Good, nice big shared kitchen. Booked the room with bathroom, well equipped with heater and toilet size is good. I wish there were shelves or racks in the bathroom for putting toiletries. And most importantly I wish the toilet had a cover.

We arrived around 9pm ish and the property was quite dark. The reception desk had a note stick on the door indicating our room assignment. We had booked 2 rooms, but unfortunately, both had bugs (moths) in them. Since we arrived late, there were no open stores or restaurants nearby, not even a convenience store. We found a nearby bar online that was advertised as being open until 1am, but when we called, they informed us they were closing early due to a quiet night. However, they were kind and prepared some chips, samosas and spring rolls for us, which we appreciated as it was our only option for dinner. For future guests arriving late, I highly recommend advising them to purchase food in advance.

Everything was spot on, unit was beautifully clean and all were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Shirley & Richard

L'hotel era pulito, confortevole e offre un grande valore per i soldi. La stanza era ben mantenuta, accogliente e perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante dopo un giorno di esplorazione. (è molto vicino al punto di vista più vicino) Il prezzo è stato molto economico rispetto ad altre opzioni in questo settore, rendendolo una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori consapevoli del bilancio. In generale, un piacevole e senza problemi soggiorno con tutto quello che ci serve.

Questo è un bel posto in un bel vecchio edificio, quando ero lì, credo di essere l'unica persona che era un plus ma... la stanza era molto fredda, mentre il riscaldamento si è accennato, ma solo per 30 minuti all'uno. Le foglie avevano un odore di vecchio tipo, ma credo che fossero pulite, in generale un posto ben temato.

Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, Woolworth e ristoranti e caffè. Forniscono latte per il caffè. Ci hanno dato suggerimenti su dove esplorare. Condurre facilmente a Shanty Town e 30 minuti a Glow Worm Dell. Tuttavia, portate i vostri bagni come lo shampoo, il condizionatore e il lavaggio del corpo - nessuno li posiziona, ma sul pavimento. Ci sono stati bug che volano nella stanza come la cucina/la toilette faccia il giardino. Ho morso sul dito e un punto sul mio viso. Nessun fornitore di energia vicino al letto, ma nella zona della cucina.

Such a spacious and lovely unit. Had everything that we needed and the spa bath was amazing!

We got like a bungalow unit! It was excellent! We late for 5 min for checked in at night but the person in charged was still very friendly and waiting for us. And still served us welcome drinks (milk). yum yum. The car may just parked infront of the house. Super convenient! And the space in the house was superb! Like it very much and will deft go back again in the future.

La stanza è molto costosa per il standard del motel.Abbiamo prenotato la stanza di 1 doppio + 1 singolo solo per essere detto questo è per 2 pax! Ultimo minuto per essere chiesto di alzare NZD123 per ospitare 2 bambini. La stanza è data con esigenze di base, l'acqua calda esce nel mezzo della doccia e il letto è morbido con parti immerse.

Big room with enough space even for a small family (we were 2 adults). Clean and prepared for self cooking if necessary. From this hotel you reach every location in between Franz Josef by walk!
