Molto bene.

Buon soggiorno, ma il servizio in camera è entrato nella stanza per pulirla mentre usavo la carta "no disturbo"

Una recensione in 2 parti: Il personale dell'hotel è gentile, molto attento, ecc. e il servizio nel complesso è buono. L'unico inconveniente è la prenotazione tramite agenzia di viaggi. Ho prenotato un trasporto per una zona specifica e mi hanno lasciato a metà strada. Ho comunque mantenuto la recensione positiva perché l'hotel stesso non è il proprietario dell'agenzia di viaggi, ma piuttosto affitta gli spazi. MA NON utilizzate quel gruppo di agenzie di viaggi.

Di recente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Safir Hotel per la seconda volta. Anche se le camere erano un po' diverse dall'ultima volta, è stata comunque un'esperienza piacevole. Le colazioni erano deliziose e le pulizie giornaliere effettuate da Rehab e dai suoi colleghi sono state davvero apprezzate. Grazie, Rehab, e a tutto il personale!

Hotel abbastanza carino. Non è completamente tranquillo, ma non c'è posto in Egitto che lo sia. Il buffet della colazione potrebbe essere arricchito con più opzioni locali come foul, falafel e tabouleh. Zona abbastanza tranquilla, a circa trenta minuti dalle piramidi e a pochi passi dal centro del Cairo.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, breakfast was rich and the pool was great.

PROS: Fantastic customer service! Eage to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was excellent! It comprised a hot and cold buffet. Well organised too with assistants coming round to top up hot drinks. Reasonably clean rooms although outdated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with hot running water, particularly in the winter! CONS: Once reaching our floor, it was disheartening seeing the difference in appearance and the level of standard compared to what the lobby looked liked. Also finding our room was like setting onto a maze to begin with but we soon got used to it. We were put on a non-smoking floor but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The bedroom was outdated and in need of renovation in terms of carpet and decor and furniture (although the bed was probably the most comfortable bed ever). Again we became used to the dip in standards. Overall would stay at the Safir again as the pros outweigh the cons.
