Nice location,good view,good breakfast,room size good,have washing machine and refrigerator, can cook , weather can feel cool at night Room don have fan only air conditioner, living room have fan but no air conditioner House Water pressure very low,shower and wash hand so difficult Room smell bad maybe wet weather,tower no clean,bed a bit small is not king size Overall is good to stay if you come for 1 night

Great experience staying in this hotel. Service was good, friendly staff too. Room was huge bed is comfortable and the best part is their pillows not the typical hotel pillow it feels like I'm at home. No aircon but it's ok they have an electric fan and it is cold especially at night. Separate toilet and bath, and it's clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Definitely will come back with my family.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location makes everything incredibly convenient. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. They were friendly, efficient, and offered great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the team. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.
