Ha tutto quello che serve. La parte migliore è la dimensione delle camere e delle attrezzature. Se stai pianificando un soggiorno a lungo termine, questo è il posto per voi. Il personale è sorprendente e aiuterà ogni volta che possibile per assicurarsi che si possa godere del vostro soggiorno.

Molto buona posizione, vicino alla Megamall e anche vicino ad altri luoghi per cena e incontri. L'interno è un po' vecchio, ma finora è abbastanza buono. Il letto era comodo. Il ventilatore AC è un po' difficile da controllare... ma non è male.

Kudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Jinjiang Inn is known for provided us a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with reliable service. For a three-night stay, here’s what we experienced: 1. Service: The staff at Jinjiang Inn are friendly, courteous, and efficient. You can expect smooth check-in and check-out processes, and many locations have a front desk available 24/7, so any issues or questions can be handled promptly. Housekeeping services are generally daily, keeping rooms neat and well-maintained. 2. Rooms and Facilities: Room is clean, simple, and well-designed, focusing on functionality. They include essentials like a comfortable bed, a desk, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. Bathrooms are compact but clean, with basic amenities like soap and towels, although some guests bring their own toiletries. 3. Location and Convenience: Jinjiang Inn is located in accessible areas, often near public transportation, shopping areas, or business districts, making it convenient for sightseeing or commuting. Overall, Jinjiang Inn offers practical, no-frills accommodation ideal for travelers looking for a simple, reliable place to stay without luxury amenities but with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed in Astoria Plaza for over a month. We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

Stavo qui al lavoro e mi piaceva la stanza che ho trovato, con una vista meravigliosa e chiara sulla città. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e pulite (pensava che il custode dimenticasse di pulire la mia camera un giorno); la posizione sagge è grande con camminare a distanza dai ristoranti e dai centri (che sono più di un abbondante in questo quartiere). Il personale era utile e amichevole, anche se il controllo e il controllo erano lunghi con tutto il loro lavoro di carta e processo di amministrazione a volte fatto manualmente. Il colazione - ok. Più sul lato di carne di oggetti che diventano pesanti per la mattina. Il giardino è grande. Se rimarrà qui, si', è un bel posto e un'area tranquilla con una distanza non troppo lontana dall'ufficio.

Had a very pleasant and memorable stay here in Citadines Millennium Ortigas. We booked a 3BR, and although the layout is not your typical 3BR suite, the other room that’s separate is perfect in terms of privacy. Our unit is immaculately clean. It smells good too! Everyone’s very attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to front desk, bell service, housekeeping, breakfast peeps, security, and of course to Marvin and Glenn! You guys are so awesome!! Thanks for the late check-out! See you again soon!

Amore lo spazio grande, la cucina e il buon servizio! Non molto piacevole nel centro fitness - l'ho usato solo due volte. - poco troppo buio.
