Hainan, Cina: hotel con terme

La pulizia è buona, ma si possono vedere segni di indossamento e lacrime. Il cuscino era un po' tintato, e la porta del tappeto ha un po' di invecchiamento/influenzato dall'umidità. E' ancora accettabile per il momento. Le strutture complessive sono grandi, piscina, fonti calde all'aperto e cibo disponibile. Se non hai una macchina, non è facile uscire a mangiare, ma ci sono 2-3 ristoranti nel resort stesso. I letti sono comodi. La mia sola denuncia era che l'aria condizionata era piuttosto debole e poteva essere migliorata, non era calda ma non fredda nella stanza, e avevamo assicurato che la porta del balcone fosse chiusa.

Qixianling Junlan è già un posto familiare Questa è la terza volta che soggiorno qui quest'anno. È bello come sempre, indipendentemente dall'ambiente, dalle stanze, dalle attrezzature o dai servizi. Soprattutto quando ho incontrato l'addetta alla reception Ma Xiangxiang durante il mio soggiorno, sono rimasto molto colpito. Era sempre sorridente, cortese, entusiasta e professionale, naturale e gentile, pronta a rispondere a tutte le richieste e il servizio era a posto le persone si sentono a casa. È stato davvero bello. Merita una lode. Inoltre, i servizi dell'hotel, in particolare le zie che puliscono le camere e disinfettano le piscine termali private, sono molto seri nel loro lavoro, la pulizia è in atto e anche le procedure di gestione sono molto ragionevoli. Dopo che le zie hanno pulito, lì sono colleghi che controllano appositamente, il che è davvero positivo. Questo soggiorno è coinciso con il seminario locale sul clima, l'ambiente e la salute tenutosi in collaborazione con la Cina e l'Europa. Penso che la scelta di questo posto sia molto adatta all'occasione. Soggiornare al Qixianling Junlan Hot Spring Hotel fa bene alla salute.

Non so da dove cominciare, un posto surreale. Enorme. C'è di tutto. Zona piscina interna grandissima e bellissima. Zona piscina fuori non usufruita perché era inverno. C'è anche una zona centro commerciale negozi, per lo più negozi per il golf, ma non sembra davvero di essere in un hotel. Camere bellissime Colazione strepitosa La zona termale è molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo in Italia, molto grande anche se un po' ripetitiva. L'unica parte con gli idromassaggi è la parte a America. Il resto sono per lo più vasche di acqua a dicesse temperature. Area termale enorme. C'è anche una parte al coperto. Mettere in conto di camminare molto. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza, certamente un'esperienza unica

L'esperienza complessiva del mio soggiorno è stata molto piacevole. Il maggiordomo Zirong è stato attento e premuroso, presentandoci proattivamente le strutture dell'hotel, i punti salienti delle attrazioni circostanti e vari servizi accessori. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha gentilmente informato sui periodi di punta per gli spostamenti mattutini e serali e per la colazione a buffet, permettendoci di pianificare il nostro tempo in modo efficace ed evitare la seccatura di lunghe attese. È sempre stato cordiale e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta.

Cleanliness - 5/5 - Hotel was spotlessly clean. Location - 3/5 - The hotel is a bit out of the way but this is a destination hotel, the hotel itself is the attraction so for one night this worked for us. Service - 5/5 - The staff were amazing and very friendly! The staff at the hot spring and at the buffet were very helpful and friendly! Amenities - 5/5 - When we checked in we were given a free cookie as a welcome and the staff upgraded our room which was really kind. The hot spring was really nice and the swimming pool was so big! It was the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen. Some of the hot springs are under maintenance but 4 were open for us and we had them mostly to ourselves. Finally, the breakfast was massive offering such a diverse selection of foods including many local dishes.

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Haikou. First, the staff were absolutely amazing. I messaged the day before to ask if there was a cake shop nearby, since it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, they not only provided a cake for us free of charge, but also upgraded our room to a top-floor sea view room—completely complimentary. The room itself was spotless and beautiful. The swimming pool was a short walk from the hotel, but very nice, and the hot springs and fish spa were truly relaxing. We also tried the buffet for just 198 RMB per person, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent—the sashimi was fresh, beer and wine were included, and the variety was broad. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haikou.

Il personale della colazione, 蔡宛蓉, è sempre pronto a fornire il suo servizio per migliorare la nostra esperienza con la colazione. Il pavimento della camera diventa appiccicoso, probabilmente a causa del clima umido e della vicinanza al mare. L'alloggio è datato. La posizione è ottima per andare in spiaggia o soggiornare in casa, il centro commerciale più vicino è a pochi minuti di auto. Le attrezzature della palestra sono più che sufficienti per un allenamento completo. Sono disponibili piscine interne ed esterne, vasca idromassaggio e sauna.

AI recently stayed at Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel, and overall, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities in excellent condition, which made my stay truly relaxing. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. A great example of this was when I tried to work out at the gym, which is located outdoors and had flooring that wasn’t ideal. The staff noticed me exercising and promptly offered an exercise mat so that my clothes would not get dirty. This thoughtful gesture left a positive impression. The hotel facilities were generally good, and the serene environment around the property added to the experience. The food was okay—not bad, but nothing particularly outstanding. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of my stay. In summary, Nanshan Temple Muyin, Qinghuandu Rainforest View Hotel is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and comfortable rooms, even if the dining experience could be improved slightly.

Great hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time.
