I recently stayed at Pohon Inn, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right inside Jatim Park 2, which makes it super convenient for families and tourists visiting the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and I was especially impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff—they really made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights of the experience was the breakfast area, where you can enjoy your meal with a view of tigers and bears—such a unique and unforgettable setting! The room itself felt a bit outdated, but everything worked properly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect throughout the stay. However, it’s worth noting that a hairdryer was not provided by default, and we had to request it. Despite that small issue, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Pohon Inn for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

Una sorpresa molto piacevole. Il posto è facile da trovare e relativamente tranquillo. La pulizia dipende principalmente dagli altri viaggiatori negli spazi condivisi. Le capsule sono pulite, a parte qualche macchia usurata o dimenticata sul soffitto o in alcune zone, e il bucato ha un buon profumo. Attenzione: gli armadietti sono troppo piccoli per zaini da viaggio di 45 litri o più (a meno che non si riesca a infilarli).

Se potessi dare più di 5 stelle, lo farei. I locali sono piacevoli, molto puliti (famiglie diverse volte al giorno) e le camere (e letti) confortevoli. L'ostello è accanto a un caffè con zucchero e sale et-10%. Una superetta è a 2 minuti a piedi. Il villaggio colorato è a 15/20 minuti a piedi e inf' a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Per concludere, questo ostello è ben posizionato. Parliamo del personale: sono adorabili, gentili, attenti. Non è un numero di camera, si ricordano il vostro nome e il vostro piano. Sono incredibili. L'ostello è anche in partenariato con una compagnia per le tour turistiche: cascate, Monte Bromo e anche Ijen vulcano. Non si occupa di niente, solo dare il passaporto, il numero whatsapp e il pagamento. I miei guidatori e i miei guida vi contattano direttamente confermando l'ora di partenza. Solo positivo.

Il servizio è buono, non c'è notte e c'è una chiave per entrare. Acqua calda si gira, prendi asciugamani, sapone shampoo è disponibile, anche le manette sono fornite. In generale, è buono qui, anche se è molto lontano da andare da dove

Super nice hostel, SNOOZE never disappoint here or in Yogyakarta. Only downside, is the vacuum cleaner at 10AM while we resting until check out after Ijen. I understand they need to clean but still that was so loud.

A warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly. The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.

L'hotel è molto confortevole, il servizio è molto soddisfacente, le camere sono pulite e tempestive. La posizione è piuttosto strategica sul lato della strada, facile da raggiungere ovunque. Il livello di sicurezza dell'hotel è anche molto buono e soddisfacente.

Questo è il miglior hotel che potevo trovare quando vado a Surabaya. Mi piace come la tovagliola è involucrita con plastica dimostrando che è nuova e non usata da altri. La struttura è anche buona, c'è un frigorifero che si può usare per raffreddare cibi e bevande. Il Wi-Fi è anche buono e veloce. L'unica cosa che non mi piace è forse che non possono rinfrescare la carta subito se si estende il soggiorno, ma è buono che il pilota sia disposto a aiutarvi a aprire la porta fino alle 2:00.
