Auburn: hotel a 2 stelle

Il servizio è stato un ottimo personale amichevole. Il bagno aveva i capelli in doccia, chiedendo se la stanza fosse stata completamente pulita. Le mutandine, le foglie e le tole non profumavano freschi.

Probably the worst chain hotel I've ever been. There are some rundown hotels/motels across the country, but few with brand name. The photos on the official Clarion page for this hotel are from another decade. The staff were polite, but the condition of this place is unacceptable. When I tried to open my room door, it was partially collapsed onto the threshold. The picture attached says it all. The room had an overwhelming smell of bleach, while the carpet looked stained and decades old. The towels/wash clothes went from shades of dull white and gray to brown. One towel was heavily stained and looked like it was used to clean up a coffee spill. While it did not smell used, I had no way of knowing just how long it was on the rack. I took them back to the front desk where they were politely exchanged, but what I given was not much better. The air conditioner worked, but was extremely loud and in bad condition. Back to the photos of their site, the pool has been closed for some time, as they have a ”Closed due to Covid” sign on it. The wooden arbor/pergola in the photo that looks brand spanking new has many missing beams due to rot. Reaching out to Choice Hotels/Clarion Customer Service, they seem to believe my experience is nothing more than an ”isolated incident”. If 24/7/365 is an isolated condition, I might agree.

È stato molto soddisfatto che hanno riprendeto a servire un caldo colazione (uova, bacon, salsa, biscotti & sega, ecc.), a differenza di altri hotel nella zona. Di solito soggiorno pulito, tranquillo e sicuro, con letti molto confortevoli. Grande servizio. Hanno un centro commerciale chiuso, che fornisce una certa privacy, e sono delusi di scoprire che hanno riempito la piscina interna, di trasformarsi in un nuovo centro fitness, perché la piscina era una comodità preferita. Ma sarà bello avere un centro fitness più grande.Sono un visitatore ripetuto (molte volte), e sicuramente sarò di nuovo.

I chose this hotel based on good reviews online. It seemed expensive but hotels in their area were either not good or pricy. This hotel was middle of the road for me. The room was fine- nothing special- the quality you expect from a quality inn- with average towels and some amenities... microwave, tv, decent wifi.... However, when the tour bus pulled up at 9pm outside and sat for 25 minutes idling extremely loudly it was not unnoticed. The rooms open to the outside and do not block much in the way of sound. In the morning the breakfast area was disgusting because people could not be bothered to throw away their trash and whoever was in charge of breakfast was not keeping it tidy. Food selection was minimal. They did not even have oatmeal (and I mean the instant, in the packets kind). For 130 dollars a night I would prefer to get something decent to eat. What a waste of money. Location was good but I will not stay again based on price and quality of amenities. Not sure why hotels in this town are so expensive but this place was worth maybe 70 bucks and that's being generous. They need to seriously re-do their breakfast options.

As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted by the kindest front desk attendant. Checking in was quick and I was informed of all amnesties on the property. Beautiful rooms with a full kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Can’t wait to stay here again.

La posizione non è male perché è vicino all'autostrada L'hotel si sente vecchio e la pressione idrica è debole Il colazione è un souvenir, pane, yogurt, bevande, caffè, cereali, mele Ci sono diversi ristoranti a 1 km e c'è una casa di carne da mangiare Non prendendo una foto dell'hotel ...

Ciò che si aspetta da un Hampton. Facile entrare e uscire con una stanza pulita e confortevole. Tutto è stato buono con un sacco di alimentatori (120v e USB). Solo il punto negativo è che questo Hampton, come molti altri, sta diventando un po' indossato, ma questo è certamente il costo.

Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e professionali! Da check-in alla signorina Yniece (non sicuramente se scritto correttamente) che ha fatto un lavoro fantastico con colazione! Era così delizioso, sono davvero impressionato. Il miglior colazione hotel 3 stelle che abbia mai avuto e sono un enorme cibo e hotel snob!! Letto e camera erano comodi. La pulizia è un po' meno di desiderabile, i piani e il sedile richiedono un'attenzione particolare. Sarei sicuramente tornato, e quando lo farò, spero che la signorina Yneice sarà ancora la cucina e il personale è altrettanto piacevole e professionale. Grazie a tutti!!
