Hainan, Cina: hotel con terme

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

Hotel meraviglioso! Ci siamo trasferiti nella sezione del Castello Glacier dell'hotel. La nostra camera era un tema di orso polare, che era una sala di vista sul mare. Quando la TV arriva, c'è un benvenuto salutando i nostri nomi. Buon guardare il sole. Mappa dell'hotel sull'isola e mappa dell'hotel inclusi qui.  Il buffet del colazione era fantastico.Una grande varietà di cibo per colazione.  Mangiava a cena al buffet una notte. È costoso per noi, ma aveva tutti i tipi di cibo, compreso il caldo potaccio alla nostra tavola. Così stupendo! Il ristorante è molto bello! Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e probabilmente un po' sconvolto di vedere gli americani, ma ci sorrise e ci salutava. Prese il telefono per tradurre quando ci siamo accolti. È stato usato anche per farlo.😁 Abbiamo ricevuto anche un regalo di benvenuto la nostra prima notte.  Se si prevede di visitare la parte di Hainan, si consiglia molto The Castle Hotel!

This 4 star-ish hotel resort features quite a big pool area with 3 different depth levels as well as some hot spring baths. The sandy public beach is across the road and it was ok for a swim. It is in a relatively remote location with nothing much in terms of shops and restaurants in the hotel vicinity so you ll depend on hotel food(meh) and deliveries. The room had a really bad humid smell and we had to run the dehumidifer non stop to make it bearable. I know Hainan is tropical, but we stayed in many other hotels and this one had it worst making me conclude the smell was due to room not being used/vented for a long time. The worst thing however, by far, was the pool safety megaphone. Basically there was a loud speaker (picture 3) in the middle repeating about safety in 30 second intervals from morning till evening even when nobody was near the pools. Loud enough to be heard from room balconies. Why,anyonye sane would install such an annoyance is beyond me. Breakfast was adequate and reception(Ivy) spoke decent English.

Qixianling Junlan è già un posto familiare Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno qui quest'anno. È bello come sempre, indipendentemente dall'ambiente, dalle stanze, dalle attrezzature o dai servizi. Soprattutto quando ho incontrato l'addetta alla reception Ma Xiangxiang durante il mio soggiorno, sono rimasto molto colpito. Era sempre sorridente, cortese, entusiasta e professionale, naturale e gentile, pronta a rispondere a tutte le richieste e il servizio era a posto le persone si sentono a casa. È stato davvero bello. Merita una lode. Inoltre, i servizi dell'hotel, in particolare le zie che puliscono le camere e disinfettano le piscine termali private, sono molto seri nel loro lavoro, la pulizia è in atto e anche le procedure di gestione sono molto ragionevoli. Dopo che le zie hanno pulito, lì sono colleghi che controllano appositamente, il che è davvero positivo. Questo soggiorno è coinciso con il seminario locale sul clima, l'ambiente e la salute tenutosi in collaborazione con la Cina e l'Europa. Penso che la scelta di questo posto sia molto adatta all'occasione. Soggiornare al Qixianling Junlan Hot Spring Hotel fa bene alla salute.

La camera dell'hotel è tempestiva, pulita e spaziale.Il letto è anche comodo.Tuttavia, il problema principale è il colazione!Alimenti molto poveri, di bassa qualità.Il peggior colazione che attraversa tutti i 5 hotel a stelle in Cina (una stella è massima). La camera dell'hotel è ampia e luminosa.Il letto è anche molto comodo! Ma il peggiore è il colazione dell'hotel, e mi sento di tornare al ristorante della piccola città contea negli anni settanta, unico tipo, di bassa qualità, il pane è anche il tipo più economico. L'unico po 'di nutrizione è l'uovo un po'strano profumo (un po'sicuro: è vero uovo 🥚). Questa è la peggiore colazione di piu'di 80 hotel a cinque stelle al mondo che abbia mai avuto.

We chose Sheraton Haikou due to the great reviews, especially from helpful staff, close to the beach, and activities for children. Our stay was for 1 week. Disappointments: 1) Absence and failed service of front desk staff 2) No help with luggage (really needed it) 3) Room cleaning could have been better. 4) Communication, there was almost never English staff available. Additionally, no one once checked in on us. Maybe I’m being petty but if guests stay long you’d wanna check if they need anything or just if they’re okay. At checkout, they looked more annoyed and just wanted to get rid of me. I asked about my Marriott membership & the lady was dismissive. 5) Poorly winter holiday program for kids. Different from the advertised program on trip.com. 6) Checkout was delayed because they couldn’t find my booking. Very weird. Eventually they spoke to someone who helped me and found the booking. How is this possible considering that I’ve been there for a week? Great things: 1) location: it’s right on the beach, not far from airport and other places to explore 2. Location: it was very calm and relaxing, which is why we chose Haikou as opposed to Sanya. No heavy crowds, except when going to touristy places can expect some crowd but still manageable 3. Free photoshoot was fun and good way to create memories 4. Hot pool was a good way to make up for being in a pool, we loved it 5. Western restaurant was fine, had some good options. 6. Little play center for kids 7. Large grounds for kids to run around and to enjoy outdoors. 8. Accommodating: we were assigned a room on the 5th floor but on arrival it had a strong mould odour from the moment you exit the elevator. Was so bad when I entered the room, I instantly got a headache. All rooms have no windows, only a balcony door but be aware of bugs and spiders. We immediately got moved to a room on the 4th floor, less odour and no smell in the room. 9) Entertainment: live music at night Would I go again? Yes, especially since I know what to expect. Or try another hotel in the same area. Overall, we were happy to be by the seaside and explore places in Haikou.

La stanza è pulita, il servizio di camera è in posizione, la calda calda della zona pubblica è molto raccomandata. La notte è molto stanca. Durante il soggiorno, riposo confortevole all'hotel. Il servizio di Julia è molto attento. La stanza ha esigenze che possono aiutare a coordinare la soluzione, fare le cose con calma, super raccomandazione!

La stanza è molto pulita, è molto confortevole guardare, le attrezzature hardware sono molto buone, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, la colazione è anche molto ricco, la chiave è il trasporto è anche molto conveniente, l'atteggiamento di servizio della signorina Reception è molto buono.

酒店沒讓我失望已將滿足之際。原本看了差評內容有點擔心衞生、環境之類的問題。看着酒店照片也擔心房間很暗，但也不是。致死房間裏的玻璃是藍色的，拍出來的效果不怎麼樣。淡季還升級到套房了，真不錯🫶 獨自一人來過生日還真收到了這麼個禮物挺開心✨ 過了馬路直接可以進沙灘，吃的到處都有，很方便。沒預訂酒店早餐，單第二天偶爾在隔壁發現了一個小早餐店。 單旅客還是要注意：是乾淨的，裝修也是好的。但是❗️地方很老。就一上樓就看得出來。傢俱、設施不是很時尚，甚至看起來有點落後。有可能這一點對有的人還是個比較大的缺點。

Bonnie was extremely helpful and made sure everything run smoothly, if you’re an English speaker, you need to connect with her. The hot springs are great, the hotel clean but there were a number of staff members in the restaurant and bar coughing and sniffling which was off putting.
