Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Almería

It's a rather old fashioned, forgettably decorated hotel in a good central spot of Almeria. Because the hotel is situated in a small square surrounded by buildings, the rooms seem to have no special view (mine looked out onto a side street, my friend's onto a wall) and are a little dark (although this is quite normal in Spain). The breakfast buffet was modest but decent. The bed was comfortable, everything worked, I had all I needed, and the staff were generally helpful, but the vibe was fairly dismal. Also the staff seemed to be obsessed with closing windows, and there was no obvious system to stop them laundering the towels every day. No complaints, but I'd probably seek another place next time.

Un hotel situato nel centro di Almería con un comodo trasporto. Se devo dire una cosa, è che la stanza in cui viviamo può vedere la terrazza interna senza luce naturale. Una stanza piccola e confortevole. L'accoglienza è molto cordiale.

Deludente è un eufemismo. Ci siamo sentiti ”fregati”. Vuole essere un hotel 4 stelle ma probabilmente riflettono solamente la location. Una junior suite fatiscente, povera di arredamento e di comfort. Non c'erano bicchieri, non c'era un bollitore per farsi un té o un caffè. Il bagno cadeva a pezzi, il legno del ripiano lavabi marcio, il soffitto che veniva giù, le piastrelle rotte, lo scarico della doccia arrugginita, il water rotto, mancava il sapone per le mani, che in periodo covid è il colmo. Bella la vista verso il castello, ma dall'altro lato, stendiamo un velo pietoso. E meglio non aprire la finestra da quel lato perché entrava la puzza della cucina del ristorante, nonché il frastuono dei motori delle arie condizionate. La pulizia era minima giacché le poltrone nel terrazzo erano sporche. In teoria la piscina riscaldata è aperta 365 giorni all'anno, peccato che era fredda e dal giorno dopo inutilizzabile per manutenzione. Ma forse la parte più grave è stata la colazione. Ho viaggiato tanto e di hotel ne ho visti parecchi, ma una scarsità tale per un 4 stelle, mai cosi. Con la scusa del coronavirus non c'era il buffet ...e non è che te lo dicono quando compri ad ALTO prezzo il pacchetto. L'hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato di seguito a Malaga aveva il buffet, nonostante il coronavirus. Tutta una scusa per andare a risparmio! Quello che ci hanno offerto era vergognoso. Un uovo sodo gelido di frigo, il menù diceva varietà di pane, cioè bianco o integrale, lo yogurt della Danone, senza una scodella peraltro. Scelta di croissant, ok 2 per favore.... solo più 1 perché erano finiti. FINITI ?????!!!! Ma vai in panetteria a comprarle se sai che hai ancora dei clienti che devono fare la colazione. Forse l'unica nota positiva è stato il trattamento nella SPA, ma anche lì, ti vendono il pacchetto come esclusivo mentre poi ci viene il mondo, e tu hai pagato fior di quattrini per rilassarti e ci sono maleducati che urlano. E nessuno che dica loro di rispettare il silenzio. Ci hanno fatto pervenire una bottiglia di champagne per scusarsi che è tipico delle strutture che non adempiono a quelli che dovrebbero essere i loro standard. Ci hanno offerto un coupon per una notte la prossima volta...no comment. Ma secondo loro davvero ritorneremo ad Almeria?! Sarebbe stato molto più dignitoso scontarci una notte. Dulcis in fundo, se decidete nonostante tutto di andarci, sappiate che dalle 8 del mattino il campanile vi terrà svegli con rintocchi ogni quarto d'ora. Vergogna.

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Thanks to Hotel Avenida for a wonderful experience :) Hope to make a come back again 😎

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

Pulizia eccellente posizione e personale molto attento , mi hanno facilitato di conservare il mio bagaglio quando arrivo in anticipo e chiede di utilizzare la piscina prima del check-in , Ripeterei, molto buona esperienza.

After spending 3 days in the local Government hospital my wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks before we were repatriated back to the UK. Excellent hotel in a lovely area with amazing staff who were very attentive professional & extremely helpful - the manager was very supportive. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre but only a short walk away. Very near the hospital & a large shopping mall. The food was very good especially the breakfasts with a variety of choices on offer. Very near to a host of good restaurants/tapas bars which serve excellent & great value for money food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break at a most reasonable price.

L’appartement est moderne et confortable, bien situé dans le centre d’Almeria, il bénéficie d’un parking privé à 5mn, en supplément. En ce qui concerne le n° 11 que nous occupions, c'est un couloir, : 20 mètres de long sur 2,50 m de large. Il est très sombre, obligation de lumière électrique en journée. La salle de bain est inexistante : un lavabo dans les WC, une douche minuscule avec une porte vitrée dans la chambre, pas d’intimité si l’on est quatre. Pas de rangement, une tringle de 40cm avec 5 cintres et 3 minuscules tiroirs, dérisoire pour 4 personnes. Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, faute de piles. Il faut mesurer 2,50 m pour atteindre le système de fermeture des rideaux! Piscine agréable sur le toit mais le bar ne fonctionne pas et les fauteuils sont recouverts de housses, donc pas utisables. Très dérangeant, une sorte de désodorisant qui fait tousser est envoyé à intervalles réguliers par la bouche d’aération du séjour. Le bouton de sonnerie de l’appartement est mal placé, les gens sonnent pensant qu'il s’agit de celui de la lumière, dérangeant. Pour finir l’accueil est entièrement ”robotisé” : une machine à l’entrée pour scanner les passeports, payer, obtenir les clés.... Cet appartement ne vaut pas le prix.

L'hotel stesso è sorprendente, ma: - La porta del bagno non si è chiusa correttamente e quindi abbiamo ”inondazioni” ogni giorno in bagno. - Mosquiti: capisco che siamo in un ambiente ”salvato”, ma è stato sorprendente ogni volta che apriamo la tenda della terrazza come cadono molte mosquiti; durante la notte, andare in bagno era anche un'esperienza. Troppi mosquiti ... dovrebbero cercare di fare qualcosa con questo. - Ristoranti: non includono bevande, la normale fino a quando non si è prelevato 3'5€ per una bottiglia di acqua aperta quando si dovrebbe servire o almeno dare la possibilità di avere gratuitamente, poiché la legge lo dice. - Checkin: la ragazza del contatore ci ha appena detto: ”Ehi, scansione questo codice QR e tutto è spiegato”, perché devo scaricare un'app dell'hotel? è così difficile spiegare in pochi secondi tutte le attività dell'hotel? - Colazione: la qualità della pasta è peggio di qualsiasi altro hotel ho provato ... Parlando di attrazioni, l'hotel è perfetto, le piscine grandi, la bellezza della decorazione, il buffet è ok e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia.
