In mezzo a 9 giorni qui. Ottima posizione. Le viste sul mare e sulle montagne sono incantevoli e tutto è solo sul passo della porta. Il personale è bellissimo, soprattutto la pulizia, il colazione personale e la ricezione notturna. Il colazione è il miglior colazione che abbia mai avuto. Mi fa ridere quando i revisori si lamentano che è tutto il cibo turco stile ...newsflash siamo in Turchia. La scelta e il gusto sono eccellenti. È un hotel bellissimo, tranquillo e pulito con letti molto comodi, molte acque calde, toletta e tè e caffè. Ok, c'è un po' di rumore la sera dai ristoranti del porto, ma sapevo che stavo prenotando un hotel centrale e portando orecchini, ma non è mai stato un problema. Alanya è una città molto fredda, interessante con splendide spiagge, vista sulle montagne, storia, camminare e molti negozi e ristoranti. Spero di tornare e restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

Быстро заселили, номер чистый, светлый, есть холодильник, кондиционер, wi-fi, фен. Номер на пятом этаже с просторным балконом с видом на город и на гору крепости Аланьи. Данный балкон был с боковыми стенами, поэтому когда уходит солнце можно приватно посидеть на балконе. На первом этаже отеля есть ресторан со вкусной едой, например микс морепродуктов. На крыше есть небольшой уютный бассейн. Бассейном не пользовался, так как для себя считаю что туристическими бассейнами пусть пользуются дети и женщины. Пляж в шаговой доступности. Сотрудники отеля приветливые и отзывчивые. Спасибо Hotel Kleopatra за теплый прием!

L'hotel è bellissimo in sé, ma una vergogna enorme per il personale... sono tutti rudi e non ti riconoscono nemmeno, prendono cibo e bevande prima di essere fatto e ti prego non aspettare mai di ottenere acqua in bottiglia! (È possibile ottenere questo solo dal bar del ristorante che ha una cola cattiva). Abbiamo letteralmente dovuto chiedere di ottenere una bottiglia d'acqua dal bar per la mia bottiglia per i miei bambini, così possiamo nutrirlo, l'unica acqua disponibile è da una macchina acqua al lato del bar che ha gustato metallico e ti danno solo tazze di dimensioni di un vetro di colpo : ) Non dirlo di essere lì e ti mettono in una stanza casuale solo per dire che o dovrai pagare un extra di 380 sterline per rimanere in quella stanza o trasferirti il giorno dopo, in modo che non si possa rilassarsi. Credo che siano entrati e si siano mossi i cuscini nella nostra stanza e che, c'era ancora una formula che avevamo caduto sul lato dalla mattina. Non è permesso anche usare i guanti per la piscina, quindi non provare a farlo andare fuori di testa! . Non era tutto cattivo il cibo era bellissimo e aveva sempre una varietà molto bello anche c'è una spiaggia fuori (ma è €9 un letto solare) si può semplicemente sedersi sulla spiaggia con un asciugamano. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti intorno all’hotel, quindi si tratta di una posizione in cui si trova.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

Hotel all inclusive h24 eccellente. Unica coppia Italiana non solo dell'hotel ma dell'intera Alanya. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel agli Italiani. Ottima come struttura e come servizi. Hotel che non ha nulla da invidiare a qualsiasi altra struttura. Un ringraziamento a Giovanni nome in Italiano del Capo Chef sempre disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Un altro ringraziamento alla Manager in quanto dopo mia richiesta di cambiare camera mi ha offerto la migliore Suite dell'hotel. Forse l'unica pecca se vogliamo trovarla e il mare in quanto è spesso agitato. Tutto sommato ottimo qualità prezzo. Magnifica vacanza. Lo consiglio.

Hotel rooms: good space, well appointed, lots of hanging storage space (not many hangars), only x2 small drawers and no iron in room. Tea and coffee available but kettle leaked (had x2 both leaked). No milk available. Small fridge frequently refilled with water. Nice beds (but pull out bed had very poor mattress, wouldn’t advise use for more than a night). Bedding and towels ok, rooms cleaned well and linen changed regularly. Bathroom ok, has hairdryer, and shower gel. Other accessories such as cotton buds and shower caps in wardrobe. Large mirror in bathroom and mirrored robes. No magnifying mirror which might have been helpful. Bathroom bin pedal didn’t work: inconvenient. Very small balcony with plastic chairs. Clothes drying provided by only x4 pronged struts (not enough). Good air con (AC), lots of sockets, TV was ok and nice lighting. Safe in room. Location: a bit far from centre. Taxi is 3-500 Lira to the centre. Or take a very long (approx 5 mile) walk stopping at bars etc along the way (takes about 2 hrs without stops or 3-4 with a few drinks and a lunch on the way). Views from hotel not great unless you have premium rooms looking out to sea… can be noisy with roads. Beach:2 mins across the road with shuttle, only 5 to walk. Beach gravelly and pebbly, small wooden walkway and pier there, can access water from that or from beach. Nice beach beds but poor mattresses. Good towel exchange for beach if needed. Nice bar and snacks at beach. Pool: main pool lots of space and good beds etc. good bar service at pool. Music loud/ noisy though. Quiet pool has nice beds, but they are frequently covered in towels early morning so not always available. Food: Breakfast range excellent. Fruit always available. A good range of food at main means , salads are excellent and very fresh. Hot food a little on the cool ode (temperature control not good). Generally nice though and always had meat, fish and bbq options. Options through night and all day available (including cake bar). Drinks: Coffee is great. Alcohol not branded options (although bottles look to be). Wine is not good, avoid). Cocktails ok once you’ve had a few. Spa/gym: looked well equipped and accessible. Treatments seemed expensive compared to other hotels and in the centre (I didn’t use the services but those who did reported it to be positive). Hotel shop: limited options and expensive by comparison. Local small supermarket has all toiletries etc at very cheap prices (2 mins walk down the road). Staff: Some great some not so great (same as anywhere else). Cleaning/ housekeeping staff VERY good. Reception staff could be a little abrupt. Bar staff ok, restaurant staff seemed very busy but also keen to help. Entertainment: Not much on offer. 2 staff offering range of music between 21:30-23:30 (mainly ABBA and some modern pop and rap. Saw a good live dancing show 1 evening. Had a live singer another. Some karaoke also on. Better options for entertainment can be found along bars on way

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel! Il personale era benvenuto, le camere erano senza posto, e le strutture erano eccellenti. Molto consigliato! Volevo ringraziare in particolare la squadra di intrattenimento, Lilya era la persona più dolce che abbia mai incontrato, ha sempre fatto sorridere tutti. Ahmet era il miglior moderatore che sapeva sempre come ottenere tutti in buon umore. Georgi sapeva sempre come motivare tutti per le grandi attività e si assicurava che tutti avessimo il miglior tempo. La tua energia e il tuo entusiasmo hanno fatto tutte le attività divertenti. Ha sempre fatto tutti sorridere. Apprezzo davvero il tuo sforzo e dedizione. Mi piacerebbe tornare in qualsiasi momento presto!

We were very impressed with this hotel on our holiday. We couldnt believe how stunning it was, so much work has gone into it. We checked in evening time and the lovely man on reception explained everything to us and took our bags to our rooms for us. Its spotlessly clean, you see housekeepers and cleaners around all day. As soon as drinks are empty they're taken off the tables, they are always making sure everywhere is clean and tidy. The rooms are lovely and spacious with good amount of storage for clothes. Large showers. Beds were slightly hard and had to ask for an extra blanket as one isn't enough to cover two people comfortably. Aircon takes a bit of messing about with to work but when its on its fab. You get a full fridge worth of drinks including fanta,coke and sprite along with water and juices all free but the soft drinks dont get replenished. The pools are huge,clean and not overcrowded. We seen the whole pool area and beds get deep cleaned in the nights. We were always able to get sunbeds even when people hogged beds for full days with towels and didnt return to use them. The spa facilities are lovely, the atmosphere down there is lovely with the calming music and essential oils.The indoor pool is absolutely freezing but nice for a cold dip if youre too hot. The old guy from the Spa put a downer on our holiday as he was so so pushy,even when told no he kept nagging us to book treatments. We were approached 4-5 different times by this man, one time I was sat by the pool on a phonecall when he and another woman appeared out of nowhere wanting to speak to me, he was told by our friends that i was busy on the phone and didnt want to speak but he didn't take the hint and just stood there staring at me for a good 5+ minutes until i finally had enough and got up to leave to continue my call. He then badgered me and told me I needed to visit his friend he was stood with for skincare as my face was bad (it wasn't,( i just have lots of freckles) he then said something to the woman and she stood staring at me assessing my face and told me i needed to go down to the spa NOW to have laser treatments on my face. It was so unnecessary and rude, i felt so self conscious afterwards and it ruined my day. You need a new Spa rep here if you expect to sell anything. Food is better than expected, they served turkey,lamb,chicken,salmon,fish, fresh chicken kebabs,beef etc and plenty of salad and veggies. Theres always something to eat no matter what the other reviews say. If you're a fussy eater don't go all inclusive. Drinks are really tasty,although you need a few to get anywhere near tipsy! The bartenders are super friendly and helpful, cant fault them. We never seen any pool games and the evening entertainment we did see was naff, for a 5* you'd expect it to be quite good. I did miss some music around the pool, slow jazz gets a bit repetitive. We had no problems here and would definitely return. Theres plenty of shops,bazaars and supermarkets nearby wi
