I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—much larger than I expected. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was really convenient. The ryokan-style bed gave a lovely traditional Japanese feel, which I absolutely loved. There's also a window-side table where you can sit and enjoy a full view of Mt. Fuji all day long. I was lucky to visit on a clear day and saw an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji—it made the trip truly unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious with every dish. The hotel also offers a laundry room, a kids’ playroom, and a stunning Mt. Fuji view onsen—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and after check-in, there was even a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station. Highly recommended!

La dimensione della stanza era molto grande e bella. Potevamo vedere il monte Fuji dalla nostra stanza. La stanza aveva una vista molto bella sul monte Fuji. C'è un onsen gratuito, ma lo yukata è un servizio a pagamento di 400 yen. Era davvero una bella stanza e ci siamo goduti anche il letto futon.

Quite a posh hotel. The amenities are great. Room size great. Buffet breakfast is a bonus too.There's an on site convenience shop. Outside, at the carpark side; there's another & even a 7E. The attached Onsen also has a souvenir shop. Booked a room with Mt. Fuji view but alas, snowed days before we arrived & was drizzling too. Its early spring so my advice to travellers is to let d weather sort itself first😁

Questa recensione parla di come godermi i due laghi durante il soggiorno in questo hotel con due persone anziane. Se hai moglie e figli, questa squadra complicatissima può gestirlo, quindi penso che non avrai problemi. Prima di tutto, non ho guidato da solo perché non avevo la patente internazionale. I compatrioti di Hong Kong, Macao e Taiwan dovrebbero fare del loro meglio per guidare da soli. Se arrivi da Osaka, prendi lo Shinkansen fino alla stazione della città di Mishima, gira a destra, prendi un autobus direttamente per la stazione di Yamanakako e cammina per alcuni minuti fino alla porta dell'hotel. Se arrivi da Tokyo, devi prendere un autobus da Shinjuku direttamente alla stazione di Yamanakako, che impiega più di 2 ore. Puoi prendere un treno per il lago Kawaguchi e poi prendere un autobus per il lago Yamanaka. Per passeggiare intorno al lago Yamanaka è necessaria solo la metà del lago in un giorno. Si consiglia di andare in bicicletta. Ci sono noleggi di biciclette a poche centinaia di metri dal 71 fuori dall'hotel, ma sono più costosi del lago Kawaguchi. Il lago Kawaguchi ha strutture migliori, ma a dire il vero non è divertente come il lago Yamanaka a causa della folla. Devi noleggiare un'ebike sul lago Kawaguchi, altrimenti non potrai godertelo tutto.

Da ogni camera dell'hotel si vede anche il Monte Fuji. È disponibile un drink di benvenuto a consumazione libera, che include birra rossa e bianca, pediluvi e sorgenti termali. Appena fuori dall'hotel si trova il Lago Kawaguchi You puoi scattare foto del Fuji al contrario quando ti alzi presto. L'ambiente è fantastico. L'unico difetto è che la qualità del cibo e delle bevande è nella media, e gli altri pesci e gusti di pesce sono semplicemente ok.

Love this hotel! Mt Fuji view is totally worth it for that sunrise moment! Also, with the onsen is just perfect! Nearby Hotel is Fuji Q highland station (6 mins walk) so it is convenient to explore around. Just check google map for the next upcoming train and you’ll be able to plan your schedule. Highly recommended even if you didnt rent a car here.

Splendida vista sul monte Fuji ogni giorno. La stanza è enorme con ampio spazio per camminare. Il bagno e la toilette sono separati C'è un grande onsen che puoi usare ogni giorno, con yukata fornito. La posizione è lungo un tratto di strada, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Nota che il parcheggio può riempirsi rapidamente.

The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service.

Cleanliness 10/10 The wet and dry area of the bathroom are separate. Everyday they will clean the room unless you decline the cleaning service. Location 10/10 The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞 I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side. Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅 Service 10/10 The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing. Amenities 10/10 Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂 Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends.

La camera affacciata sul Lago Fuji è di grandi dimensioni e offre un buon servizio. Il check-in individuale e la colazione possono vedere il Monte Fuji. L'osservatorio al settimo piano si affaccia direttamente sul Monte Fuji. Non c'è bisogno di prendere la funivia nell'Henan. È un buon angolo per vedere il Monte Fuji.
