Hainan, Cina: hotel termali

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in the Glacier Castle section of the hotel. Our room was a polar bear theme, which was a sea view room. When the tv comes on there is a welcome greeting saying our names. Enjoyed seeing the sun setting. Map of location of hotel on the island and map of hotel included here.  The breakfast buffet was amazing. A large variety of food for breakfast.  Ate supper at the supper buffet one night. Expensive for us, but had all types of food including the hot pot at our table. So yummy! The restaurant staff very nice! The hotel staff was friendly and probably a little shocked seeing Americans, but they smiled and greeted us. Pulled out the phone to translate when we checked in. We are used to doing that, too.😁 We received a welcome gift our first night, too.  If you are planning to visit the part of Hainan, we highly recommend The Castle Hotel!

Questo hotel si trova in un luogo remoto, in una zona simile alla foresta pluviale. Dispone di numerosi padiglioni con 4 appartamenti ciascuno, distribuiti su un'area più ampia (vedi prima foto). Se non vi piace camminare, potete sempre chiamare un carrello che vi porti dalla hall o dal ristorante alla vostra camera d'albergo. Il personale è molto cordiale, la camera e i servizi sono perfettamente puliti. L'hotel dispone di belle aree piscina (vedi seconda foto) e sorgenti termali. Nel complesso è un posto molto piacevole, con un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata. Ci torneremmo sicuramente se ne avessimo l'occasione.

Soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Ma spa e palestra hanno già chiuso. Abbiamo una stanza comunicante. Ma le serrature delle porte sono rovinate. Abbiamo una spina a 3 poli. Posizione comoda per cibo e mercato

Molto buon hotel sulla spiaggia frontale. Tutto funziona bene, e la stanza è pulita per quasi perfetta (deve prendere considerazioni dell'hotel di brisa del mare frontale soffrisce di alta umidità, e è molto difficile mantenere pulito, quindi congratulazioni alla gestione dell'hotel ) Il pranzo è vario e di buona qualità. Grazie speciali a Erin che ha aiutato con le informazioni sull'hotel via Wechat, ancora una volta, un modo molto intelligente per assegnare un assistente per aiutare gli ospiti in bisogno. 有洗衣機挺方便的，附近有超市可以購買洗衣液消毒水價格也挺平民的，洗衣房也有洗衣粉免費提供，要贊一下餐廳的那個高高瘦瘦的大叔服務態度很好👍，前台夜班的還需要加強培訓一下服務意識。

L'hotel amava, grande, buon colazione, tranquillo, quello che volevamo. La vista dalla stanza è deliziosa. Il personale è amichevole, aiutato in tutte le cose. Ho avuto 24.02 un compleanno, il manager del ristorante per colazione mi ha portato una torta dal cuoco e candela, era inaspettato e molto piacevole - era la sua iniziativa (il marito ha aiutato a ordinare fiori). Eravamo 13 notti, da 22.02 a 07.03. Camminare per qualche volta alle fonti termali dell'hotel, era buono, diverse bagni con grande vista, acqua umidificando la pelle. Ciò che è molto importante - non c'erano europei o russi tranne noi )

Hotel is more like what is considered a B&B in the west. It’s nice and right on the beach and the premium rooms have full height windows with 180 degree panoramic view of the see and sunset. However, I think price range per night per room is way overpriced for what this B&B offers. There is no gym, swimming pool, or anything really except a coffee place downstairs. I paid close to sgd 120/night and that’s 20-30% more expensive than 5 star hotels in town and obviously absolutely different service level and environment. Breakfast is very simple here and very Chinese. No fresh vegetables or protein options except eggs. Mostly noodles and fried stuff. During the day the beach is dead as it’s too hot and places are closed. In the evening the place gets alive again and there street vendors selling fresh fish and vegetables Chinese yakitori. No decent restaurants around for lunch - need to order food - you need to read and write Chinese to be able to do that cause apps only in Chinese. Over hyped place overall! Would pay maybe sgd 30/40 per night to stay here but definitely not what they charge.

First off, all staff are so polite and welcoming! They will smile and greet you, from the moment you exit your ride to the pool area where you can go soak in the hot spring. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was extremely peaceful and quiet, I’m sure peak season might be different though. The beach across the road is lovely to sit by and the sand is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and thanks to Ernest for helping me with check in, and allowing me to split my booking so I could get buffet dinners since I had no partner checking in with me. He was welcoming and explained everything well in English, thank you to Megan for answering my questions and updating my buffet code and Prima for the swift check out. I hope to come again here, while the hotel is a little old now they make up for in service. The housekeeping staff does a great job and cleans the basin and the room is spotless when you come back! The only complaint I have is that the tv has 1 English Channel and that switches to Japanese movies sometimes. At the buffet dinner, the manager helped me choose a hot pot of my choice, and showed me where to get everything, the second time she brought me a plate of the soup of the day, she was so kind and lovely, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say thank you to her aswell. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a variety of whatever you like. Desserts are divine!! The hotsprings are lovely in chilly February and there’s an indoor pool too. La stanza è molto pulita, è molto confortevole guardare, le attrezzature hardware sono molto buone, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, la colazione è anche molto ricco, la chiave è il trasporto è anche molto conveniente, l'atteggiamento di servizio della signorina Reception è molto buono.

Bonnie was extremely helpful and made sure everything run smoothly, if you’re an English speaker, you need to connect with her. The hot springs are great, the hotel clean but there were a number of staff members in the restaurant and bar coughing and sniffling which was off putting.
