The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the central market. However, the rooms are a little old and during the night it is a little noisy. Somehow the window receives external vibrations from the outside every once in a while. It was a little scary for me as I was alone. The bathroom door can’t close well too. Breakfast was very good, with many varieties of food.

Chiedo una stanza pulita perché ho portato il bambino, ma la stanza è sporca . Ho un sacco di capelli sul pavimento, molto deluso per questo tempo. Ma va bene, forse il custode troppo occupato per pulire un'altra stanza coz il giorno che io check in ho avuto molti ospiti a check in.

L'hotel sembra premium e pulito. Tuttavia, è necessario un po' di aggiornamento sulla decorazione del lobby. Deluxe King Room. Condizione della camera pulita e temperata. Room light ambient sottile ma non è possibile per la luce luminosa (non ideale per lavorare a notte). Il bagno è spazioso ma il livello di temperatura dell'acqua calda è basso. I bagni sono ben preparati, così come tutti gli altri accessori della camera. La televisione è il vecchio tipo di scuola (CRT box TV). Una piastra di potenza sufficiente per caricare un dispositivo elettrico. La velocità Wifi era decente. Il servizio in camera è tutto a posto. Il personale dell'ufficio principale era amichevole ma non utile. Non mi è stato offerto un fumatore o un non fumatore durante l'iscrizione. Purtroppo mi è stato dato un fumatore. La mia stanza era piena di sigarette da un'altra stanza, e quando ho chiamato servizio per interrogazioni e per chiedere un cambio di stanza, non hanno offerto nessuna stanza né scuse. La sola risposta che ho ricevuto è ”tutto il locale è pieno”. In generale, le strutture e la pulizia sono soddisfatte. Miglior servizio ospite è molto apprezzato.

However we found that the kettle in our room is really dirty as we pour hot water in it, suddenly the water became black so we washed it ourselves. But overall it’s a great place to stay as the things prepared in the hotel also shows that the hotel is also thoughtful when it come to their customers.

Good : Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food. Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room. Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

Room A101 was fairly satisfying, although the hot shower was problematic and only functional at certain times (it wasn't working when I took my shower during the night of my stay and in the morning the other day). The food provided for breakfast was also below par, I think even guests of a budget hotel deserve something a little better than cold (and tasteless) char kuey teow and fried meehoon.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. They changed my towel everyday. Toilet was okey for the fact that the hotel is quite old. They cleaned the toilet everyday eventhough there was some black cement I think, stuck to the bowl. Still acceptable as long it was not dried feaces. Just a little bit at the bowl ring. They send my Sahor at 4.30 am and they called before sending. Foods were delicious eventhough simple. Food court - just right infront of the hotel. Ada new kedai makan Zalina Cafe. Ada convenient store just around the corner. Banks pun banyak just within a walking distance. Overall, for the price I paid, really acceptable. You have a good sleep, comfortable bed is good enough. In fact I will choose this hotel in future.

I was travelling to Sibu for work and manage to checked in to Win Hotel for few days. After for so many months stop traveling on business trip due to COVID, i finally able to checked in here. The hotel is disinfected every day. The lobby is small but with modern look with waiting area and some sofa provided. Receptionist was quite friendly except when i told them i will be check in later than my actual date, without really taking note of my booking number, they insist that i can’t check in the next day. Had to make a second call to clarify and highlight on my booking number. The room itself is clean, not smelly or carpet smell, with it’s door security is by card accessed. Toilet is clean too with special design on the bathroom glass door. There is no door for the toilet, but you can swing wide the bathroom glass door and become your toilet door. Aircond is cold too. Not a centralised aircond, but a split unit in individual room. Don’t expect much on the tv channels or programs, neither a smart TV. Bed, pillow and comforter is quite new considering this is a new hotel. And it is comfy. I enjoy my stay here and i like the open space design on the hallway or middle of this building. That is why i am attracted to this hotel. Overall, for hotel evaluations i consider this is a very cheap for a 3 stars hotel. Worth of staying both for family trip or business trip. I would stay here again for my next trip to sibu.

Ma i principali svantaggi della stanza dove sono rimasto sono stati la sua progettazione, e c’è un muro situato proprio davanti alla porta principale, che separa la zona del letto e del bagno. L'aria condizionata era stata collocata in modo indebito sopra questo muro contro il letto (invece di affrontarlo); ma era grande.

L'hotel sembra premium e pulito. Tuttavia, è necessario un po' di aggiornamento sulla decorazione del lobby. Deluxe King Room. Condizione della camera pulita e temperata. Room light ambient sottile ma non è possibile per la luce luminosa (non ideale per lavorare a notte). Il bagno è spazioso ma il livello di temperatura dell'acqua calda è basso. I bagni sono ben preparati, così come tutti gli altri accessori della camera. La televisione è il vecchio tipo di scuola (CRT box TV). Una piastra di potenza sufficiente per caricare un dispositivo elettrico. La velocità Wifi era decente. Il servizio in camera è tutto a posto. Il personale dell'ufficio principale era amichevole ma non utile. Non mi è stato offerto un fumatore o un non fumatore durante l'iscrizione. Purtroppo mi è stato dato un fumatore. La mia stanza era piena di sigarette da un'altra stanza, e quando ho chiamato servizio per interrogazioni e per chiedere un cambio di stanza, non hanno offerto nessuna stanza né scuse. La sola risposta che ho ricevuto è ”tutto il locale è pieno”. In generale, le strutture e la pulizia sono soddisfatte. Miglior servizio ospite è molto apprezzato.

Room A101 was fairly satisfying, although the hot shower was problematic and only functional at certain times (it wasn't working when I took my shower during the night of my stay and in the morning the other day). The food provided for breakfast was also below par, I think even guests of a budget hotel deserve something a little better than cold (and tasteless) char kuey teow and fried meehoon.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. They changed my towel everyday. Toilet was okey for the fact that the hotel is quite old. They cleaned the toilet everyday eventhough there was some black cement I think, stuck to the bowl. Still acceptable as long it was not dried feaces. Just a little bit at the bowl ring. They send my Sahor at 4.30 am and they called before sending. Foods were delicious eventhough simple. Food court - just right infront of the hotel. Ada new kedai makan Zalina Cafe. Ada convenient store just around the corner. Banks pun banyak just within a walking distance. Overall, for the price I paid, really acceptable. You have a good sleep, comfortable bed is good enough. In fact I will choose this hotel in future.

In realtà voglio trovare un hotel molto vicino all'ospedale. E sì ho trovato questo hotel. Il ricevitore è così amichevole e parlare bene con me. Abbiamo bisogno di un deposito rm 50 per entrare nell'hotel quando prenotiamo utilizzando questa applicazione (idk quando prenotiamo camminare). In generale ok, solo troppo piccolo per il bagno e il bagno. La stanza non è abbastanza grande anche ma ok. prezzo conveniente. (Il pic che ho ottenuto da google. È simile alla stanza che prenoto, ma non aveva la piu' oyo. Hehe. Ha tavolo, TV. Questo è tutto

I was travelling to Sibu for work and manage to checked in to Win Hotel for few days. After for so many months stop traveling on business trip due to COVID, i finally able to checked in here. The hotel is disinfected every day. The lobby is small but with modern look with waiting area and some sofa provided. Receptionist was quite friendly except when i told them i will be check in later than my actual date, without really taking note of my booking number, they insist that i can’t check in the next day. Had to make a second call to clarify and highlight on my booking number. The room itself is clean, not smelly or carpet smell, with it’s door security is by card accessed. Toilet is clean too with special design on the bathroom glass door. There is no door for the toilet, but you can swing wide the bathroom glass door and become your toilet door. Aircond is cold too. Not a centralised aircond, but a split unit in individual room. Don’t expect much on the tv channels or programs, neither a smart TV. Bed, pillow and comforter is quite new considering this is a new hotel. And it is comfy. I enjoy my stay here and i like the open space design on the hallway or middle of this building. That is why i am attracted to this hotel. Overall, for hotel evaluations i consider this is a very cheap for a 3 stars hotel. Worth of staying both for family trip or business trip. I would stay here again for my next trip to sibu.
