Francamente, questo Marriott mi ha venduto su tutti i Marriott. Ci hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo e ci hanno dato un aggiornamento complimentare. Pensavo che forse sarebbe stata una stanza più grande o un piano più alto, ma non è solo questo - essendoci a mangiare gratuitamente durante il nostro soggiorno in città. La distribuzione del colazione è di morire per (un gilet pieno di miele e carafede di mela erano i punti di accento per me) e il club era accessibile 24/7, quindi potremmo semplicemente entrare per prendere caffè o bottiglia d'acqua (in imballaggio sostenibile di cartone, in realtà) per andare. L'ora felice della sera è l'ora più felice: basta un buffet pieno di cena che cambia da un giorno all'altro. In realtà, invece di andare in città, mio fratello e io abbiamo appena sedeto davanti al fuoco nel salone, bevendo birre regionali, vini e mimosa (insieme a un delizioso panino adesivo con salsa di vaniglia). In serio, potrei andare in giro su questo posto. Personale amichevole, alloggi confortevoli, tutta la gamma di toletta di qualità - molto meglio di quanto ho usato in grandi città europee. Rimarrò qui ogni volta che torno a Francoforte.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Poiché l'hotel non offre in questo momento una sala executiva, i membri dell'Elite ottengono un colazione gratuito con una cena la carta (raccomandazione: scelta del cuoco) e molte varietà al buffet del colazione. Rimanendo a Marriott a tempo pieno per gli ultimi 6 anni, posso davvero vedere le differenze. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. Questo hotel è molto consigliato se si desidera un trattamento speciale, la posizione più centrale e l'esperienza completa della linea Skyline di Francoforte.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Hotel dal design accattivante e piacevole. Struttura ben mantenuta anche se, a tratti, iniziano ad evidenziarsi piccoli segni di usura in particolare in camera (vd rubinetto doccia parzialmente rotto). Ristorante Burbank ben frequentato e ben organizzato. Arrivo rapidamente ai motivi del mio voto negativo. Avevo scelto questo albergo per la presenza del bar e ristorante che, a quanto si legge, avrebbero dovuto offrire una vibrante vita notturna. Sul ristorante nulla da obiettare: l'avevo prenotato in anticipo e la cena è stata, come già detto, piacevole. Il bar, invece, ci ha negato l'ingresso per motivi ancora da capire. Nonostante avessi segnalato che ero ospite della struttura il ragazzo (tra l'altro poco professionale e, a mio parere, con un abbigliamento poco adeguato) all'ingresso non ha sentito ragioni trincerandosi dietro spiegazioni nebulose e poco chiare. In genere (viaggio spesso) gli hotel offrono una sorta di ”corsia preferenziale” agli ospiti della struttura se il bar è già affollato. Capita così a Milano, Dubai, Montecarlo, Londra (...) Mi chiedo perché non al Roomers? Un po' pretenzioso, a mio parere! Ho letto che questa cosa è già capitata ad altri e l'albergo ha motivato l'accaduto tirando in ballo le restrizioni Covid. Verrebbe da chiedersi allora (vista tutta l'attenzione) perché nessuno del personale indossa la mascherina. Molto strano considerando l'obbligo. In ogni caso, per questo, farò una segnalazione direttamente a Marriott perché non mi sono sentito PER NIENTE in un posto sicuro. Per concludere: l'hotel è più caro di Le Meridien (che è di fronte) e altre strutture Marriott. Lo è proprio per la presenza di un buon ristorante e di un bel bar. Ma se non si ha la certezza di accedervi non vale la pena prenotare qui. Vi consiglio di soggiornare altrove e di prenotare da Pino, Zenzakan, Ivory, Hugo's... Spenderete meno e Vi divertirete lo stesso.

Il nostro appartamento è dotato di due TV, entrambi costantemente aperto e riavviato, o semplicemente congelato su una schermata nera. La cosa più strana è che non ci sono assolutamente film disponibili per l'acquisto e non ci sono capacità di streaming. Ieri notte abbiamo visto un film sul mio portatile in letto come facevamo al college! La TV non è la nostra priorità principale nel nostro viaggio, ma ci aspettiamo di guardare insieme le cose nella stanza in vacanza. Invece di ottenere una scelta di CNN, BBC, CNBC o Bloomberg. Ho soggiornato in motel con film disponibili per l'acquisto! Mi sembrava davvero strano pagare per 6 notti migliaia di dollari e nessuna opzione e nessuna pendenza per pagare il letto. Olivier e Dominick sono fantastici e grazie per la loro benevolenza! Oh, e quando arrivate con la vostra auto non c'è solitamente nessun valet fuori ... entrambi i tempi non volevamo lasciare la nostra auto inaspettatamente, ma nessuno uscì, quindi dovevamo entrare. La mia ultima cosa ....I aveva un mal di testa e non avevano niente, mio marito doveva andare in farmacia. Non siamo troppo lazy per camminare, ma quando si soggiorna in un cosiddetto hotel 5 stelle e non ha mal di testa, nessuna capacità di streaming o selezioni di media ...Non vale la pena! Speciale grido a Olivier e Dominick che sono AWESOME!!!

Hotel eccezionale. Dove iniziare? Fantastico ospite al Steigenberger, dalle Doormen alla Reception e alla Manutenzione e, naturalmente, il team del ristorante. Svagga in lusso e soggiorna nelle camere del Grand Deluxe con doccia di terapia colore, bagno marmo profondo soffocante e letti fantastici. Il colazione è al primo posto e sarò certamente tornato. Recentemente sono rimasto all'hotel e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata colpita dalla scoperta di bug nel mio ultimo giorno. La posizione dell'hotel per il mio pernottamento era perfetta! Ho potuto camminare dal terminal 2 all'hotel. Alla reception ho scoperto che c'è una navetta ogni 20 minuti per l'aeroporto al costo di 6 euro. La loro camera d'albergo era pulita, ma ho portato la presa sbagliata per l'Europa ed ero troppo imbarazzato per chiedere alla reception se ne avevano una disponibile! Hahaha

Nel complesso: non è male negli hotel all'estero. Informazioni sul check-in: check-in automatico sulla macchina, check-out e basta inserire la carta e partire. È molto conveniente, quindi va bene A proposito di mangiare: ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, inclusi ristoranti cinesi, ristoranti occidentali e fast food. Informazioni sul viaggio: è vicino alla stazione centrale, a due o tre minuti a piedi, e la posizione è buona. Non è consigliabile uscire troppo tardi, la via principale è piena di gente che beve troppo. I preferred to stay in this hotel with my daughter due to its location (very close to the train station), but walking from the station to the hotel I realised that it was a bad idea. It does not matter if it is day or night you see addicted people smoking drugs, you see dealers all around and the smell of the streets are awful. My daughter was so frightened about the location. In addition to that the receptionists were impolite, insensitive and ignorant. I was in a hurry to rush to the airport due to the last minute strikes in Germany including Frankfurt transportation. After checking out around 1200 pm I forgot my backpack on the sofa in front of the front desk. I realised that when I reached to the airport. I quickly called the hotel to ask their help as my wallet and our passports were in it. I called 3- 4 times and talked to the receptionists to describe my backpack and get their confirmation. Both receptionists confirmed couple of times that my bag was not there. They claimed that they checked and it was not there. I also asked them to check the room in case I was mistaken, but they did not call me back to inform me about its whereabouts. After having almost a heart attack on the way back, I reached to the hotel and saw my bag there. This is totally unacceptable. Staff should not be that ignorant and insensitive. Just checking the sofa in front of them (probably 1-2 meters away from the desk) should not be that difficult. When I showed them my backpack, they just said in a very insensible way that they thought it belongs to someone else! It is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, clean and well equipped.

Ho prenotato questo hotel due volte per due soggiorni diversi. Il servizio e il personale di questo hotel sono molto cordiali e disponibili. L'hotel è molto vicino alla hauptbahnhof principale. Alcune persone potrebbero trovare la posizione dell'hotel compensare in quanto il quartiere a luci rosse è abbastanza vicino. Tuttavia, direi che è in uno dei lati più sicuri. Prenoterei di nuovo qui se dovessi visitare Francoforte per qualsiasi motivo

My first impression was not bad, but it got worse and worse. I was able to check in early, which was aprreciated, but nothing was explained to me about any facilities of the hotel. I hence had some bad surprises during my stay that could have been avoided. Our room was so noisy, with mediocre music vibrating through the room until very late and very loud. it was impossible to sleep, which is a shame when you stay in a hotel. I kind of expect to get a good night sleep in a hotel. I slept 2 hours. We first thought there was a nightclub nearby but I then discovered that it is actually the bar of the hotel right underneath our room!! Why?? I discovered just now reading recent tripadvisor reviews that the bar is smoker friendly. That explains why a smell of smoke prevailed in the lobby and corridor upstairs aswell!! I thought the hotel was non smoking. Had I known, I would have never booked, since I have a hatred for smoke. It could at least have been mentioned during the checkin. Finally, during the checkout, the cold receptionist didn't even ask me how was my stay (basics!!), so I didn't have the chance to express my disappointment. A positive point would be the 5€ voucher given if you choose to decline housekeeping.

Ricezione veloce. È molto vicino al tram e alla stazione della metropolitana. Una fermata dalla stazione centrale, molto ben collegata. Il soggiorno è molto accogliente, semplice, con il necessario. Asciugamani, shampoo, asciugacapelli. Il mio unico inconveniente potrebbe essere la mancanza di un condizionatore che aumentava la temperatura della stanza e se si teneva la finestra aperta di notte era molto rumoroso. I letti molto comodi.

Il centro di Manhattan è stato situato a 2 notti per un viaggio d'affari a Francoforte. La stanza stessa era pulita, anche se la doccia nel bagno aveva bisogno di un po' di attenzione, perché basicamente ha sparato acqua al muro, quindi doveva tenere a godere per bagnare!! Anche la stanza non aveva alcuna installazione per la preparazione di tè/caffè che fosse una sorpresa. Kind of expect it these days. The review would have been 4* but for the location of the hotel. It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. La sera successiva, tornando all'hotel, un uomo che è stato cacciato da una gang quasi è stato ucciso sotto una macchina. E Niddastrasse che scappa dall'hotel può essere descritta solo come una scena dalla Walking Dead. Era orribile e a volte molto intimidente. Apprezzo che non abbia niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma ogni volta che usi la porta anteriore devi correre il gancio. E non è divertente lasciarmi dirtelo.

Hotel a pochi metri dallo Zeil, vicino al supermercato Tegut. Hall spaziosa e curatissima con fiori freschi ovunque ( gigli e anturium) personale cordialissimo alla reception ( grazie mille a Shanel , italiana, che ci ha aiutato con un disguido nella prenotazione). Colazione eccellente in varietà e qualità. Nella sala colazione tutto era ordino, curato, pulito e rifornito. responsabile di sala e suo staf efficienti e cordiali. Camere calde , ampie, grandi vetrate sullo skyline meraviglioso della città , grande doccia a vista.. peccato per la moquette non proprio pulitissima Acqua di benvenuto, macchinetta del caffè in stanza. Molto buoni i detergenti ( mancano però balsamo e lozione x il corpo) La sauna era chiusa, ma nell armadio c erano gli accappatoi e le ciabattine.

Un vero sacchetto misto, camere confortevoli, buon valore, ma seriamente abbassato dal servizio clienti non sarebbe tornato per questo motivo. Sono stanca del ritardo nel sistema di trasporto tedesco, quindi ho deciso di tirarlo fuori per un giorno e di rimanere a Francoforte per una notte. ㆍ Posizione: Molto buono a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Ci è anche una zona piena di luci rosse ㆍ Medicina-droga vicino, e mi è stato impressionato che questo hotel ha molti uffici e è sicuro. La strada non è un po' straordinaria, quindi si può camminare un po' prima. ㆍ Servizio: Il sabato c'erano due persone che coprivano il lobby, ma sembrava un po' sottoordinato, ma un personale orientale era molto veloce e non molto incomodo. Ho messo un sacco di bevande gratuite nel minibar, ma non potevo permettermi di bere solo una o due canne, ma mi sentivo bene. ㆍ Pulizia: La parte più deludente. Ci sono i capelli sul letto e le mutandine non sono state fornite, ma il pavimento era polvere e inconfortabile. È necessario migliorare. ㆍ Servizi: Questo è un hotel commerciale con un senso di ufficio piuttosto che un senso di hotel. Non è di alto livello, ma è stato conveniente perché ci erano strutture convenienti e ci sono stati molti punti di partenza in particolare. Il letto è organizzato per guardare la finestra, e la TV è installata sulla parete sinistra, quindi si può sentire un po 'di disagio. ㆍ Visualizza: Gli hotel generali hanno una finestra stretta e un lungo rettangolo all'ingresso, ma questo hotel ha una finestra lunga e una finestra stretta all'ingresso. Ho prenotato una stanza con una vista buona, ma quando mi sono guardato fuori dal letto, ho potuto vedere solo pochi edifici più alti a Francoforte e mi sentivo come se fossero in galera. ㆍ Colazione: Anche altri alloggi in Germania sono stati ben serviti, quindi non ho avuto una grande impressione. In generale era tutto a posto, e non c'erano molti utenti del succo per cambiare frutta fresca che molte persone lodavano, e non l'abbiamo usata perché sembrava turbolente. Per essere comodo quando prendo un aereo, ho prima cercato un hotel vicino all'aeroporto e ho scelto il fronte della stazione centrale. Sembra una buona scelta.

The rooms are a little small, and mine had a bit of a stale smell, but otherwise the bed was comfy, the air conditioning was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The location was very close to the Dom and Römer, but that stretch of Berlinerstraße was a bit dark and empty at night, and the car traffic was sometimes quite loud. The breakfast was good.

Senza dubbio, uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in questa gamma di prezzi. Il servizio, la reception, la stanza ecc erano tutti meravigliosi, e non c'è una migliore posizione a Francoforte. Molto comodo letto, pressione idrica calda e pochi canali televisivi internazionali. Il colazione era eccezionale, (soprattutto perché era incluso nel costo della camera). Raccomanderò questo hotel al 100% e rimarrò certamente.

I came from the US to visit Frankfurt as a first time visitor. The location of this hotel is fabulous. There was no breakfast provided so I was confused by previous reviews that included breakfast. There is no onsite restaurant but plenty of places nearby, including a good Italian restaurant right next door. The rooms are quite spacious ( by European standards) and clean. Jasmine, who works at the front desk, is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a clean room at a great location, I highly recommend this hotel.

La posizione è assolutamente grande, a pochi passi dalla stazione principale e dal centro città, con un tram fuori dal museo della storia naturale. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Anche il bagno. Non mancava in spazio, ma era ancora caldo e piacevole durante la visita a dicembre, e il ricevitore era molto utile e ci permetteva di lasciare le valigie nella stanza, anche se era bene prima di controllare in tempo. Arriviamo alle 9:00, il check-in è stato alle 3:00. Uno dei miei critici è se siete un sonno leggero, c'è un sacco di rumore stradale e forse un club notturno vicino. Sabato sera abbiamo avuto musica molto alta fino all'inizio della mattina. Raccomanderò questo posto come un grande hotel di bilancio per una pausa urbana.

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

All'esterno e nella zona di accoglienza, questo appare un bel vecchio hotel tedesco. Purtroppo, la mia camera, anche se grande, era disgustosa e doppia con mobili non corrispondenti, che vanno dagli anni '30 all'1960s. La camera da bagno era inconveniente e difficile ottenere acqua calda fuori dalle casse. La vista era di cavi, fili e fuoco metallico, poiché in molti hotel europei a basso prezzo non c'era caldaia elettrica, né ci erano piccole sacche di tè o caffè, eccetera. Il bellissimo signore al ricevimento mi ha portato una caldaia elettrica che diceva essere quella usata dal personale, ma che avrebbero avuto un altro giorno, e spero sinceramente che lo avrebbero fatto perché non avrei voluto che il personale lo facesse senza. C'era un frigo ma non funzionava - un nuovo frigo con sorriso tutto il pomeriggio, il giorno prima che io andasse via. La posizione era ragionevolmente buona, essendo nel cuore della CBD e sulla moderna strada principale di Francoforte, piena di ristoranti, caffè e negozi. La maggior parte dei medievali Francoforte fu affollata durante la guerra mondiale 11 (la Zeil è uno dei pochi edifici rimanenti), ma i turisti potrebbero preferire soggiornare in un hotel nella piccola zona della vecchia città che è rimasta intatto. (circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Zeil).

Le camere sono pulite, ma hanno un layout piuttosto strano che significa che è un giro per arrivare al bagno. Le camere e il corridoio si sentono un po' stanco, ma il posto è pulito. Ciò che fa la differenza è le viste stupende. La reception è sul 22° piano e si prende questo ascensore di vetro per arrivare, che è molto bello. L'hotel è solo una lancia di pietra dalla metropolitana, che vi porta tutto il viaggio verso/dal aeroporto in circa 15-20mins per EUR 5.80. In generale, una grande scelta se si sta soggiornando nella zona.

Il nostro appartamento è dotato di due TV, entrambi costantemente aperto e riavviato, o semplicemente congelato su una schermata nera. La cosa più strana è che non ci sono assolutamente film disponibili per l'acquisto e non ci sono capacità di streaming. Ieri notte abbiamo visto un film sul mio portatile in letto come facevamo al college! La TV non è la nostra priorità principale nel nostro viaggio, ma ci aspettiamo di guardare insieme le cose nella stanza in vacanza. Invece di ottenere una scelta di CNN, BBC, CNBC o Bloomberg. Ho soggiornato in motel con film disponibili per l'acquisto! Mi sembrava davvero strano pagare per 6 notti migliaia di dollari e nessuna opzione e nessuna pendenza per pagare il letto. Olivier e Dominick sono fantastici e grazie per la loro benevolenza! Oh, e quando arrivate con la vostra auto non c'è solitamente nessun valet fuori ... entrambi i tempi non volevamo lasciare la nostra auto inaspettatamente, ma nessuno uscì, quindi dovevamo entrare. La mia ultima cosa ....I aveva un mal di testa e non avevano niente, mio marito doveva andare in farmacia. Non siamo troppo lazy per camminare, ma quando si soggiorna in un cosiddetto hotel 5 stelle e non ha mal di testa, nessuna capacità di streaming o selezioni di media ...Non vale la pena! Speciale grido a Olivier e Dominick che sono AWESOME!!!

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

La prima sistemazione in questo hotel da molte volte a Francoforte. Le camere e il colazione sono piacevoli e si trovano nel centro Skyline a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Una parte un po' difficile è quando si va al centro, come la stazione di trasporto pubblico più vicina richiede 10-15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La ricezione è come al solito.

Il centro di Manhattan è stato situato a 2 notti per un viaggio d'affari a Francoforte. La stanza stessa era pulita, anche se la doccia nel bagno aveva bisogno di un po' di attenzione, perché basicamente ha sparato acqua al muro, quindi doveva tenere a godere per bagnare!! Anche la stanza non aveva alcuna installazione per la preparazione di tè/caffè che fosse una sorpresa. Kind of expect it these days. The review would have been 4* but for the location of the hotel. It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. La sera successiva, tornando all'hotel, un uomo che è stato cacciato da una gang quasi è stato ucciso sotto una macchina. E Niddastrasse che scappa dall'hotel può essere descritta solo come una scena dalla Walking Dead. Era orribile e a volte molto intimidente. Apprezzo che non abbia niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma ogni volta che usi la porta anteriore devi correre il gancio. E non è divertente lasciarmi dirtelo.

Hotel super in tutto: pulitissimo, moderno, in posizione strategica. La mia camera era stupenda con una vista impagabile! Complimenti soprattutto al personale della reception: gentilissimi e disponibili e sempre con il sorriso. Grazie davvero, tornerò sicuramente!!!

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.
