Hotel a Larnaca, Cipro

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

Sono già membro di Accor, ho prenotato il Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort. Le mie aspettative sono state ben superate. L'hotel è stato aperto di recente e tutto è completamente nuovo e pulito! Il personale è molto sforzato, amichevole e competente. Per citare Denis è alla reception, super amichevole e professionale. In cucina Valentina è un sogno! Inoltre, vorrei menzionare il cameriere con i capelli più lunghi e oscuri - amichevole, sempre aperto per una conversazione. In tutto il personale è top! La posizione dell'hotel è a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Larnaca. È situato direttamente sulla spiaggia con una bella struttura polacca. Avevamo camere 404, molto moderne e di dimensioni una camera standard normale. abbiamo mangiato 3 volte in hotel per la sera - era eccellente e molto delizioso. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti e caffè intorno all'hotel. Un supermercato è a 2 minuti dall'hotel. Posso consigliare l'hotel e sarò sicuro di tornare in estate. 10 punti su 10 - così fa una vacanza divertente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Cipro. Ha sicuramente alcuni pregi: il fatto di essere a pochissima distanza dalla Chiesa di San Lazzaro, dal castello di Larnaka, dal Lungomare. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, qualcuna con un balconcino, sufficientemente pulite; discreto anche il bagno (peccato che ci sia la vasca da bagno e non la doccia). Nel nostro pacchetto erano previste sia la cena che la colazione: per quanto riguarda la cena, dopo la prima sera in cui non siamo stati affatto soddisfatti, abbiamo optato per cenare nei ristoranti che offre la città; discreta la colazione, sia per la parte dolce che quella salata. Il giudizio complessivo è abbastanza neutro.

Volevo solo ringraziare E Hotel e il loro personale stupendo!!! Per cercare noi, dopo che il nostro volo Easyjet è stato cancellato!! Il personale incredibile: Preet, Love, Yanis il manager dell'hotel & Nicholetta erano tutti strumenti per rendere il nostro soggiorno incredibile! Yanis è anche un vero credito all'hotel insieme al suo personale. Amore della squadra inglese sanguinosa!

Che bel posto per stare. La stanza era senza spot e completamente suonato! Ok, non si ottiene una vista sul mare, ma un breve passo e ci sei. Il colazione era meraviglioso con abbastanza da offrire. La camera era un piacere, tra cui un bagno a bubble! Tutti i membri del personale erano amichevoli e di aiuto.Io sarei rimasto lì.

Hotel conveniente e moderno situato all'inizio della marina principale *****. Il personale è utile e le camere sono convenienti. Sembra che i clienti siano sia business o turisti. La colazione è corretta. L'unica questione è l'accesso all'hotel con auto e parcheggio (parcheggio gratuito limitato a 100 m di distanza. In caso contrario, è necessario pagare se si utilizza il parcheggio marino.

After visiting another hotel of this group, I was extremely curious to come to The Ciao Stelio; however, I was disillusioned after seeing some reviews. Despite my doubts, I decided to go and was glad of my decision. From the first email, I got prompt and kind assistance regarding everything I was interested in (special thanks to Alexandros, Dimitris, and Stella for that), my additional requests have also been kindly noted (and satisfied at the end). Guys, thank you very much, you are amazing! Thanks to Anna, the check-in procedure was smooth and fast, and of course, I also annoyed her with tons of questions because I was so curious about everything around me. After coming to my spacious and lovely room, I forgot the fact that I’d ordered sparkling wine in the room and completely forgot about payment, was ready to come back to the reception but my thoughts were interrupted by the knock and when I opened the door I saw a smiling man who was welcoming me and telling that he was honored to deliver my complementary wine 😊 Nicos, you are top! A handsome man filling up the glass of champagne in my room – a better welcome is hard to imagine)))) Your service at Gambino Bar later for the dinner was so speedy and professional – thanks for making my evening, really. Adored Gambino bar for yummy-yummy food – quality is on the level (please make portions a bit bigger), will definitely come there again for a drink/snack. The only disappointing moment I had is due to the early working shift and the need to come back to Pafos I haven’t had a chance to appreciate the taste of breakfast but this issue can be easily sorted by the next visit. Thanks to all The Ciao Stelio Team for making my short stay so remarkable and relaxing!

Sono stato molto felice di rimanere lì. Non posso dire una parola cattiva circa l'hotel. Molto bel personale, bel posto, bella piscina, buoni prezzi al bar per il rinfrescamento, accogliente area esterna per mangiare. Se qualcuno come me ama i gatti, sarebbe un hotel perfetto per loro, perché ci sono gatti di strada che si curano localmente vicino in una zona verde, che mantiene i ratti e i bug lontani.

La posizione è bella,la vista della camera è uno dei migliori in larnaca,il controllo in corso è perfetto.. La camera ha bisogno di rinnovamento,le camere sono pulite e spaziali, le chiavi non sono disponibili nelle camere, forniscono gel da doccia e shampoo una volta, sono pulite ogni giorno. Il condizionatore d'aria è davvero perfetto.I prezzi sono molto ragionevoli per i soldi pagati.

L'hotel perfetto per il Giudeo religioso. Le strutture erano di base, ma il servizio era molto buono e la posizione è proprio vicino al cabadio e hanno miniere ogni giorno. Il centro turistico è molto utile, dove si possono noleggiare biciclette e anche fare tour guidati.
