbiarti una camera che non era assolutamente quella prenotata. Ma l’ho spuntata con le foto fatte alla prenotazione (sullo schermo computer!!!). Tanto fumo e poco arrosto. Grande esibizione di mobili, addobbi, tappeti nella hall ... vuota!Grande casermone , dove dalla camera- se interna al cortile- senti tutto , compreso le litigate dai balconi confinanti! Pulizia scarsissima. Manager che girano a vuoto ma non vedono l’essenziale! Mensa sempre uguale con serate definite “a tema” ma assolutamente identiche una all’altra. Onore ai dolci. Bene la palestra. Intrattenimento da piangere. Piscina frequentata da gente spesso rozza e maleducata che lascia in giro di tutto! Il mare e la spiaggia non ci sono! L’hotel è su uno sperone di roccia e se non avete l’auto, siete fritti. Molto più umano e riposante il Nissi Beach di fianco... e meno caro 😘!

If your looking for an excellent adults only hotel to chillout and relax then Ayia Napa Suites are 2nd to none. Exceptional staff providing an outstanding hospitality experience from morning breakfast service right through to late night cocktails, this coupled with lovely spotlessly clean smart rooms and the best view in Ayia Napa will not be beaten for value for money. Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Big thank you to Alex - Bambos - Tasos - Ali - Tanya who manage breakfast, lunch, dinner daily as well as creating the lovely cocktails and the personal bar service each day. L'albergo non è male! Ma non sono 5 stelle... La stanza è in realtà molto vecchia, un hotel a cinque stelle non dovrebbe avere una stanza del genere...

Il mio soggiorno a Nestor Hotel è molto piacevole, l'hotel è pulito, ha una bella piscina e il cibo è buono! Ciò che lo rendeva speciale è stato il personale, tutto così amichevole e accogliente, soprattutto come una delle persone con cui ero è un utente di sedie a rotelle. L'hotel non è il più amico della sedia a rotelle, ma il personale ha fatto tutto il possibile per assicurarsi che il mio amico potesse andare in giro e sentirsi comodo. Vorrei anche ricordare che il divertimento di Billy era grande, sempre cercando di assicurarsi che tutti si divertivano. Onestamente, questo hotel ha un sacco di cuore, che ha fatto rimanere molto di valore per un po'. Solo perché non ho dato il 5 stelle completo è perché non è completamente accessibile per gli utenti di sedie a rotelle, così spazio per il miglioramento, che hanno detto che sicuramente saranno attuati.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is quiet to relax, but if you want to go out you just have a 15 minutes footwalk to the center of Ayia Napa weher all the bars and clubs are located. So you can go out make party and sleep in a quiet area, or you can relax and take a drink at the poolbar called Ipanema. There is no run in the morning for the sunbeds. For every room you can choose on a map a free sunbed and it‘s going to be yours until you leave. For a deposit of 10€ you can also get a key for a locker at the sunbed, so you don‘t need to be scared that someone will steal your belongings. The employees are all very friendly and courteous. Even the operational Manager is arround very often and talks to the guests. He is an absolute role model of a manager. The rooms are very modern and luxury. The buffet for breakfast is quite big and everyone can find something he likes. The quality of the food is on a high level. I‘m here for the second time and I will come back again. It‘s the perfect Hotel to stay arround Ayia Napa. In my opinion there is no better place to spend your Holidays in Ayia Napa

The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. ”Who can be the least interested in helping guests” seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.
