La posizione è davvero bella, camere accoglienti e ben attrezzate, pasto delicato moderato ... ma è necessario informare su un momento importante : se vuoi rimanere in una stanza con vista non vista al muro di costruzione (e questa parete letteralmente 30 cm appena dalla finestra!) vicino all'hotel dovete pagare più circa il 30% -40% di un prezzo di camera in aggiunta al prezzo di camera .... abbiamo scoperto di questo appena arrivato all'hotel, Non c'è informazione su questo né sul viaggio né sul prestito del sito dell'hotel ... grazie alla lezione ...anche, siamo arrivati all'hotel solo 2 ore prima del check in tempo, la stanza era pronta, ma il tizio alla reception ha detto che dovevamo pagare 30€ extra Per il cosiddetto check-in precoce. ha aggiunto che queste informazioni sono sul loro sito web, ma in realtà non c'erano. È stata la prima volta in Turchia che hanno chiesto di pagare un'ulteriore somma per solo 2 ore, anche se la stanza era pronta ...molto deludente. In generale, abbiamo pianificato di prolungare il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel di una settimana, ma a causa della politica dei prezzi e della politica personale del receptionista che non abbiamo fatto.

Nulla da eccepire, L'hotel è al servizio degli ospiti dal primo secondo all'arrivo all'ultimo secondo alla partenza! Posizione ottima, camere pulitissime e ben attrezzate, personale gentile e accogliente, un ringraziamento speciale a Yasmin del dipartimento relazioni con gli ospiti, ci ha aiutato molto nel nostro viaggio. Consigliatissimo!

Очень уставший отель. Двери в шкафах не закрываются. Ржавая сантехника. Рваные полотенца и белье. Мы сильно пожалели, что выбрали этот отель. Местоположение не плохое, но лучше, все-таки выбирать ближе к центру. Отель расположен на первой линии, пляж через дорогу. Но окна выходят в окна соседнего отеля. Расстояние такое, что протянул руку можно здороваться. Поэтому Шторы наглухо закрыты всегда. На балконе не посидишь. Отдельное ”фу” Пегас-туристик, собравшихся с нас дополнительно плату за вид на море. Вы его увидите, через узкую щель между вашим и соседним отелем, и то, если все не будет завешано вещами, которые сушат отдыхающие. На самом деле после купания негде высушить белье. Расстояние между соседними открытыми балконами - 0. Развевающиеся на ветру трусы и лифчики не добавляют эстетики. Большой + бесперебойное наличие горячей воды. Отдельно о еде. Если вы вегетарианец - вам повезло. За 6 дней отдыха мясо было 1 раз в виде смеси с овощами. В ресторане при отеле готовить не умеют ((. Кушать каждый день рис, даже если он отлично приготовлен, все-таки надоедает. Если вы видите в отзывах, что кормят хорошо, скорее всего, эти люди просто не знают, что такое хорошая еда. Резюмирую: можно приехать купаться и загорать, лишь бы была крыша над головой. Если хотите сервиса, гастрономических и эстетических удовольствий - выбирайте другой отель. Это был наш первый и последний опыт в три звезды. Больше никогда.

Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing
Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices
Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour.
Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning.
As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars.
We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel twice and let me tell you the experience here is always the best, the staff are very accommodating at the hotel and are very friendly and helpful rooms are always clean spacious and comes with a balcony .. Breakfast is served with beautiful balcony views overlooking the sea. We enjoy our stay here as everything is close by from the beaches to shops restaurants and all the local amenities we have already recommended this hotel to family and friends who would like to visit Alanya the lady owner of the hotel is a very lovely lady and we would love to visit this hotel again because you won't get this experience of this hotel anywhere else IT'S THAT Good!!! Mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno, la posizione era molto buona.Le camere erano molto pulite.Il personale era professionale e amichevole, specialmente la signora Yeliz alla ricezione molto utile e carina.Il cibo, le bevande e il dolce era grande. Raccomando molto questo hotel per gli adulti .
L'unica cosa cattiva che potrò confermare - solo per me - è stata che usavano un liquido di detergente che ha un forte odore e ho sofferto di questo come ho asma ma i custodi personali e i custodi ( Hadija e Gulaaiy ) hanno curato la mia stanza
e attentamente... grazie a tutti.

I came here to Alanya for a business trip and found this hotel by chance and love it. The best part is how stuff's are so polite with the customers. And by the way they don't call you a customer, they treat you as a guest of their own. Beautiful decorations, delicious food, center of the Alanya. Perfection 😍😍😍. отель находится у подножия горы, прямо рядом с пляжем клеопатра. все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. питание отличное. почти каждый день была говядина, индейка, курица само собой. один раз на ужин давали баранину. за 10 дней отдыха была рыба три раза (дорада, форель, скумбрия). жене понравились некоторые десерты. фрукты по сезону для октября:дыня, яблоки, апельсины, мандарины, вкусные сливы и отличный виноград. завтраки стандартные для турции. мне не хватило айрана в этом отеле. его не дают. вай фай в номере, скорость хорошая.
из минусов-шумоизоляция в номере плохая. жили на первом этаже. даже при закрытых окнах сложно было уснуть из горланящих под окнами поляков (большинство проживащиих в этом отеле) до 12 ночи. вопли, песни, смех прекращались только после закрытия бара. в отель бы вернулись, но попросили бы номера на верхних этажах.

In mezzo a 9 giorni qui. Ottima posizione. Le viste sul mare e sulle montagne sono incantevoli e tutto è solo sul passo della porta. Il personale è bellissimo, soprattutto la pulizia, il colazione personale e la ricezione notturna. Il colazione è il miglior colazione che abbia mai avuto. Mi fa ridere quando i revisori si lamentano che è tutto il cibo turco stile ...newsflash siamo in Turchia. La scelta e il gusto sono eccellenti. È un hotel bellissimo, tranquillo e pulito con letti molto comodi, molte acque calde, toletta e tè e caffè. Ok, c'è un po' di rumore la sera dai ristoranti del porto, ma sapevo che stavo prenotando un hotel centrale e portando orecchini, ma non è mai stato un problema. Alanya è una città molto fredda, interessante con splendide spiagge, vista sulle montagne, storia, camminare e molti negozi e ristoranti. Spero di tornare e restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

EEdel BThis hotel is beautiful and we were staying in a nice suite 405, it had a gorgeous big Jacuzzi tub and Sauna (We didn't need a sauna in July, just had to sit outside) There are 3 pools, one indoor, the main outdoor pool, and a smaller pool with slides. It's located high on a hill which means that the views are amazing. The reception staff were truly lovely, especially a brown-haired lady that couldn't do enough. We also had a very nice Waiter called Pedra who did his best to speak English to us and really looked after us on our stay. There are some cats that stray in looking for food which made my son's holiday. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and there's dedicated seating for hotel guests on the beach. Some improvement points on this hotel, the pools are not ideal for smaller children, while there is a small paddling pool for the real smallies my 5 year old was struggling to play comfortably in the pools as the main pool only has a very short shallow end and he couldn't stand at all in the pool with slides which meant that he had to be held at all times in the water and couldn't play. Also I was expecting a kids club, games room and ice skating, all of which were closed for the full duration of our 2 week stay, this meant that there was very little for him aside from the pool. There is no place to buy snacks such as fruit, crisps, chocolate or anything for pool activities like floats snorkles etc. There is a market at the bottom of the hill where you can buy all of these things however, the hill is EXTREMELY steep and torture to walk up in the heat. I did find out on our last night that if you go to a diff gate you can ring for someone to collect you from the driveway. There's no bar area to sit and relax in in the evenings but again you can go into town quite easily. I didn't to experience the spa as I was traveling alone with my 5yr old but it did look amazing. Overall I'd recommend it to couples and older children but not so much for young children.

La spiaggia non è collegata all'hotel. Per una ora di guida per la spiaggia esclusiva dell'hotel. Per facilitare il controllo del tempo, alla fine, abbiamo ancora deciso di guidare da soli e seguire la spiaggia esclusiva dopo la spiaggia. La spiaggia è super bella. Devi sperimentare.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is a mid range hotel. Our wishes were heard beforehand and we got a room on top floor (4th), as I installed my ham radio antenna to the roof. The room were clean, although some places would benefit of small repair. The bathroom was good as well as bedroom. The kitchen is rather basic and would benefit of some renewal and maybe more kitchenware. The hotel location is excellent, 500m to Ataturk Caddesi and 250m to 25m street. Also it was rather quiet environment. As in all turkish buildings, the sound isolation is poor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially miss Celin, who was a treasure. The breakfast was not a bufee, but it was very ok for us. And you can ask for more content, like we did for yougurt. We can recomment his as a mid budget place.

Resepsiyonda Şahin bey ve diğer çalışanların da elinden geleni yapmaya çalıştığına şahit oldum. Hijyen, lezzet, servis hızı, çalışan yaklaşımları gibi konularda da memnun olduğumuzu belirtmek isterim. Sonuç olarak Armas Green Fuğla Beach Hoteli bu özellikleri nedeniyle tavsiye ederim.

Il cappello in camera era piuttosto un asciugamano (e non era ancora così caldo in Turchia). Il doccia era una delle cose. Quando si arriva tardi nella vostra stanza di notte, non aspettare che l’acqua calda o addirittura calda appara.Anche quando l’acqua calda si è svegliata, il flusso d’acqua si è trasformato costantemente da freddo freddo a insostenibile caldo. Ovviamente potresti fumare nelle porte dell'hotel, perché la nostra porta era piena di fumo !!!! Non aspettare il wifi nella tua stanza. Anche quando lo ottenete al lobby, è di qualità molto scarsa. Senza la piscina questo hotel avrebbe ottenuto 0.5 stelle fuori di 5. Anche se non mi aspettavo alcuna fantasia, ma siamo stati ad un altro hotel che è stato anche classificato come 3 su 5 e è stato vaaaaaaa meglio di questo. Long story short. Se vuoi spendere il minimo del tuo tempo nel tuo hotel, allora benvenuti.

Sono stato in diversi hotel, ma questa è la prima volta che incontro questa situazione. Per prima cosa, al momento del check-in, hanno iniziato a ricattare altri soldi, anche se l'hotel aveva pagato per intero. Abbiamo trovato una soluzione ovviamente efficace. Sono sicuro che lo fanno solo ai russi. Mi hanno detto che ho pagato 97 euro e sono arrivati i soldi. Devi pagare, per esempio, 970 lire. Hanno semplicemente preso numeri simili dal soffitto, ovviamente sperando che ci fosse qualcuno di fronte a loro che non capisse nulla. Infatti ho pagato in rubli, e l'importo, anche in euro, è diverso. Un ragazzo molto giovane alla reception mi ha chiesto dei soldi. Ho chiamato Tripp. com, sono in hotel, tutto qui. Ma il residuo sgradevole esiste ancora. La dimensione della stanza è di 5,5 metri e quasi solo il letto è adatto. Lo stesso bagno, senza doccia, solo una nicchia 40x50 cm e una tenda pubblica che copre la doccia e il wc. Ovviamente è necessario sedersi sul water e lavarsi le mani. Bene, la posizione dell'hotel, dall'altra parte della strada, è l'eccellente Cleopatra Beach.
