Ho prenotato la camera singola al piano terra. Molto spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale. Ma di notte si sente la musica ad alto volume del club lì vicino. A parte questo, la posizione è eccellente con un sacco di opzioni per mangiare e raggiungibile a piedi dalla zona dello shopping. Anche la più grande moschea di Ankara è raggiungibile a piedi. La colazione è deliziosa. Il direttore dell'hotel, Sezgin, è molto cortese e reattivo. Nilufar alla reception è molto disponibile con le informazioni. Ci tornerei se dovessi tornare ad Ankara.

L'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, la camera era molto confortevole e la colazione molto ricca. Vicino al viale principale, a pochi passi troverai molto da mangiare.

Le immagini non corrispondono alla realtà. Il telefono nella stanza è rotto. Ho detto alla reception che nessuno è venuto a ripararlo finché non ho lasciato l'hotel. L'inglese della reception è molto scarso e la comunicazione è difficile parlare solo inglese non dovrebbe considerarlo. Il bagno non è buono, soprattutto lo scarico, mia cara, riesco quasi a nuotare in bagno dopo aver fatto la doccia. Il WiFi non è buono, la velocità è nella media, ma sembra che non riesca a connettersi a tutti i dispositivi. Se ci sono troppe connessioni, alcuni dispositivi si disconnetteranno. In breve, l'esperienza è pessima.

Sono andato con il mio compagno e ho prenotato una camera Superior Deluxe con letto king size, una stanza di 25 metri con vista sul giardino, e quando sono arrivato mi hanno dato una stanza, che era disfatta, con vista su un metallo tetto e 12 mq. A pagamento ho preso una camera superior e mi hanno dato quella inferiore, dopo un'ora di lamentele alla reception mi è stata assegnata la camera che presumibilmente corrispondeva a me L'hotel è nuovo, ristrutturato, ma la qualità lascia molto a desiderare essere desiderato.

Hotel nuovissimo, ben arredato, la colazione è molto ricca È molto vicino alla Grande Moschea e a pochi passi di distanza. Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per prendere un taxi per il Mausoleo di Sun Yat-Sen. L'hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dal punto di consegna della navetta aeroportuale.

This hotel did not really meet 4-star standards. Pros: - The location is good, next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. - The WiFi is quite stable. - Breakfast has a few more vegetarian options than other hotels in Turkey. - Valet service was very helpful. - Some staff were friendly. - Good value for money as the rates are lower than most 4-star rated hotels. However, if you read on, you’ll see that we got what we paid for. Cons: - Most of the staff did not speak English. Google translation can only help to some extent but it gets too tedious overtime as clarifications have to be made constantly. We could not make any requests over the phone without encountering inconveniences. I had asked twice for 2 plates, forks and spoons using Google translate but both times, they brought me one plate with a knife and fork, I never got the spoon I wanted… We also called twice at checkout for someone to come help with our bags but no one came because they didn’t understand our request. - The bathroom did not meet hygiene standards. The ceiling had water damage and was broken in some places. There were brown stains on the toilet and a lot of dirt in the corners. Dust had collected on the bathroom amenities. No toothbrush or toothpaste were provided. - Towels and bedsheets had stray hairs and looked like they hadn’t been changed. - The room was a little too crammed and had no working space except for a vanity. - There was a smart TV but no streaming services. - Service quality was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, others did not smile and weren’t very helpful. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel. After reading Google reviews, we were also quite taken aback to learn that guests were asked to produce marriage certificates if they came as a couple. This will probably turn away a lot of tourists.

I had a great time staying at the Sky Hill Hotel. It is in a good location and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was also very delicious and we had a lot of choices in the menu.  The room was good size and again it was clean.

This hotel is very nice with the warm welcome from the receptionist and the staff. Gave the clear information before we check in by chat. So, we knew the information in advance. 👌👌👌

Absolute nasty piece of work and practice of business. I booked a hotel with them for a few days but due to unforeseen medical emergency at home I had to cancel my trip. They would not cooperate with insurance claim at all. They would not issue a letter of no-show and also they would not even tell Trip.com that I did not show up to their hotel. Not what anyone need in this stressful time. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Неплохо. Но можно лучше Завтрак вкусный, но с собой не собирают при раннем выезде.

早餐豐盛。服務熱情周到。但是提供的一條毛巾上面有一大片綠色的痕跡，大概之前客人擦什麼東西沒有洗掉，但這樣的毛巾應該被淘汰，不該繼續使用吧。周圍很多酒吧，晚上12點之後才停止音樂。因為是新酒店，其餘都好。位置好，離地鐵不遠，去汽車站坐地鐵很方便。21土耳其錢。也很便宜。
