"Everything looks ok, except the Parking location is far & parking card to be validated at the Hotel lobby, which is not convenient. From room to Sky garden & take another lif from another tower block to the Lobby to get the card validated with free parking, & then hv to take the lif go back to Sky Gdn, & then take another lif in another Tower block, just to be able to get to my car. After validated card, we hv to be out from the parking location within 15 mins. Experienced while taking lif from lobby, sometimes it might takes 5 mins waiting for the lif, so it makes us a bit of nervous & hv to very hurried try to get the car the soonest the possible 🤦♂️"

"L'appartamento è pulito, ha una macchina per l'acqua potabile, tutte le attrezzature sono complete, e offre anche parcheggio gratuito (non è economico al parcheggio di soffitto).Controllare Nana è un po'diffuso e contattare il responsabile per prendere il manuale di soggiorno.
La posizione è un po'distante, e un po'di distanza dal campo di gioco Genting Highlands &**, e ci vuole 10-15 minuti per guidare (non può camminare).Ma è al massimo, e il paesaggio esterno è bello!"

UUtente ospiteIl hardware dell'hotel è tutto corretto, ma il personale è un po' insufficiente.Abbiamo avuto un check-in super tardi. La prima notte restiamo al primo piano solo sentite il mobilio trascinare intorno da mezzanotte a mattina presto. Il manager dell'hotel non può spiegare, ma mi hanno trovato un'altra stanza. sospettavo che il rumore provenga da un club di platino ******. Non mi sbagliate. Il personale è utile a cercare il loro meglio, ma l'hotel è appena insufficiente in termini di manutenzione di casa. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior Suite.Abbiamo avuto colazione, ma il cibo non corrisponde ad un hotel di cinque stelle. Ho pensato fosse difficile ottenere il personale per lavorare a Genting Highland. Fino a quando non abbiamo controllato. Ho capito come sembra l'esterno di Crockford e rimane un mistero. La rinovazione sta andando, quindi si deve fare attenzione a scegliere la stanza giusta. Paghiamo molto per due notti di soggiorno. Controlla tardi e controlla presto che ci fa perdere un po'. L'autobus è fornito a Genting Grand, ma abbiamo scoperto che molti estranei stanno usando questo servizio senza autorizzazione perché il conducente non controllerà e il ragazzo della campana non si preoccupa meno. UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at Awana Resort World Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay. During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool.
To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. With a bit of attention to these details, Awana Resort World Hotel could provide an even more exceptional experience for its guests.

L'unica preoccupazione qui, è che abita lontano da Gothong Jaya. E se si guida di notte, si prega di essere attenti, perché alcuni della distanza non hanno posta lampada, si deve essere molto cauti.

FFan Kim HongLocation is just nice at mid hill. Can go up hill to visit SkyWorlds, Chin Swee Caves Temple and Premium Outlets. Not too crowd as in Genting SkyWorlds. Food wise, there are restaurants and food outlets around the area. Didn't really use the facilities much as we were out most of the time. Price is cheaper than staying uphill at Awana Resort or Genting SkyWorlds Hotels.

✔️ Minimalist - only functional platform, mattress(es), toilet and hanging knobs. So less prone for accidents when you have toddlers
✔️ No door to toilet. I like this because less accidents too, but you need to ensure your toddler stays out. But you can't ensure the smells stay in. Plus ventilation is bad.
✔️There is a kids playground at the reception area!
✔️Fully self-help. You can check in and out with ease IF you are IT proficient. I checked in within 10 mins and checked out in 1 minute.
✔️Tiny minimart near reception - really like this! Very convenient. Otherwise, there's a larger supermarket right where you would walk entering the genting shopping area.
✔️They do clean! After 2nd night stay onwards.
✔️Value for money when comparing with the other hotels in genting highlands area
✔️ They provided bedroom slippers so no need to bring your own. I also loved their 2 in 1 shampoo / soap.

kids can sleep with noise. Mentioning because others might not be. We consider ourselves lucky coz the road came with the most wonderful view down the acres of forest and this is a plus for us.
❓ The windows can be opened but have been child-proof (only can open 1 inch wide). On warmer days, this felt horrible because the room becomes stuffy and that's what we experienced. I bet it's ok on colder days. 2 ceiling fans are provided.
❓ We considered ourselves really lucky because we begged the front desk to give us a room in the main block. I said yes to everything even if they said the room was bad. But we ended up having a nice room. Despite having the best located room in this hotel, the main shopping area is about 10 mins walk away (1 escalator, 1 winding road, then through a sheltered part of what used to be arena of stars). Those with wheelchairs or cannot make do without strollers should take note. We overcame this because I'm good at pushing strollers up and down escalators.
❓ Comparably cleaner. To be honest when we first opened the room, we were a little disappointed. It feels and looks like the hostel/backpacker grade of hotels,but the longer we stayed the more comfortable we felt. So to manage expectations, this is definitely not your typical/luxury type of hotel.

DDonaldOverall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

AambrieeeBooked a one night stay for my parents, though hotel is in Genting, unfortunately the aircons were not functioning well for their rooms. Without proper functioning airconditioning, the air in the room can be a little stale. Despite having changed rooms, they faced the same air conditioning issue. The hotel need maintenance, staff were helpful when called for help
However, I would like to commend their CS staff. Very efficient and responsive, I booked wrong check in date via third party website, they helped me resolve under an hour

To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly.
The room is older, but it's still clean.
