отель находится у подножия горы, прямо рядом с пляжем клеопатра. все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. питание отличное. почти каждый день была говядина, индейка, курица само собой. один раз на ужин давали баранину. за 10 дней отдыха была рыба три раза (дорада, форель, скумбрия). жене понравились некоторые десерты. фрукты по сезону для октября:дыня, яблоки, апельсины, мандарины, вкусные сливы и отличный виноград. завтраки стандартные для турции. мне не хватило айрана в этом отеле. его не дают. вай фай в номере, скорость хорошая. из минусов-шумоизоляция в номере плохая. жили на первом этаже. даже при закрытых окнах сложно было уснуть из горланящих под окнами поляков (большинство проживащиих в этом отеле) до 12 ночи. вопли, песни, смех прекращались только после закрытия бара. в отель бы вернулись, но попросили бы номера на верхних этажах.

Çok temiz bir otel, konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü. Sadece yetişkinlere yönelik olması oldukça sessiz bir ortam sağlıyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Goed hotel ook mooi centraal gelegen. Eten is goed, en zeker prijs/kwaliteit niks mis mee. Voor herhaling vatbaar nu vooral in de voor zomer periode ideaal, mocht je een city trip willeen doen. Dicht bij de kabelbaan dus ideaal om het kasteel te bezoeken. Mocht je een duikje willen is de Kleoptra strand om de hoek ongeveer 100 meter. Voor stappen is het ook ideaal ongeveer een kwartier lopen naar de barstreet. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Absolutely shocking hotel! We are not fussy and we don’t like to complain and will make the best of any situation- but this hotel was absolutely appalling ! if you want to stay in a dark prison cell with inedible food, and a bleak dark balcony, that faced a grim wall and looked out on rubbish. You will be absolutely thrilled. The food was inedible trying to access a sunbed at the swimming pool. which was absolutely tiny was impossible.! We lasted 36 hours before walking for five hours in 40° heat to try and find an alternative at a significant cost to ourselves - money well spent as we simply could not stay in such horrible place! I am not a drama queen and I did my research. I am fortunate enough to go on numerous holidays with my partner but have never stayed somewhere so substandard it really was absolutely dire. Please don’t stay there and waste your hard earned money. The staff were really lovely. That is the only positive I can give.

**Review: Disappointing Stay at Kleopatra Atlas Hotel** I recently stayed at the Kleopatra Atlas Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I suffered from food poisoning, which I believe was a result of the food served at the hotel. This significantly impacted most of my 10 days there, as I was unwell for a considerable portion of the trip. To make matters worse, the quality of the rooms was equally disappointing. The room I was given was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings, insufficient cleanliness, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. For a hotel that advertises itself as a comfortable getaway, the room fell far below expectations. What was even more concerning was the response from the hotel staff. When I informed them about my illness, they appeared indifferent and showed little concern for my well-being. There was no follow-up, after over 20 people fell ill, nor did they offer any assistance or compensation, which was disappointing for a hotel advertising its self as 4 stars! It’s unfortunate that the lack of care and attention to both guest health and room quality overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve both their accommodations and staff professionalism. Do not waste your money!

Another stay at this hotel and unfortunately the bar equipment is getting worse every time. No alcohol, no cognac, gin is also getting worse. During our stay the coffee machine broke down. Despite the resident's reaction, there was no coffee all day, it was only fixed in the evening. The service as usual was nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies were great.

The staff are very friendly made our experience so much better especially Natalia and Ender. The staff are really helpful helped us with everything. The food on the other hand wasn’t the best don’t come here if your fussy there was not many options it’s edible but not the nicest. The rooms was cleaned every day and provided with bottles of water daily. There’s no entertainment but loads of bars close to the hotel if you want to go out

The hotel is most 1,5 star, the food is the worst and nothing to choose from. The manager and the reception people are rude and unhelpful just disrespectful. We had cocorouches in the Bathroom…. On the second day the shower door broke on me I had blood on my hand and stomach nobody offered help or any interest, they couldn’t even clean it nice, there was glass in bathroom till the end of our stay, it was just the worst holiday ever I would never recommend this hotel. Plus side the waiters are very nice.

Honestly everything was great. Specially food. And service in hotel reception and restaurant, the guy embrah on the reception was helpful since the begining , he didn't want aby tip or anything like that. Also rest of the hotel stuff was nice and helpful. Also the hotel animator was really nice and helpful, the club which he recommended us was great and we Reay enjoyed it.

I’d like to say the holiday was ‘cheap and cheerful’, but I’d be lying. The guy that checked us in at 10.30pm was thoroughly miserable and didn’t give us a welcome pack and grunted all replies. Natalia was fantastic and contacted the rep, Yusef for us who did the hard sell on the trips. He gave me his contact number to check our pick up time and he ignored all contact. Nice one Yusef. But big love to Natalia. The bar staff and cleaners worked really hard and for the most part the hotel was clean. The girl who worked the day shift on the bar was the sweetest and the waiters were friendly. However the hotel and food was really substandard. I’m not fussy in the slightest and I usually happily stay and eat 3 meals a day at all inclusive but this wasn’t the best. Breakfast was poor although lunch and dinner slight improvements. What really annoyed me was being sat in the restaurant at 1.50 (lunch ended at 2) and being kicked out to eat outside so “they could clean”… bearing in mind dinner wasn’t till 7 and they had 5 hours to clean. I was furious. There’s only one air con unit in the restaurant and no fans elsewhere so it was far too warm. The beer efes was meh. Local spirits (vodka, gin and whisky) were also meh. Cocktail weren’t even included (but given the state of the alcohol they would be meh too). Due to low quality food and drink we spent most evenings out which obviously inflated our spending costs which we hadn’t accounted for. The bar is by the pool and whilst there are chairs set up as part of the restaurant - there’s no social bar area. No music. No entertainment. It was thoroughly boring. I often do solo travelling and make friends socialising at the bar. Absolutely none of that here. Really glad I didn’t come alone and wouldn’t recommend it for solo travellers. And another thing that really put us off, (although absolutely 0 fault of the hotel this is more as an FYI)… the other guests, namely Russians. Hotel is full of them and I cannot put into words how rude they are. They walk through you rather than let you past. They’re arrogant, rude to staff, and generally fully unpleasant to be around. It really ruined any kind of vibe there might have been. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel. A complete let down and save to say won’t be back! Whoever rates it as 4* is delusional!! Absolute 2* at max.

Rooms are clean and air conditioned and staff are always busy but friendly especially Natalia who arranged a spa treatment for us as a couple. Spa was small but the treatment was very good. Food and drink was limited but nice. Seems like they didn’t top up things that ran out during meal times. For example there was no croissants left when we came to breakfast every morning at 9am and non were brought out again. The pool area is very clean and the pool was perfect during the heat. There is around 40 sunbeds which concerned me as there seemed to be quite a few people here but we never struggled to find a sunbed. We only stayed for 3 nights and didn’t go to the beach via the bus service the hotel puts on. Overall the hotel was comfortable but not anything more than 3*. Met a couple who had come last year and said the hotel was much better last year. Outside the hotel was a bit much and people constantly trying to drag you into taxi’s, shops, restaurants.

My partner and I booked this all inclusive holiday for Christmas.we have stayed in hotels all over the world including turkey in 4 star hotels and believe me this is no where near 4 star as advertised.i will start from booking in.the room 2 single beds.very thin sheet and pillows.1 blanket but 2 beds.asked for extra pillows and got them after 6 days.wardrobe could only hold one persons clothes so most of our clothes were kept in the cases.a kettle but no tea.coffee.sugar.milk no cups.had to go out and buy cups. Breakfast thay run out of cups was told to use paper cups. A member of staff was frying eggs there was a pile of cooked eggs cold i asked for a freshly fried one no use the ones cooked. Toaster was not a toaster and was disgusting.hard boiled eggs were cold.so we had jam and bread.bread not fresh. There were about 6 cats in the restaurant walking over plates that we were going to use also walking on the counter were the food was.we complained about this too.the staff and we wer told guests feed the cats. After that we were reluctant to eat in the restaurant so went out for breakfast and evening meal spending 400 euros.but we paid for all inclusive.there was quite a few British eating out.in my opinion the travel agents in the uk.should stop sending guests to this hotel.how hygienic is it to let cats into a restaurant
