This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. 臨時決定去住酒店，刷到了這家新開業的酒店，五一節假日期間，不是沒房就是漲價很離譜的，抱着試試的心態就來了，酒店真的很新，前台服務也很熱情，就是配套的設施還沒弄好，除了高空滑索，幾乎沒有能玩的東西，對比這個價格，性價比略低了點，希望酒店配套弄好後還有機會再去體驗一次，給個折扣哦😝。看到後山的果樹，環境是真的好，划船，採摘，萌寵樂園，可開發的項目還是蠻多的。高空滑索如果愛玩的，趁現在趕緊去。再誇誇自助早飯吧，東西不算多，做的蠻精緻的，還不錯哦。

Even entry-level categories are large suites, while villas add outdoor soaking areas, private courtyards, or pools depending on category. Interiors mix classic Chinese design touches with luxury comforts—heated floors, deep bathtubs, generous bathrooms, and plush bedding. Excellent !
