I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Отличный отель, есть все, что нужно. Еда просто выше всех похвал. Отличный спа и массаж. Рядом много магазинов и есть где погулять по набережной

5 Star modern hotel with a lot to offer. We arrived at hotel at Night, reception took very little time to check us in and told us the bar was open for us if we needed something. Front desk went ABOVE & BEYOND to do everything in ensuring our stay was incredible, the team at Sunprime C-Lounge definitely exceeded all expectations, every time. Very well maintained and clean Hotel. The views are amazing, the beach fantastic. Service, food, cleanliness and staff are so friendly Our room was comfortable and clean. We opted for the buffet breakfast every morning, The buffet food was good and fresh and continuously replenished. My Wife did have Birthday within our stay and the staff came to our room with Cake with Candle and Fruit and Snacks and a bottle of wine, FANTASTIC. Perfect Location in OBA, near shopping street in OBA, and 5 minutes in a Taxi and you are in the middle of Alanya. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Alanya. We have been at this 5 Star Hotel 5 times. Once again a brilliant stay, Thanks to all the hard working people at C-Lounge to make our 2 week stay the perfect holiday, we look forward to our next visit! Reaching for the stars!

Enjoying my last few days at this gorgeous hotel. I actually can't find a negative, foods amazing loads of choice fresh fruits and ohh them cakes. Rooms clean and stylish bed big and comfortable. Staff all helpful. It's definitely worth a visit. I'd not return for the only reason being I vary rarely travel to the same area twice. But this has got to be the best hotel iv stayed in in many years of travelling. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a great week. The hotel is spotless, the staff are so friendly and the all inclusive food is incredible! We highly recommend the spa, its so rejuvenating. We opted for the package that included a sauna, steam room, turkish bath then the 60min massage - could not have faulted it. Meriyem and Miya certainly looked after us and really worked away all of our life stresses. A very welcome break for us both, we'll definitely return.

We stayed here for a week in May 2024 with an all-inclusive package, and it was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options and a variety of good drinks. The spa was excellent, with Nuri, the massage therapist, doing a great job and even fixing my injured shoulder. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the hotel. The amenities included a pool, a gym, and entertaining evening shows, and I enjoyed the fitness classes as well. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach. The latter also features a pier for sunbathing with access to water and a shower.

Had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, spotless too! ALL staff were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful. We especially liked that you could not 'bag' a sun lounger before 9.30am, a sign was put on every lounger, one of my pet peeves that people bag one and then go and have a leisurely breakfast! So was very happy about that!

Currently here for a second year during the Easter holidays. All I can say is WOW. The food, service, cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms, hotel and pool are spotlessly clean, the wonderful cleaning team are so hard working and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding, and new water in our mini fridge. Rooms are spacious and modern. The food! An amazing variety of dishes at both lunch and dinner, and themed nights every other night! (The tacos and chicken wraps on Mexican night were delicious, as well as the freshly cooked Seabass on seafood night!) the breakfast has a great choice, with freshly made toasted sandwiches and lovely Omelettes made by Aynur every morning. The fried chicken and burgers at the poolside snack bar (open from 10:30-midnight, closed only during dinner service) were always freshly made and delicious. The biggest asset to this hotel are the wonderful staff- they are attentive, friendly and cannot do enough for you. A big thank you to Yasemin, Leyla and Layla - we were never without a freshly made iced coffee, Turkish tea, ice cream or slice of San Sebastián cheesecake at the patisserie! (You must visit the on-site patisserie- their cakes and drinks are incredible) We visited the Thursday market which is directly outside the hotel and got some great bargains! It’s huge! We also, on a couple of occasions, got a short taxi ride (€5) to the centre of Alanya (ask to go to Centrum) where there are hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. Another amazing stay at Sunprime C-Lounge, we are currently booking to come back again at the same time!

I received today the Medical 1hr massage at C_lounge hotel Alanya, in the Sandal Turkish Bath and Spa. The massage was givende by the Indonesian lady Anis in perfect way. In addition it must be mentioned the only adults C_lounge hotel with its splendid buffets, morning lunch and dinner.

Came here for 1 week all inc,,,food was absolutely amazing, so much choice, all staff couldn't be any more helpful and pleasant,,,,,,place spotless, couldn't fault it, reception staff very welcoming and eager to help if any problems,,,,,the small shop in the hotel was very reasonable prices, mustapha was so friendly and made us feel so welcome , would definitely recommend this hotel,,,, definitely be back 10/10 stars 💞💞
