Questo è il miglior hotel che potevo trovare quando vado a Surabaya. Mi piace come la tovagliola è involucrita con plastica dimostrando che è nuova e non usata da altri. La struttura è anche buona, c'è un frigorifero che si può usare per raffreddare cibi e bevande. Il Wi-Fi è anche buono e veloce. L'unica cosa che non mi piace è forse che non possono rinfrescare la carta subito se si estende il soggiorno, ma è buono che il pilota sia disposto a aiutarvi a aprire la porta fino alle 2:00.

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

Ho soggiornato in molti ostelli mentre viaggiavo in tutto il mondo, e questo è il migliore. Il personale Snooze Malang, in particolare, è ancora più dedicato al servizio rispetto ad altre squadre Snooze. Accogliano con piacere gli ospiti e sono sempre pronti ad aiutarli. Il giardino è tranquillo e bellissimo. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, e anche un piccolo mercato tradizionale è a piedi, rendendolo conveniente per esplorare. È anche a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Anche se è un ostello, è un luogo tranquillo per riposare. L'unico punto in basso è che la pressione dell'acqua di doccia è debole. puliscono le camere ogni giorno e anche ogni altro minuto, e anche alzano i letti per pulire quotidianamente. Io consiglio molto questo posto.

Per la prima volta, stavo cercando di rimanere qui, perche' ho bisogno di una notte prima di andare in un altro ostello, perché è conveniente che io resti qui. Mi ha accolto con favore Mba Gabriel, anche se mi ha contattato prima, mi ha informato della posizione dell'albero. Ero pragmatizzato all'inizio, pensavo che fosse solo un normale saluto. Ma quando sono arrivato sembrava una madre che ti ha accolto a casa. Sua sorella, Mba Diana, è anche simile, mi ha accolto il pomeriggio quando sono tornato. Pensavo fosse gabriela perché non posso distinguerla e Gabriel 😂
L'IVA mi estendo qui per altre 3 notti, perché l'ostello è molto pulito, puzza bene e la camera da letto è grande. Puoi sperimentarla più tardi da solo. Lo garantisco. Poi, dopo due settimane, sono tornato a Malang e sono rimasto qui, mi sento come se fossi tornato a casa.
Il servizio è 5 stelle e è come casa ❤️ quando torno a Malang rimanere qui è un must che ti permette anche di discutere con loro di molte cose per ottenere direzione e consigli per il cibo.

- The staff are super kind and speak good English. - Plenty of common areas to chill and meet other travelers. Dorms are clean and comfy, with separate rooms for men and women.

- A bit of a walk from the train station, but you can easily grab a motorbike,taxi or Grab. Great vibe overall

EEndiYudaI recently stayed at Pohon Inn, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right inside Jatim Park 2, which makes it super convenient for families and tourists visiting the attractions.
The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and I was especially impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff—they really made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights of the experience was the breakfast area, where you can enjoy your meal with a view of tigers and bears—such a unique and unforgettable setting!
The room itself felt a bit outdated, but everything worked properly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect throughout the stay. However, it’s worth noting that a hairdryer was not provided by default, and we had to request it.
Despite that small issue, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Pohon Inn for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!

La pulizia dipende principalmente dagli altri viaggiatori negli spazi condivisi. Le capsule sono pulite, a parte qualche macchia usurata o dimenticata sul soffitto o in alcune zone, e il bucato ha un buon profumo.
Attenzione: gli armadietti sono troppo piccoli per zaini da viaggio di 45 litri o più (a meno che non si riesca a infilarli).

UUtente ospiteA warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly.
The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.

AAidongyingongdexiaolaoshuPer utilizzare il biglietto aereo della Garuda Indonesia, Surabaya è l'unica opzione, quindi ho deciso di visitarla come meta per i futuri tour sui vulcani. La posizione è buona, non lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai centri commerciali.
Anche il prezzo è molto conveniente e la colazione prevede pane e salsa matcha.
La federa è un po' sporca, ma per una notte va bene.
Il mercato notturno di Kodam consigliato dal ragazzo alla reception è fantastico, più interessante di altre attrazioni di Surabaya.

TTouchingMyHeart1. There are no storage lockers for any of the beds, and the front desk said they’re under repair. This really affects the experience. However, there are cameras in the common areas, which should reduce the chances of personal belongings being stolen.
2. The location is good, with malls nearby. Starbucks and McDonald's are within a 10-minute walk.
3. The hostel lobby is too dark, making it difficult to read, but the lighting in the bathrooms is quite good.
