Hainan, Cina: hotel con sorgenti termali

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel, dove abbiamo trascorso due giorni. La colazione e la posizione erano grandi, ma ciò che era stato davvero il servizio eccezionale. Siamo stati fortunati ad essere assistiti da Yan Yan, che è andato oltre e sopra per noi. La nostra figlia ha sviluppato una ferita che è diventata rossa e gonfia. Quando abbiamo parlato di questo a Yan Yan, ha immediatamente offerto aiuto consultare il suo medico, ordinare il medicinale necessario online, e organizzare che sia consegnato all'hotel. Senza di lei, avremmo lottato, perché non leggevamo cinese e non sapevamo come navigare le applicazioni locali. Il giorno in cui abbiamo controllato, abbiamo viaggiato a Haikou, una città due ore fa. Purtroppo mio marito ha lasciato il MacBook in bagno all'hotel. Yan Yan è venuta al salvataggio, organizzando un conducente didi che si fidava di consegnare il portatile al nostro nuovo hotel entro tre ore. Questo è stato un enorme sollievo, perché il giorno dopo abbiamo avuto un volo mattinale e il recupero del portatile da solo sarebbe stato estremamente difficile. Very good front beach hotel. Everything runs well, and the room is cleaned to almost perfection (has to take considerations of the front sea breeze hotel suffers from high humidity, and it's very hard to keep clean, so congratulations to hotel management ) Breakfast is vary and good quality food. My special thanks to Erin that helped about hotel information via Wechat, again, a very clever way to assign an assistant to help guests in need. Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'hotel emanava un'atmosfera datata che ho apprezzato. Il personale era cortese. I servizi erano sufficienti. C'era anche una piccola struttura termale pubblica appena fuori dall'hotel e una vasca che puoi riempire con acqua termale nella tua camera d'albergo. Diverse varietà di cibo servite durante la colazione. La posizione è comoda per andare a Qilou Old Street. Abbiamo preso un taxi.

I booked three rooms and stayed at Mission Hills Resort for five nights, where we were served by the duty manager, Mary, throughout our stay. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and Mary also helped ensure that our group was located near each other, making it much more convenient for us. I’m especially for her effort in helping us locate a farm around the resort and for reaching out proactively before the trip. She even shared her contacts and responded to some of my queries after office hours, which truly shows her dedication to her work. Although some parts of the resort are a bit dated and seemed to be undergoing maintenance, it didn’t really affect the overall experience. For the rooms It would be even better if a drawdown curtain or privacy screen could be added to the bathing area or toilet, making it more convenient for larger groups like mine. This resort is ideal for families with young kids or anyone looking for a great parent–child bonding (亲子游) experience. There’s a mini pet house with cute and lively animals where children can get up close and cozy with them. The Children’s Club — Squirrel Village offers a wide variety of daily activities for parent–child bonding. My kids especially enjoyed the activities led by the young and energetic team of hosts (可爱, 葡萄, 糖果, 西瓜, 猩猩, 鳄鱼, and others). They loved it so much that I gave up some of our original itinerary just to let them stay longer, and they’re still humming and reminiscing about the songs and moments from the club. If I travel to Haikou again, I would certainly return to Mission Hills and include a few more days at the Squirrel Club to spend quality time with my child. As mentioned in other reviews, we were also served a delicious pot of dessert every night — a thoughtful and warm gesture that added an extra special touch to our stay. Thank you, Mission Hills Resort, and especially Mary and her Squirrel team, for making our trip so memorable despite the aging facilities. The kids in our group truly had a wonderful and enjoyable time at the resort, and we’ll cherish these moments for a long time. If i am ever travelling back to Hai Kou for 亲子游, I would stay in Mission Hills purely for the Squirrel Children’s Club activities. Ps, the resort actually had some additional in-room items that could be loaned and i feel that it would be better if they could share ongoing promotions.

Hotel is more like what is considered a B&B in the west. It’s nice and right on the beach and the premium rooms have full height windows with 180 degree panoramic view of the see and sunset. However, I think price range per night per room is way overpriced for what this B&B offers. There is no gym, swimming pool, or anything really except a coffee place downstairs. I paid close to sgd 120/night and that’s 20-30% more expensive than 5 star hotels in town and obviously absolutely different service level and environment. Breakfast is very simple here and very Chinese. No fresh vegetables or protein options except eggs. Mostly noodles and fried stuff. During the day the beach is dead as it’s too hot and places are closed. In the evening the place gets alive again and there street vendors selling fresh fish and vegetables Chinese yakitori. No decent restaurants around for lunch - need to order food - you need to read and write Chinese to be able to do that cause apps only in Chinese. Over hyped place overall! Would pay maybe sgd 30/40 per night to stay here but definitely not what they charge.

This time the room was clean and not smelly. We love this hotel . Maybe it’s time for an upgrade for food delivery as it’s sometimes a burden to walk down to the gate to get food delivery . Maybe a robot as in many other hotels will be a good addition. One more thing that is a bit uncomfortable which is freezing cold bathrooms and showers at the outdoor pool . I fell sick today after leaving the hotel from walking in the freezing cold bathroom to use it when I am swimming outdoor . It is really uncomfortable and not healthy at all. A proper temperature will be much better. It makes the use of the bathrooms in that part painful. Apart from that we always love everything in this hotel. We will stay again .

Qixianling Junlan è già un posto familiare Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno qui quest'anno. È bello come sempre, indipendentemente dall'ambiente, dalle stanze, dalle attrezzature o dai servizi. Soprattutto quando ho incontrato l'addetta alla reception Ma Xiangxiang durante il mio soggiorno, sono rimasto molto colpito. Era sempre sorridente, cortese, entusiasta e professionale, naturale e gentile, pronta a rispondere a tutte le richieste e il servizio era a posto le persone si sentono a casa. È stato davvero bello. Merita una lode. Inoltre, i servizi dell'hotel, in particolare le zie che puliscono le camere e disinfettano le piscine termali private, sono molto seri nel loro lavoro, la pulizia è in atto e anche le procedure di gestione sono molto ragionevoli. Dopo che le zie hanno pulito, lì sono colleghi che controllano appositamente, il che è davvero positivo. Questo soggiorno è coinciso con il seminario locale sul clima, l'ambiente e la salute tenutosi in collaborazione con la Cina e l'Europa. Penso che la scelta di questo posto sia molto adatta all'occasione. Soggiornare al Qixianling Junlan Hot Spring Hotel fa bene alla salute.

Dopo aver visto la valutazione, ho scelto accidentalmente questo hotel. La posizione geografica è molto buona. È molto vicina alla vecchia strada di cavallo, la piazza luna e soleggiata è anche molto vicina. Inoltre, il servizio robotico, lavanderia a secco, la ricetta sorridente è molto buona, il servizio è fantastico

The service was great, especially Joan n Benny who had upgraded our room to the beautiful river view without my request, which I was planning to ask when checking in, that was a very pleasant surprise indeed, and furthermore our room was changed immediately, after i complained of smoke stench was strong. Amenities were great especially the lavish garden by the river, and the 25 meter swimming pool just topped it all. However, the down side was the buffet breakfast, which really needs improvent

This is my first time using service at Trip.com. Very good impression from the webpage and happy with the service from the hotel. Hotel staff Mr David and Ms Wang help us with our requirements. I was having fun with the AI system inside the room.
