Hainan, Cina: hotel con terme

Qixianling Junlan è già un posto familiare Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno qui quest'anno. È bello come sempre, indipendentemente dall'ambiente, dalle stanze, dalle attrezzature o dai servizi. Soprattutto quando ho incontrato l'addetta alla reception Ma Xiangxiang durante il mio soggiorno, sono rimasto molto colpito. Era sempre sorridente, cortese, entusiasta e professionale, naturale e gentile, pronta a rispondere a tutte le richieste e il servizio era a posto le persone si sentono a casa. È stato davvero bello. Merita una lode. Inoltre, i servizi dell'hotel, in particolare le zie che puliscono le camere e disinfettano le piscine termali private, sono molto seri nel loro lavoro, la pulizia è in atto e anche le procedure di gestione sono molto ragionevoli. Dopo che le zie hanno pulito, lì sono colleghi che controllano appositamente, il che è davvero positivo. Questo soggiorno è coinciso con il seminario locale sul clima, l'ambiente e la salute tenutosi in collaborazione con la Cina e l'Europa. Penso che la scelta di questo posto sia molto adatta all'occasione. Soggiornare al Qixianling Junlan Hot Spring Hotel fa bene alla salute.

Non so da dove cominciare, un posto surreale. Enorme. C'è di tutto. Zona piscina interna grandissima e bellissima. Zona piscina fuori non usufruita perché era inverno. C'è anche una zona centro commerciale negozi, per lo più negozi per il golf, ma non sembra davvero di essere in un hotel. Camere bellissime Colazione strepitosa La zona termale è molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo in Italia, molto grande anche se un po' ripetitiva. L'unica parte con gli idromassaggi è la parte a America. Il resto sono per lo più vasche di acqua a dicesse temperature. Area termale enorme. C'è anche una parte al coperto. Mettere in conto di camminare molto. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza, certamente un'esperienza unica

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole. Il maggiordomo Zirong è stato attento e premuroso, presentandoci proattivamente le strutture dell'hotel, i punti salienti delle attrazioni circostanti e vari servizi accessori. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha gentilmente informato sui periodi di punta per gli spostamenti mattutini e serali e per la colazione a buffet, permettendoci di pianificare il nostro tempo in modo efficace ed evitare la seccatura di lunghe attese. È sempre stato cordiale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta.

🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs is the perfect place to relax.

Questo è stato di gran lunga il miglior soggiorno che abbia mai avuto a Haikou. Prima di tutto, il personale era assolutamente sorprendente; il giorno prima ho detto che chiedevo se c’era un negozio di torte vicino, perché era il compleanno di mia moglie. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, non solo ci hanno fornito una torta gratuita, ma hanno anche aggiornato la nostra stanza in una stanza di vista sul mare di alto livello. La piscina era a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma molto bello, e le calde fonti e il bagno di pesce erano davvero rilassanti. Abbiamo anche provato il buffet per solo 198 RMB per persona, ed è stato molto utile. Il cibo era eccellente la sashimi era fresca, la birra e il vino erano inclusi, e la varietà era ampia. Ci è stato accuratamente goduto. In generale, questa è stata un'esperienza sorprendente, e consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visiti Haikou.

Questa volta la camera era pulita e non puzzava. Adoriamo questo hotel. Forse è il momento di migliorare il servizio di consegna del cibo, dato che a volte è un peso arrivare al gate per ritirarlo. Forse un robot, come in molti altri hotel, sarebbe una buona aggiunta. Un'altra cosa un po' scomoda sono i bagni e le docce gelide della piscina esterna. Oggi mi sono sentito male dopo aver lasciato l'hotel perché camminavo nel bagno gelido per usarlo mentre nuotavo all'aperto. È davvero scomodo e per niente salutare. Una temperatura adeguata sarebbe molto meglio. Rende l'uso dei bagni in quella zona doloroso. A parte questo, adoriamo sempre tutto in questo hotel. Torneremo.

AI recently stayed at Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel, and overall, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities in excellent condition, which made my stay truly relaxing. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. A great example of this was when I tried to work out at the gym, which is located outdoors and had flooring that wasn’t ideal. The staff noticed me exercising and promptly offered an exercise mat so that my clothes would not get dirty. This thoughtful gesture left a positive impression. The hotel facilities were generally good, and the serene environment around the property added to the experience. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing particularly outstanding. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of my stay. In summary, Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and comfortable rooms, even if the dining experience could be improved slightly.

Grande hotel e abbiamo affittato una piccola villa in stile italiano con un bel giardino privato dietro con una piscina/tubo caldo che si può gestire da soli. La villa era spaziosa con molte camere per un paio di persone e come siamo nordici, ci piaceva la sauna (una secca e una bagnata) e la spaziosa bagno e rilassarci con un altro grande bagno. Il servizio è stato impressionante dal personale che ha comunicato con WeChat, molto conveniente, e hanno risposto con grande precisione alle nostre esigenze. Il servizio con il massaggio piede che arrivava nella vostra stanza è stato un altro plus. Il giardino impressionante con molti tubi di primavera caldi, piscina, ghiaccio e servizi di dinks è stato sorprendente. Purtroppo, non lo commercializzano davvero e si deve accedere dietro la ricezione, molto “segreto”. Ritorneremo certamente per un periodo di relax.

Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!
